MD04 still showing outstanding PR.

Hi all,
MD04 still showing outstanding PR although i already open the PO and also done for the goods receipt but the it still list out the PR. And when i double click on the PR, it give a message said that "the purchase requisition has been completely ordered."
pls advise on how to remove it,

Please go to t code ME52N go to item details and quantities/dates tab and tick the button closed.It will not show in MD04

Dear All -
MD04 still showing the closed PO items. I tried running the report SDRQCR21. But it didnot correct the MD04 listing. And it also shows the PO items which are quite old ( more than 3 years old closed items).
Need your ideas to remove the closed PO items from MD04.

You mentioned "Good issue" so I suppose your PO is a STO (stock transport order).
In this case, check that the ordered quantity, GI quantity and GR quantity match.
They probably don't as you wouldn't otherwise get the error message stating the GI and GR are not the same.

iTunes has various components bundled with it that it requires for general usage. I advise that we completely remove iTunes and all of these related components, verify that they have been removed, then reinstall. To do so, please follow the steps in this article:

Note: it is important to remove the 7 components in order. Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
If the above does not resolve your issue, I recommend we reset the SC Info folder:

SUBCONTRACT: MD04 still shows requirement of component though ME2O does not

HI ALL,
the subcontract purchase order is already delivered in full.
but In ME2O ,the requirements of the child component is '0'.
while in MD04 the requirement of this component is coming 11.
so could any body tell me as why the requirement is still showing in MD04 though no component needs to be provided to the vendor.thanks.

Bill paid, but still shows as outstanding

Hi, i recently contacted billing about this but haven't had a response.
I paid my bill 2 weeks ago but it still shows as outstanding on my account. I don't want to be cut off again so i really need it resolved.
I used an old bill to pay it as i couldn't find the most recent. But paid it has been.
I have the receipt here with the APS number etc. Would a member of staff here be able to help?

Did you pay your bill at the paypoint, by a bt payment card or with the slip on the bottom of the bill as it takes time to clear. What day did you make the payment.

If you e-mail the mods please include a link to this thread so they can reference back to it, your BT account number. Also make sure you include as much information as possible about your issue. One last thing make sure you state what day the payment was made by what method and include any numbers you have on your receipt to help them trace the missing payment.

No don't restore your iphone. I've done that several times & it has never worked. -I still have deleted contacts in my iphone texts. *However if you do restore it you will not lose all your data, pics, text messages etc if you backup in iCloud. It restores back to original phone. Very nice :). Anyhowwww....
I JUST figured it out!! :))). Remove the contact from recents.
Start a text. You should see the deleted contact. All the way to the right of the name is a symbol. The symbol is a circle with "i" in the middle. Click that symbol then in red lettering click "remove from recents".

HT4528 About 30 minutes ago, my iphone 4 screen just went white. It still shows the time, signal and battery at the top, but everything else is white. I can't receive calls/text messages. My phone will not lock or turnoff, but it will charge. HELP!!

I don't know what to do. My iPhone 4 just all of a sudden had a blank white screen. It still shows the bar at the top with the signal, time, and battery life. But the rest of the screen is white. If I touch the screen it acts like it's selecting something and gives me the choice to "Copy". It will still charge when I plug it up, but i cannot turn it off or lock the screen. I tried leaving it alone for awhile to see if it will lock on its own, like it normally would, and all it does is dim the screen. I guess im going to try to just let it die, and then see what happens, but if anyone else has any suggestions (other than taking it in to be looked at or getting a new phone) I would greatly appreciate it!

Any number of things could have caused the phone to do this. If after the reset you are experiencing additional problems, the next step in the troubleshooting process is a restore from a backup. Make sure you have one before you start the restore process. If that does not improve things, then you may have to restore as a new device. Remember, restoring as a new device will delete all data off the phone. Make sure all of your pictures are imported to the computer and all other data is synced to supported applications on the computer before restoring as new. The information below may be able to answer your questions about how to delete songs from your iPhone:
Deleting songs downloaded to your device
Tap the Music app.
Tap More > Songs at the bottom.
Scroll or search for the song you would like to delete from your device.
Swipe right to left on the song, and then tap Delete.
Note: You must be in Artists, Songs, or Albums view to delete songs from your device. Deleting from a playlist won't remove a song from your iOS device.

Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.
If you have iOS 7, this will delete the song from local storage, but the song will still appear with a cloud symbol in the Music app, as you've noticed. To hide the iTunes in the Cloud purchases, navigate to Settings > iTunes & App Store, and disable "Show All: Music”
There may be a few orphaned songs on your iPhone that were partially downloaded or corrupted in some way. If that is the case, you can erase all of the music from your phone. Follow the instructions below and select the Music app under Usage:

They are not on the iphone in the first place. It is just a setting that allows you to see the songs that are available in icloud, but not on your iphone. If you turn the setting to off, then you no longer see the songs that are in icloud, but NOT on your iphone.

Deleted videos from iphoto but they are still showing up in the finder?

I deleted all of my videos from iPhoto and moved them to an external hard drive because I wanted to free up some space on my MacBook Air. The files are no longer visible in the iPhoto application, but for some reason, when I look at the storage space on my computer, it is still showing that I have 8GB of movies on my computer. If I search in the Finder, it is showing that a lot of these videos that I deleted from iPhoto are still in a "Masters" folder in iPhoto. I am confused, though, because if I open iPhoto, the videos are not in there. I want these video files to be deleted for good - can I just go in to the "Masters" folder in the Finder and delete them there? I've read not to delete anything from iPhoto in the Finder, though. So, getting very frustrated because I'm not sure why these files aren't fully deleted off my computer. Any suggestions?

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Songs Deleted in Match Still Show Up on My iPhone 5

OOOkay: Earlier today, I deleted a couple of tunes from iTunes (and checked the "delete from iCloud" box as well). What I did not realize was at that moment I was not connected to the internet. The songs went away in iTunes, but they still show up on my iPhone 5 and my iPad 3, even after I reconnected to the 'net and ran iTunes Match again ... and I cannot find a way to get rid of them. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Rob.

Interesting. I believe the best solution to see what is going on is to create a new, empty iTunes library by holding down the Shift key while launching iTunes. Do not have iTunes scan for media. Then enable iTunes Match, let it do it's thing, then see if the tracks you've deleted show up. If they do, then you should be able to delete them from this library, then switch back to the main library.
If they do not show up, switch back to the main library, re-add the tracks you deleted by restoring them from the backup and let iTunes Match process them. Once it does so you should be able to delete them again and have them gone from the cloud.
