MD11 Planned Order error

Hi Gurus
I'm trying to make a planned order through MD11 and when I try to save it an error message saying 'Please maintain the account assignment data' is shown. What's wrong and how can I fix it?
Thanks

Obie,
Couple of questions to you,
What is the account assignment category you are seeing in the account assinment tab of the planned order. Which order type are you using?
Is this same as what is being used in other plants for the same material?
Is this new plant belonging to a different Controlling area than the others?

Prasobh

is there any table entries plaaned order and transaction codes?
i got two planned orders qty1 and qty5  from a client for same sale order item.
    what could be possibilites.

    Dear,
    Couple of check,
    1) Check  Lotsize ?
    2)Planning strategy?
    3)Individual /collective requirements indicator in MRP4 view?
For MTO, you will get one Planned Orders per one requirement element.
So, you are getting number of Planned Orders for FG?
For MTS Scenarion, the Lot Size EX will work just like the Daily lotsize (TB).
So, system will club all the requiremnts per day and propose the Planned Orders for 1 day requirements.
You will get separate planned orders for the Next day.
    Hope clear to you.

  • SNP Planned order error

    Hi,
During the immediate transfer of the SNP planned orders after the planning run, some orders are not moved immediately, they went to R3 during the next snp run in the background.
do you know any reason for this?
    Thanks,
    Dhanush

    Hi Dhanush
To answer your query in block size, the block size can be maintained in customizing settings. You can navigate with the following navigation path
SPRO --> Integration visa APO Core INterface --> Basic Settings for data transfer --> Publication --> Manitain Object Specific Settings
You can define an optimum block size for both external procurement and In house Production. But before you do that I would request first check if there any queue blcoks exisitng which are preventng the smooth flow of data from APO to ECC. You check this through /sapapo/cq transaction. Depending upon how you have queue set up (inbound/outbound), you can select the apprpriate drill down and see if any queue blcoks exist. If you can afford to delete the queue blocks, then please delete them and then run heursitcs again.
Also in your intial part of the query you have mentioned that the planned orders are not getting transferred. However in the latter part you are refering to purchase requistions. Are you facing problem with both the types of transaction data?

  • Delete planned order

    Hi Peeps,
I was trying to delete the planned orders manually but I encountered the warning and error msgs:
    1st planned order
    Warning:
Material [xxxx] Plant[xxx] is not planned automatically
    2nd planned order
    Error:
Material [xxxx] Plant[xxx]. Status Blocked for costing- Edoes not allow the planning run
    Thanks.
    Ellen

    Hi,
If these planned orders are created via MRP run & if the need does exist then run MRP with Planning mode as 3 (ensure that they are not firmed).
If they are firmed (you can see the firming indicator when you open the planned order in Firming section under the header tab), then you would have to manually delete them.
So go to MD12, enter the planned order nos. you will find a trash can icon click on the same (or keyboard shortcut Shift + F2), this will delete the planned order.
    Check & revert.
    Regards,
    Vivek

For the status blocked for costing, i think the status key has Error in planning section i.e. MRP & also for the costing & therefore it is showing as error. Check in oms4 t-code which transactions have B & which have A / blank, you will get an idea.

  • Error while creating a Planned Order

    Hi SAP Experts,
I have an error encountered while creating a Planned Order which is "Mode linkage problem with mode number".
    Diagnosis:
An application program called an LCA routine and the following error occurred:
An order has at least one condition with mode linkage with the same mode number. The activities of this condition must have compatible modes. The modes are compatible when each mode of one activity has a mode for the other activity with the same mode number. The first activity that violates the condition is given in the return code table in ABAP.
Please enlighthen me what is this error and what should be done to this error.
    Thanks in advance,
    Raymond

Check the PPM or PDS being used in the Planned Order.
Most likely you have a Setup Activity followed by Produce Activity. However the Mode (i.e. Resource) used in the two activities are different. The same Mode needs to be used both in Setup and corresponding Produce activity.
    Hope this helps,

  • Error while creating manual planned order in apo

    Dear expert
While I am creating manual planned order i am getting error as message /sapapo/rrp251
Every thing is correct BOM and PV's no error after consistency check and it getting succesfully transffered to APO and it is also visible in APO
But while creating manual planned orders planned order are not getting generated  I am using BLock planning with PPDS
Please help How to resolve it
    Regards
    Virender

    Hi
The error message /SAPAPO/RRP251 - Error occurred while creating order means While creating an order, the system encountered problems, such as, for example, no available components or components that are available late, orders that could not be scheduled, and so on.
I think system attempted to solve the availability problems by using alternative procurement options. This was not successful. The order could not be created. Check the exceptional situations in the planning protocol, under Goto -> Planning log, and deal with the causes of the exceptional situations if this is possible or necessary.
    Thanks

  • Error while creating planned order in product view

I am getting following error when I try to create planned order for a product in a Location  manually in product view using /SAPAPO/RRP5.
    Error occurred while creating order
    Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP251
I checked the product and resource. Everything looks good.
Block is available in the resource WMP1_2041_001 for characteristics specified in planned order.
Product master and PDS look good.
In the planning log, I see the following error message.
Plan explosion failed for product LBRA1050-661 in location 2041
    Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP718
I have not found SAP notes for above error.
Can you pl let me know what this is due to?
    Thanks,
    Srini

    Srini,
The message was created as a result of several notes, such as 1582997.  There are others.
The implication is that you have an invalid source somewhere in your BOM.  Maybe a bad component part, maybe a bad transportation lane, maybe an invalid BOM, or maybe a bad PPM/PDS.
If you can't find the problem using logical troubleshooting steps, have one of your programmers debug.  Have him put breakpoints in FM  /SAPAPO/RRP_PLORD_CREATE .  If you are particularly lucky, you will find a developer that understands German, because all the internal comments in this FM are in German.
    Best regards,

  • Error while creating Planned order in SAP PP

    Hi ,
I am creating planned order for finished material and system has given below error - Please specify the order deadlines in ascending order.
SAP Message Error- Message no. 61009  Please specify the order deadlines in ascending order
Very first planned order get saved and we declare the production and business completed
Now creating second planned order , while saving system giving above error.
I am Taking Planned Order Profile LA -Stock order
    Any solution  ...?
    Thanks in advance !!!
    Deepak.

    Hello Deepak,
Please adjust the order dates in the scheduling of the planned order. In normal production scenario operation completed end of the night shift and order finish date is possibly moved one day in the future for this reason we need to set the operation timing in 24:00:00 format
In your issue change date like this
    End date : 30.06.2014
    Start : 31.05.2014
    Opening date : 31.05.2104
Check with this date, it’s work for you

  • Error while mass conversion of Planned order to production order

    Hi All,
Thanks in Advance for help. We are facing one issue since Oct-2011.
We have set up batch jobs for early morning to convert planned orders in to production orders. This is set up for transaction COHV.
We have both MTO and MTS scenario.
But problem occurs in Make to Order (MTO) scenario.
    Error comes in ST22 as   " SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC"
    *..Reservierungsköpfe inserten
      IF NOT rkpf_i[] IS INITIAL.
        INSERT rkpf FROM TABLE rkpf_i.
      ENDIF.
Note : This error is not coming on consistent basis, it comes randomly. Secondly we are not aware of the reason/root cause of this error, hence not able to replicate error at all on Quality server.(Quality is backup of production till nov-2011)
Writing to SAP, they debugged and provided note 504255. A part of that note says "Remember that this note describes a MODIFICATION which differs from
the standard behavior of the system. Therefore, the customer assumes
the responsibility for the implementation of this source code
change. Due to this reason, SAP AG does not provide any support or
maintenance for the changed source code."
Hence client is reluctant to implement that note.
Can any one help us out on
    1) What can be the cause of error as mentioned above?
    2) Resolution apart from SAP note?
    Best regards,
    Ravi Davda

    Hi Ravi,
I am also facing same kind of issues from past couple of months.
Sometimes this issue come up as sales order credit ststus is not approved and some times it happens due the following error INSERT rkpf FROM TABLE rkpf_i..
I am also looking for some permanent solution. And today I have also faced same error and will be converting it manually.
And can you tell for which client you are working? And if you find any solution for this please update me

  • BAPI or FM for scheduling a planned order (like MD11 or MD12)

    Hi guys.
We are working with a group of materials and planned orders, in order to modify and create new planned orders depending on the stock per each material. So we use MD12 to 1) modify the quantity in the order, and MD11 to create new planned orders for the rest of stock for this material.
For process of creation we don't have problems (BAPI_PLANNEDORDER_CREATE makes its work well ), but when we want to schedule the new planned order created before via FM or BAPI, we cannot see any results in MD12.
I mean, when a planned order is scheduled via menu button, a new tabstrip appears in the transaction with dates. So this similar action we've tried using CX_PLANNED_ORDER_SCHEDULE or CX_CRP_PLANNED_ORDER_SCHEDULE but there was no change.  If we execute the Schedule button action, in table PLAF (master of planned orders) apears a new number in field PLAF-BEDID related to MRP.
So guys, could you please help us how to get this issue? As last option is BDC, but BDC's and me are not good friends because its performance. So please, any suggestions?
    Thanks in advance!
    Raul Romero

    Hi guys...
Sorry for the long time without an answer, which I'm sharing you now:
    1. In order to perform the proccess of scheduling, you have to record the steps from menu bar in your batch input. I mean: (1) set values into fields CRHARBPL-LOW () and CRHWERKS-LOW
      PERFORM set_batch USING: 'X' 'RCCRY000' '1000',
                                      space 'BDC_CURSOR' 'CRHARBPL-LOW',
                                      space 'BDC_OKCODE' '=PLNG',
                                      space 'CRHARBPL-LOW' p_arbpl,
                                      space 'CRHWERKS-LOW' 'PR01'.
    (2) After you ordered your list of planned orders or production orders, loop your internal table and per each order record these commands (these simulates the popup option to select the order you want for scheduling and mark it in the dynpro you are processing):
      LOOP AT gtd_tabofplan INTO gvc_tabofplan.
        PERFORM completa_bi_campos USING: 'X' 'SAPLPLAT' '4000',
                                        space 'BDC_OKCODE' '=Z021'.
        PERFORM completa_bi_campos USING: 'X' 'SAPLCY19' '0120',
                                space 'BDC_CURSOR' 'CYMARK-VALUE(02)',
                                space 'BDC_OKCODE' '=BACK',
                                space 'CYMARK-VALUE(02)' gvc_tabofplan,
                                space 'CYMARK-MARK(01)' space,
                                space 'CYMARK-MARK(02)' 'X'.
        PERFORM completa_bi_campos USING: 'X' 'SAPLPLAT' '4000',
                                space 'BDC_OKCODE' '=SL25'.
      ENDLOOP.
    (3) Set the SAVE operation.
      PERFORM completa_bi_campos USING: 'X' 'SAPLPLAT' '4000',
                              space 'BDC_OKCODE' '=SAVE'.
Hope you' ve succeeded in this task, let me know if you've another questions.

  • Error while converting planned order to production order for config materia

    Hi experts,
While converting a planned order to production order for a configurable material.I am getting the following error meassage. Message No.CO684,
"You cannot make an assignment to make-to-order stock"
( DiagnosisThe component cannot be allocated to an individual stock because make-to-order production and engineer-to-order production cannot be executed with this order.
A possible cause is that you are trying to create an order with reference to a sales-order/project, where an account assignment to a sales order/project is not allowed in the settlement profile that is assigned to the chosen order type. This is inconsistant.
System ResponseThe following responses are possible:
    Order processing is cancelled.
The system resets the special stock indicator back to the original value.
    Procedure
    Choose another order type).
I have checked some of the threads related to this error. But no where there is any solution. Please tell me if there is any settings to make so as to work on this scenario.
    Thanks,
    Sham

    Hi,
This will be a MTO scenario. Please check your requirement type,Requirement class and strategy type config along with your Item category and schedule line category from SD.
Also check your Production order type config and settlement profiles.
I mean to say that you need new production order type to be configured for specific above mentioned combination.
Are you working on a production system..?? is it the first time you are creating the order for this config material..??
