MDM Listener Not Working

Hi
I have used MDM Listner(Java API) for automatic Syndication.
But I have got error message in Log File
Log Type:-    Audit
Action:         Logon
Audit:           Logon Failure.Invalid Credentials
Repository:   XYZ_Material
User:            Admin
Log Type:-    Assertion
Assertion Failed.False
File Name: /home/builder/Projects/5.5.62.xx.nightly/src/MDM/Servers/MDS/DataMgmt/CatMgrDatabase.cpp
Line Number:1920
MDM Listner Failed to generate Automatic XML file. Please help me Out.

HI Pankaj,
Are you configuring the mdss.ini file for automatic syndication?
If so the check to see the User and the Pwd as used to login to the MDM repository is same as mentioned in the ini file.Under that particular repository .
Also check the ports settings, map, format, processing type etc are correct in console.
Hope It Helped
Thanks & Regards

  • Message Listener Not Working

    Hi,
We are using MII 12.0.2 (88). We have connected with SAP ECC and we are receivng iDoc mesg from SAP and processing thru message listener and processing rule editors.
This connection was successful and we are able to recive all iDoc but suddenly on this is not working as only one type of iDoc are getting. But in SAP all are showing as Successful in WE02 tranx. We have checked in SM58 and other queues also. But in MII we didnt receive any iDoc except particular iDoc.
We are seeing this error in log  "Could not save IDoc messages to the database"
    and location as "com.sap.xmii.databuffer.server.JCoIDOCServer".
What is the problem and how to solve it.

    Hi Senthil,
Did you mean that you were receiving a variety of IDocs before and now you only receive one type?
Or did you just try a new type and fail?
Check to make sure the Partner Profile's Outbound Parameters and the Distribution Model both are set properly for the IDoc types.

  • Listener not working in one of the servers of the Standby site

    Hello,
The system is a RAC with two servers working as Primary site, and two servers working as Standby site.
Both servers of the Primary site are sending redo logs to one of the servers of the Standby site. The other server of the Standby site is not receiving any redo log.
I have checked the listener.ora and the tnsnames.ora files of the server that is not receiving and it is well configured comparing it with the server that is receiving the redo logs.
If I check the status of the listener: lsnrctl status listener_<node name>
Both of the Standby servers look fine.
But if I connect directly to the database...
In the 1st server of the Standby, the IP appears:
    SQL> show parameter listener
    NAME TYPE VALUE
    local_listener string (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)(PORT = xxxx))
    remote_listener string LISTENERS_DB
Nevertheless, in the second server of the Standby site, the one that is not receiving the redo logs, the IP does not appear:
    SQL> show parameter listener
    NAME TYPE VALUE
    local_listener string (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = )(PORT = xxxx))
    remote_listener string LISTENERS_DB
I have found the following to reload the listener:
    Oracle# lsnrctl reload listener_`hostname`
    Oracle# lsnrctl reload listener_standby
Has anyone tried this? Did it work? It can be run without affecting the sytem, Dataguard, replication..., right?
If you have another idea to fix this, let me know please.
    Thank you ;)

  • Receiver MDM adapter not working !!! Please suggest !!!

    Hi Experts ,
mine is a idoc to MDM adapter scenerio. The idoc message  is successfully passing the PI integration engine , but failing in the adapter engine ( MDM communication channel ) giving the following message.
Configuration error: Can not create repository session - server=xxxxxx.XX.XXXXXX.net serverUser=Admin repository=xxxxxxxx user=Admin]' caused by: The specified MDM repository was not found on the server (xxxxxx)<br>Configured MDM access parameters for inbound port: <br>[ MDM Server: xxxxx.xx.xxxxxx.net<br>, Repository: xxxxxxxxxx<br>, Port Code: CREMMDM0XIncrementalData<br>, Remote System Code: ECC<br>, DBMS Server: xxxxxx.xx.xxxxxx.net , DBMS Type: ORCL
I have tried connecting to  the same MDM server using a receiver file adapter and it is working absolutely fine. But dont know why the mdm adapter is giving the following error. I have cross checked the adapter parameters with the MDM guy. They are OK.
I was wondering this was a version / service error, how can I chack the service pack of MDM Comm channel .
    Please suggest . Urgent

Try a reset, which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release.

  • Oracle HTTP listener not working...

    hi
i have configured Oracle App Svr 4.0.8 on a Windows NT machine.
(sorry for putting this Qs in 9iAS forum, but i thought this was better than putting on forms forum).
i am trying to deploy oracle forms on the web using OAS and forms server.
my machine is named appsvr on the Intranet and 202.54.41.36 is its IP address on the Internet.
i have configured http listener in the OAS at port 80.
Using CGI method, i have a static1.html file created and this shows the form in the browser when accessed on the intranet.
ie. http://appsvr:80/forms60/static1.html gives desired results - shows working form.
however, when accessed from the Internet, http://202.54.41.36:80/forms60/static1.html, i get http 400 - Bad Request error. The full message text is given below.
Pls advice where i may be going wrong...
    ==================
    The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
    Please try the following:
If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.
Open the 202.54.41.36 home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the Back button to try another link.
Click Search to look for information on the Internet.
    HTTP 400 - Bad Request
    Internet Explorer

    thanks

    corrected the problem...
it was due to settings in the Network part of the listener which did not give the IP address of the Internet...

  • SRM-MDM searchs not working

    Hi,
Whem doing a search in our SRM-MDM by the item description (for example "pencil") some items are not shown. If we search them from the "MDM Data Manager" searchs work OK. The data of the items that are not shown (language etc.) seems to be OK.
Could it be any cache issue? Must something be done in order to refresh the searchs?
    Thanks in advance,
    Jon

    First a basic check ...
In MDM Search UI check User-Specific Configuration -> Customize Search -> operators  , this is possible that you might have different set of parameter in MDM Data manager for search and different set of parameter here.
Next you can check the SRM web service if you are using any specific "Mask" .
    Thanks

  • Visio plugin (stencil) for MDM does not work

    Hi,
I run the mdm workflow (5.5) plugin in MDM (windows 2003) and Visio professional 2003.
I can successfully create workflows via data manager and visio and save the the workflow.
When opening the workflow the next time the MDM workflow stencil does not appear. The workflow seems to have disappeared.
It works with a colleagues computer so I assume there is some setting missing on my computer, but I have tried on two different machines with the same result.
    Any advise?
    B.r
    Olof

    Hi Again,
Listing the steps to be followed:
    1) Open Visio and go to the Tools > Macros > Security.
The 'Security Level' tab should be set to 'Low' and in the 'Trusted Publishers' tab the 'Trust access to Visual Basic Project' should be checked.
    2) In Visio, click Tools->Options.
In the Options dialog, click Security tab.
In the Security tab, check the Enable Automation Events button.
Once this has been done you will need to close the Visio and then launch it again via the Data Manager.
    regards

  • Issues installing.  Listener not working

    I have installed 10g.
The listener service does not start.
I have created some databases with sqldeveloper.
    The listener does not start.
I use a new OS install, new oracle install, use lsnrctl to start the listener.
It does not restart, and it does not create TNSNAMES.ora
I have tried using net manager and net configuration assistant, but there are still problems with listener, it did not save tnsnames.ora, and for every DB I created, it created twon, one with XTP in it's name, IIRC)
The only wierd things I could find in the logs were that installActions<date time>.log has these entries:
INFO: Setting the PROD_HOME variable of 'oracle.network.listener_10.2.0.1.0' to ''. Received the value from the variable calculation.
INFO: oracle.network.listener Product Location: Empty path specified.
INFO: Setting variable 's_net8TNSNamesLoc' to 'NO_VALUE'. Received the value from the variable calculation.
I checked the forums, and there is nothing I could find that I could understand about how to install tns listener, only how to start it on a case by case basis.
The DBs I create work fine, until I reboot the system.
It does not seem to load tnsnames.ora when I start it, or tell it to reload.
Also, ORACLE_HOME is not created during the install.
I put ORACLE in the env vars, but that makes no difference to the rest of the problem.
I have been around for a long time, but never had to do any oracle admin, and this has fully stressed my limited knowledge.
    Anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks
    spizmar

I am running Windows Server 2003, not Fedora.
As I stated earlier, I installed with the sample DB, and this seams to have solved the problem of getting the listener service in place.
I created the 4 DBs I talked about earlier, and before I rebooted, they were fine.
After having rebooted, they are not visible to the listener. I look in the listener.log, and there are a consistant series of:

So, I am still confused. It acts like the listener is ignoring the tnsnames file. Is there a way to force the listener to load a particular file? I tried the obvious of lsnrctl reload <file path and name>
    but no joy.
    Thanks

    Hi,
I am trying to install oracle apex 4 on oracle 11g database.
when i tried to install standalone option.
everything went fine but when i tried to configure listener using http://<host>:<port>/apex/listenerConfigure.
i am getting page not found message on firefox and internet explorer 8 internet page cannot be displayed.
    Please advice.

    Hi,
probably you have a port conflict, e.g. the XDB's HTTP Server of your 11g database running, which is the default if you installed APEX with your database, or some other service like Tomcat that uses port 8080.
Try to start the APEX Listener using a different port by passing in the corrsponding parameter apex.port, e.g.
java -Dapex.port=8081 -jar apex.warto start the standalone Listener on Port 8081 instead.
If that doesn't help, could you post the console output of the Listener's startup?

  • MDM catalog not working properly

    Team,
We have made a SRM-MDM catalog. Now hen i select item for shopping & try to trnasfer them to BBP it is giving me some internal server error.
Could you please give some glimps on this error why it is happening.
    Thank you
    Amit

    Hi Amit,
Check SAP Note 1077701 (likely issues in SRM-MDM Catalog and their solution) but we have faced this type of error when our SRM server version was not compatible with that of SRM-MDM Catalog 2.0.

  • Document Listener not working the way i would like

    Hello.
    I have this situation:
A Jtable and a field of JTextfields that are populated by clicking on the JTable rows or manual inserction.
All the JTextFields have a DocumentListener attached.
When i click on a row, every JTextField that is populated fires a insertUpdate and a removeUpdate event(the 1st click fires only insertUpdate).
What i want is to catch this events only when someone chances anything on a JTextField.
Ex: I click on row5, it populates the info and i change the address field, if i lose the focus or if i click on other row, i need to present a popup saying "Save or Discard changes".
Any ideas how i could implement this?

When you click on a row in the table your code should
    be something like:
    textField.removeDocumentListener(...);
    textField.setText(...);
textField.addDocumentListener(...);Now when a DocumentEvent is generated you know it is
because the user changed the text, not just because a
new row was selected. Is there a way to get the Listener associated, i tryed
textfield.getDocument().removeDocumentListener(new MyDocumentListener())but the component didn't lost the listener.

  • HT204406 Since updating to ios6 on my iPhone 4S iTunes Match has not worked. The app stays open for about five seconds before crashing. With ios5 it was great and worth paying for. Now it is utterly useless. Apple, please listen and fix this problem.

Ever since I updated to ios 6 on my iPhone 4S, iTunes Match has not worked.
I have been through the process of deleting my iTunes control files, and that worked temporarily, but now I cannot listen to music through the service.
It shows my artists and albums, then takes forever to access the songs (often more than 10 minutes - and yes, that's using WiFi), more often than not crashing before it gets to that point, then repeatedly crashing when I try to open the Music App, so I can't even access things I've downloaded.
Has anyone else found a solution?
Apple, please listen up - I am paying you for the iTunes Match service that is utterly useless. Fix it please.

After some troubleshooting, I decided to order a new battery.  I replaced the battery and was then able to get it to restore, however--after I restore it and it comes time to restart the phone, it gets stuck and doesn't turn on.
Sorry, your repair ruined the iPhone.
She does not have apple care and even though she loved this device, she isn't going to buy another iPhone because of all the problems shes had with this one (it's just over a year old).
After you ruined the iPhone with DIY, Apple won't touch it anymore. You should have asked before all these had happened.
I'm an android user myself and I love rooting/flashing new ROMS, so if jailbreaking her phone or doing some kind of super-restore with 3rd party programs might help, I'm all for it-
Yeah, all Android user can think of is Jailbreaking, read this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3743
