MDMGX-UOM xml is not downloaded

Hello experts,
I am trying to extract ECC master data to MDM using ECC transaction MDMGX. I am using the SAP standard settings. When I select "start extraction", i select "Products" and select "local file". Some files are created in my local directory (product groups xml, product types xml etc.) but UOM ISO cosed (for unit of measures) is not created.
any suggestions will be appreciated.
thanks
Limor

did u check the customizing entries for Ports? it should have an entry for UOM T  Table.

This happened to me a few times before and resolved alone, but last time it happened was when i turned off my router and back on while my comp was running and appeared when i tried opening firefox after that. so wat i did was i shutdown the computer and the router and tried turning both on again, and it resolved.
Therefore, Summary: Shutdown computer then turnoff router then turn both back on

  • Pages will not open a downloaded .pages document from iCloud because index.xml file not found?

New to using iCloud.  I created a large pages document on Mac Air and saved it to my iCloud account.  Found it at home on desktop Mac and downloaded it.  No problem.  However, it will not open due to the index.xml file not being found.  What should I do to open this document?  I've tried several things and no luck yet.  Thanks for any tips!  :-)

Options posted here: The required index.xml file is missing.

Try this. It worked for me:
    1. Single click on the document. This will "highlight" the document icon, but not invoke the error message.
    2. Click on "File" in the menu.
    3. Scroll down to "Open With".
    4. One of my choices in the "Open With" selection is Pages (default) (5.0.1)
    5. Click on that choice and the document should open.
In my "Open WIth" selection there is also a Pages (4.0.4), but that didn't work for me.
Now, here is a caveat. If before you open your document you instead first click on an open Internet window, then the "Open With" selection disappears from the File menu. In that case just single click again on the document icon again and the "Open With" selection returns.

    Try this:
      1. Make a duplicate of the file (cmd D), just to be safe
      2. Select .pages on the copy and change to .zip
      3. When the System asks if you really want to do this, click Use .zip
      4. Double click the new .zip file
      5. It will now appear as a folder with no extension
      6. Append .pages to the end of the folder name
      7. Again click on Use .pages
      8. Double click on this file to open it in Pages.
What you have done is extracted all the Pages resources from the .pages "package" and reconstructed it.

  • Woolamaloo will not download site XML

Last week all was perfect, however as of yesterday (no recent updating) Woolamaloo will not download site XML. Woolamaloo version 1, MAC Pro 2 Quad Xenon. Other Macs in my office have no problem connecting.

Would it be possible to chat with you offline? I have two ideas ... one would be faster to get going, the other would be a little more work for me ... and for you, but it might be the wiser course.
Just e-mail me at [email protected] ... or post your e-mail address and I'll get in touch with you.

  • Podcast episodes will not download from podcast stream

I have set up a podcast on my website to download sermons. I created the xml file which I tested in my feeds section of my browser. The xml file works perfectly there in that all the episodes are listed with thier respective audio files. If you click on the actual audio file it downloads the way that it should and plays. I copied the xml file location and went into Itunes and chose subdcribe to a pod cast. It asked for the url which I pasted the xml file location. Itunes displayed all of my episodes the way that it should. The problem then starts. When I click on an episode to download the audio file the episode name flashes for a second or 2 in the window on top and then nothing. The audio file will not download on any of the episodes. It lists them all but other then that I can't do anything with them. My xml file location is: http://www.stpaulsconway.org/stpaulssermons.xml What could I possibly be doing wrong?

Glad to hear that you have solved your problem.
May I suggest that if you have any further questions regarding Podcasts that you are producing, that you post the question in the Producing Podcasts community, where people with more specific knowledge will be sure to help you.

  • XML file not readable

    Hi all,
we have a xml file found in the internet delivering actual currency rates (http://www.ecb.int/stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-daily.xml). After downloading this file I tried to create a Data Server. But when testing the Data Server the following error is raised:
java.sql.SQLException: ODI-40750: The model generated by the model mapper was not accepted by a validator: Model not accepted: ODI-40817: Namespace not found:
I used the JDBC Url: jdbc:snps:xml?f=c:\temp\eurofxref-daily.xml. Is this sufficient?
Other xml files work well but this one creates problems.
    any ideas?
    best regards
    Thomas

    Try This URL
    jdbc:snps:xml?f=D:\oracle\product\11.1.1\Oracle_ODI_1\demo\xml\GEO_DIM.xml&re=GEOGRAPHY_DIM&ro=false&case_sens=true
Just change the parameters and test it.

I have seen this error when I'm executing inside one of the (j2ee sun reference implementation) server containers (either web or ejb). I believe its caused by "something" having previously loaded the "sax 1 driver class". In my case, I think the container or server is loading the sax parser from a jar that contains a sax 1 version. If you can, ensure that nothing is loading the sax 1 parser from another jar on your system. Verify that you are loading the sax parser from a jar containing the latest version so that you get the sax 2 compliant parser. Good luck!

  • CRM Sales 2.0 : Attachments are not downloaded to iPad

    Hi Community,
We are using SAP CRM Sales mobile 2.0.x app on iPad devices. We are facing an issue with attachments.
When we add attachments to transactions, they are not downloaded to device. I can see the attachment information on the transaction as in the screenshot below but when I click on it, says 'Download in progess' and it never finishes.
Attachment functionality is enabled for transactions in SPRO, ENABLE_ATTACHMENT_INLINE parameter is set to X in DOE. Size of the attachment is also less than the size set in SPRO Attachment settings.
What else could be the issue for attachments not downloading to device?
    Thanks
    Narasimha

    Hi Senthil,
I am facing big problem while setting up the sap crm sales 2.0 with sybase.
    Landscape is as:
    1. CRM 7.0 + MOB_CRMS200
    2. SAP NetWeaver Mobile SP07
    3. SUP 2.1 with ESD#2
    4. iOS/Windows Laptop.
I will share the steps which i followed:
    1. Setting up CRM with add-on as per document which came with this application.
    2. setting up the Netweaver Mobile as per document.
3.In SCC--> Created the Security, Domain and application id as per document.
    4. In ESDMA Bundle i copied the sup-db.xml file and mentioned sup listener url:
and i followed the Note 1655954.
    5. In Utility Command Line its giving the default URL as:
    'iiop://:2000'
Clicked enter-->asked for supAdmin password...provided-->then asked for domain-->security-->location of ESDMA Bundle (which we copied and copied sup-db.xml in that)
then provided the application id as: sap_crm.
then provided the SAP Technical username and password (which is maintained same in CRM and Netweaver Mobile).
    its showing the deployment successfully.
But when i register the device in SCC using all this details , the device is not coming online.
But when i used the default domain, the user is coming online. but its not coming with the domain which we have created.
Note: As per troubleshoot document the path which is mentioned there its not getting created as follows:
    UnwiredPlatform/InstallLogs/silentInstall/CRM/CRM_ESDMATMP/META-INF.
My question is what is the  Domain and Security used for, and whatever steps i have followed whether those are correct or not.
    Please help.
    This issue is very critical.
    Urgent Help will be appreciated.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Package com.bea.xml does not exist

    Hello all,
I would like to try the nice features of XMLBeans, but I am not able to import
the package com.bea.xml in my first Java XMLBeans demo program, which I tried
    to create.
The error message is "package com.bea.xml does not exist", even when the path
"C:\LocalProgFiles\Bea\xkit" (where the file xbean.jar is located) is included
in the CLASSPATH. Also the environemt variable XMLBEANDIR is set correctly to
    "C:\LocalProgFiles\Bea\xkit".
Has anyone an idea, what is wrong?
    Thanx in advance
    Stefan

    Hey, Stefan:
I am having the same problem as you were but I'm using Eclipse and I think I've set up the environment properly. Except I cannot, for the life of me, figure out where the Package, "com.bea.xml.stream.MXParserFactory", either resides on my computer or is located for download or is included in some other utility.
We found an example that used the following code:
    System.setProperty("javax.xml.stream.XMLInputFactory","com.bea.xml.stream.MXParserFactory");
So, I included that line just before I create a new instance of the XMLInputFactory, which I have included here:
    XMLInputFactory factory = XMLInputFactory.newInstance();
When my application tries to execute this statement I get the error below. Am I supposed to have this package on my computer? I don't even have a bea directory. What am I doing wrong?
    Thank you,
    Patricia

This seems to be a classpath problem. You can also use JDK1.4.1
which has crimson bundled with it. So you do not need to do any explicit settings for classpath.
Pls let me know if you still have problems
    Thanks,

For some reason when users launch my program from web start the latest version is not downloaded if the user has an older version in cache.

When not using the version protocol (as is the case when you do not specify a version attribute in your jar resource line), JWS uses the timestamp of the jar as a pseudo version. The JWS client retrieves this using a HEAD HTTP request.
I assume you have tested this situation on your own machine (downloaded the new version while the old version is in your JWS cache)?
If it fails for you as well (and assuming you are able to test without going through a proxy), then it suggests that there are timestamp issues, perhaps your deployment mechanism is somehow always assigning the same timestamp, or the web server is not responding correctly to the HEAD request (which seems unlikely...).
If it works for you, but not some portion of your user community, then investigate whether the affected users are going through a proxy - when using the non-version protocol, the jar URLs do not change between versions, and hence perhaps give poorly configured proxies an opportunity to return a stale version of the jar.
When using the version protocol, the jar HTTP requests have a query string ?version-id=x.x, which one might think reduces the chance that a proxy will misbehave.
At any rate, a possibly worth considering.

  • Firefox could not download the search plugin from

I have installed Firefox 24.0 recently and I am trying to install youtube Search Engine by opening www.youtube.com and clicking the Add "YouTube Video Search" in the search toolbar , but I get the following error message:
    Download Error
Firefox could not download the search plugin from:
    http://www.youtube.com/opensearch?locale=en_GB
Is it a Firefox problem, or a youtube error?

    Thank you for your reply.
I don't want to install addon for youtube search. I just wanted to know if I can install the youtube search engine as before.
After some reading on the internet I found that search engine is described by a small XML file that is available through a link on the page. All other pages with working search engines like Wikipedia or IMDb generates XML content or refers to XML file. But the link of youtube opensearch descriptor points to an opensearch.osdx file.
I don't know if it is the extension, or if there is unsupported tag in it but Firefox is not willing to handle it and add youtube to the search engines.
I found this page: http://www.tobtu.com/customsearch.php I copied the relevant tags to the input fields and added YouTube Video Srearch. Now it works fine.
But the question remains: is it Firefox that cannot handle youtube's sandard opensearch descriptor or is it youtube.com that provides a faulty descriptor?

    Thank you.

    Thanks Mohammad - much appreciated.
I also got a response from Apple who said that there was a problem related to fonts and the encryption.xml file
Once we'd removed this we were able to upload the epub no problem.
It's odd that the system seems to say that all is okay when it isn't. We have to rely on guesswork rather a lot using iBook Producer.
Anyway, all sorted now and thank you again for your contribution.
Best wishes and a Happy New Year!
    Sue
