Sounds like you synced your new phone to his backup, not yours. Reset the phone and try again. Or maybe Restore will let you resync it, I'm not going to try it on my phone to find out.

Wow that was really quick, thank you so much. Im not sure at all which version it was because i said it was around 4 years ago he bought it. I know it isn't under his username, since he's a PC person (ugh) so i know its probably registered to one of our actual names. isn't there some way to look it up since we did register it, because I'm not even sure where the disks are from when we bought it (we've moved a lot and also have two storage lockers, i know i would have kept it with other disks) but my cd rom drive is actually broken on my computer as well ( i think it got stepped on and is now squished and won't eject or run disks.)
So is there anyway they can look up that its registered to one of our names since we did register it when we bought and installed it, or do i really have to find the disk with some sort of proof of purchase (i know there would be no receipt after all this time)

Make sure all of the videos used in the project that is having that problem are from the same event. If they are from multiple events, move them all into one event.

I have downloaded and deleted an album 3 times now because on the playback, every 30-60 secs. it jumps to another song on the album. I have never had this problem before. Thanks !

Try deleting and redownloading again, this time with simultaneous downloads disabled.
While downloading select Downloads in the left-hand column and make sure Allow Simultaneous Downloads is unchecked.

I have had my Macbook for 18 months and have never experienced this problem with strange windows suddenly opening in Safari. I know this happens on windows 8 computers a lot, and it has never happened on my Macbook before.
Please can someone tell me how to get rid of these. I have reset my Safari and rebooted my computer, and don't know what else to do. This is very frustrating, as I cannot just do what I need to do.

I have been using Mozilla Firefox for ages on my laptop, using Windows 7. I use Yahoo mail for my e-mails. Today, when I booted up, I received a message from Yahoo saying that my "screen resolution is TOO LOW". Never had this before!!!

I have no idea what you're talking about. Are you sure it want a "signature" and not "password"? If it asks you for password then the document is encrypted and you need to know the password toopen it. The fact that it is a "public" PDF, whatever you mean by "public" does not mean anything. Trying to save a png for web, and trnsparency is not working, i have never had this problem before

I am trying to save for web, a png with a transparent background, and even though I clicked the transparency check box, it is still producing an image with a white background, when exporting the png the transparency works fine, so I know it has nothing to do with the layers. Help!

I believe it is time for the list. Hopefully, it is one of the easy ones at the top; 5) is probably irrelevant for this case.
The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file, and when it is not caused by issues with opening a file from external media, see below. You may have tried/done some of them already; 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
If possible/applicable, you should save current artwork first, of course.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to at least 5 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

First of all, look on the iPod to see if the song is actually on there. (The last Sync of my Classic resulted in "song not copied... because it cannot be found." The song had previously been on the iPod. I checked and despite the fact that iTunes could not find the file, the song was still on my iPod. I checked the folder and the song was exactly where t was supposed to be. So I simply set iTunes to find it again. What happened? I don't know, iTunes simply threw a wobbly!)
Second, try another Sync. Does this change anything? If the song was on the iPod, does a second Sync remove the message? If the song was not on the iPod after the first Sync, does the second one put it on there?

When I got the error, I realized it had nothing to do with RAM, I believe it was the camera footage I was using because changed the settings on my camcorder to something iMovie didn't like. So I have changed it back and its fine now.

I tried to download iTunes 11.1.4 and was told I need administrator privileges to do so. I have never had a problem before. What's going on?

Last week I attempted to update the iTunes on my computer to 11.1.4 but the process errored out. So I uninstalled iTunes and attempted to download the software from the website.
