ME-C6525GT-8S Software Forced Crash while booting

I can't get this unit to bootup no matter what I try. I have done some research already without any results. Does anyone recognize the error and possibly let me know what is causing this crash. I think it might be hardware related.
(Here is the initial bootup attempt and then me telling the system to boot to the image as well as running the "stack 50" command, to get some more info.)

    Hi!
Seems that the router crashed due to a memory corruption issue. The router runs memory checking algorithms to verify that the
memory has not been corrupted. If the router detects that the memory has been corrupted, it crashes. A memory corruption occurs at some point due to some IOS process writing in memory where it shouldn't therefore this is a software issue.
Usually and IOS upgrade is needed.

  • Mac OS Yosemite crashes while booting

Recently I have upgraded my MPB to Yosemite.
It does crash once in a while. I think mostly while using chrome browser.
    Today it crashed.
So, I restarted it. But it started crashing while it was booting up.
Tried several times but it kept crashing and I kept restarting.
Then I put the MBP on power and then restarted by pressing the power button.
While I did that it crashed several times and restarted itself several times.
Eventually it got started by itself.
Anyone has faced a similar issue with their MBP?

  • Imac g5 crashes while asleep; can't boot from cd/dvd

My imac g5 crashes while asleep. Both the display and hard drive are set to sleep.
In trying to fix this problem with Apple tech support, I've discovered I can't boot from the cd/dvd. When I hold down the letter c while restarting, the disk ejects. I've tried three different disks: the install dvd, a Norton Systemworks bootable cd, and the bootable cd from AppleCare. All are ejected.
Have I got some hardware problem(s)?

Since we couldn't fix this over the phone, it's now at the Apple Store being fixed. They've replaced the power supply and, after I called again and made sure they tested it by having it sleep for a couple of hours (they couldn't wake it up after that), they're replacing the logic board.
I've been disappointed by the amount of hardware that's had to be replaced on this computer. I also had to replace the mid-plane assembly about six months after buying it in Sept. 2004.

  • Any scan software crashes while starting it..?!

    Hello!
I have a Canon scanner connected to my iMac G5 PowerPC with OS X 10.4.11 and the "CanoScan" software worked all fine. But then, one day, it always crashed when trying to start it - couldn't start it since then, it always crashes while starting.
Now I also have an HP multi-function printer/scanner and the same thing happens when trying to start "HP Scan". (Printing works fine.)
Any idea how I could make scan software work again with my Mac?
    Thanks!

"10-07 15:44:26.890: WARN/ActivityManager(71): Launch timeout has expired, giving up wake lock!"
Ive seen that error before. :-) It looks like it is bombing out trying to initialize the "WAKE_LOCK" permission. Make sure that you have all the permissions included in your AIR app. If you download the latest Extension for Flash CS5, the App & Installer settings will have a new "Permissions" tab and then you can select the permissions that you would like to include. In your case "WAKE_LOCK". Then publish
In previous CS5 extensions you would have to open up the release notes and then copy and paste, then edit the permissions in your app.xml file. This makes life much easier.
    Hope this helps-

  • MBP won't boot after crashing while installing OSX

    Hi
My 2010 15" Macbook Pro crashed while installing Mountian Lion. This was clean install, I had earlier in the process formatted the harddrive.
I have browsed the forum for similar problems, but neither holding down cmd+ctrl+r+p, cmd+r nor just the option key on start-up gives me anything but black screen.
To avoid confusion I am sure that the computer is starting as I can hear the fans starting.
I hope very much to receive input, thank you

Start all over with 10.6, make sure to erase the ENTIRE drive in 10.6's disk utility

  • Safari 4.0.3 crashes while opening website

Safari 4.0.3 update on OSX 10.4.11 PPC G5 dual 2.3 6GB RAM 169GB of free HD space. Safari crashes down when opening certain sites. It also downloads the files called b.ashx at time. I tried everything what I know and have read in this forum: re-installed completely Safari and flash plugin after thorough cleanup, tried to disable Java script and plugins in Safari Security, checked Input Manager, tried to open another account did not help so far. Have feeling it has a connection to Flash because when I take Flesh out of the Library>Internet Plugins folder it doesn't crash while accessing the site but does not display parts of the site either. Thanks for having OPERA browser. Bellow is the link to one of the crash sites
    http://www.snocap.com/

..... Menucracker or whatever it was is gone didn't change anything here is the report after restart and attempt to access the snocap site. I noticed that after Safari crash it takes very long time to open whatever. I don't know how to get full report when I click on Crash Reporter it's empty this is a console.log and bellow is system.log report...... Last two lines in console.log is what appears there after Safari crash.

  • System crashes while capturing in CS5

Recently installed Samsung Kies software for supporting my Galaxy cell phone. Same day Win7 started crashing while capturing video in Premiere Pro CS5. It crashes after random number of minutes capturing. There's no problem with any other aplication, Adobe or not, and Premiere Elements7 captures video with no problem at all. Uninstalled Kies but Win7 keeps crashing. Any experience with this combination of softwares?

I have one computer for everything http://forums.adobe.com/thread/652694?tstart=0 and have not had any problems
But, I do not have and have never heard of "Kies" software
Generally speaking... if something works and then stops working when new software is installed... that is clear to ME that the new install is the problem
I always make a full boot drive image before installing anything
You should buy software to make a full backup of your hard drive to an external USB hard drive... which makes restoring very easy
The product I use is at http://www.terabyteunlimited.com/image-for-linux.htm
Image runs off of a bootable CD via Linux (the Zip you download includes a program to make the bootable CD) and it reads EVERYTHING on the drive, even the hidden registration information, so everything is restored when needed... and you may restore the image to a brand new drive and not have to re-install anything
Please note that I own no part of Image, and I don't get a referral fee (that is just a plain web link) but I use the program and it has saved me a LOT of trouble when I had a hard drive die... and I was able to restore everything and not have to re-install or re-activate a single program, from Windows on up

  • Windows 8 crash on boot from hibernate

Ever since I bought my Thinkpad S1, the thing has had trouble rebooting from hibernate. 9/10 times it crashes on boot and i have to shut down the laptop with the power button in order to reboot it manually. It always crashes while the spinning windows 8 loading icon is showing.

    Yes, probably you are right.
Its very strange that you cannot install any of the Windows systems. Even if there would be a software problem, the Recovery Disk should solve this.
But according to your last message, the recovery disk does not work too and therefore a hardware problem is possible.
Unfortunately, its difficult to say whats exactly wrong here without running some diagnostic software and checking the hardware parts.

    Apologies, I said:
Are your drives all 7200rpm and have you (or your pc builder) tweaked  any settings for the grapics card to do its cuda stuff (e.g. force  recognition of non-compatible drive).
    I should have said:
Are your drives all 7200rpm and have you (or your pc builder) tweaked  any settings for the grapics card to do its cuda stuff (e.g. force  recognition of non-compatible graphics card).
If CUDA processing is enabled and you have a CUDA recognised effect applied, (e.g. 'levels') then a yellow rendered bar will appear.
There are only a small number of recognised/tested graphics cards, but it seems the done thing is to 'fix' other high spec nvidia cards, via a small edit, which is documented on several youtube videoes.
If you had the CUDA option applied, you could switch the 'software only' rendering option, but as problem is on CS3 too, that now seems accademic.
(I didn't realise pre CS5 version would sit on 64bit system. Thats's handy so I can put up my CS2 in win7 pro 64 bit, for legacy projects).
I'm no expert on RAID systems, but have read of them (or their particular configuraion) causing problems with NLE's, so if you can, it's worth copying a sample source file to internal 'regular' drive, disconnect raid (if safe to do so), check settings for temp files point to same as project etc and are all set to internal drives with free space and try again. It may not be RAID, but without testing, it can't be ruled out.
Perhaps take test clip, drag to time line, do not play it, but add an effect to it - say 'Brightness & contrast' with extreme settings so it's obviosly different to source, then export it as avi, without playing it or scrubbing cursor.
This export, unlike 'play' will mean that data does not have to be read through in realtime.
If it works, it implies it's happy with codec, how to decompress it for editing/exporting and implies it's an issue in coping with processing data in real time.
Please confirm drives are all >=7200rpm.

  • Crash on boot

I'm trying to install ArchLinux but unfortunately the installer crashes on boot.
Based on experience with another distro, I'm pretty sure this is related to udev in that I know for a fact that my computer has an issue with 175-3, which is the version that the ArchLinux installer is using.
Is a previous version of the installer available or is it possible to customize the installer to use a previous udev version during boot (I'm looking for an installer using udev 171-3)
    Thanks.

    Thank you for your feedback.
The case is... the system I'm running now, is using udev 171-3. The moment I upgrade udev (to 175-3), the system no longer fully boots (I've spend quite some time a while ago isolating which packages in the upgrade process that caused this behavior).
The kernel loading either just stops, stops with a lot of text on the screen or stops and reboots.
Yesterday, due to a stupid mistake, I upgraded udev and bang... the system refused to boot. That's why I started to look for an alternative. Unfortunately, the newer installation ISO's for the distro I'm running crashes during boot. As does the ArchLinux one.
So I guess I'm stuck at what I have (which is not really that bad, because it's using the same package update scheme as ArchLinux and therefore never really gets outdated)
    uname -a reports: Linux jada 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.32-1 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The CPU is a E8600 overclocked at 4GHz.
The system is installed on a SSD, with home and swap located on a software RAID.
So back to my question that remain unanswered:
Is a previous version of the installer ISO available or is it possible to customize the installer to use a previous systemd/udev version during boot?
    Thanks.
