ME2N - PO List Display Items Received not Invoiced
Hello Experts
In ME2N how to display PO List items received not invoiced ?
Is that the meaning is to display PO list items received but not invoiced. if that is the case how to get this list in ME2N. I have created the variants and delivered in ME2N. But this one i didnt understand proerly. Please guide me.

In a PO when you close all the major nodes, you would see three major nodes,
a) header
b) item overview
c) item
Open the item and look for purchase order history tab to tell you if there are any transaction posted to it.

Goods Received Not Invoiced Account is accumulating credits/not reconciling
Newbie here. I found the forum today and hope you guys can help me.
My company runs SAP B1 and I have two questions (for now):
1. The Goods Received Not Invoiced Account is accumulating a larger and larger credit balance even though there are no Goods Receipt POs open. There are a lot of transactions I'd have to dig through to figure out the problem. So, I'm wondering if any of you can direct me to some transactions that typically cause this.
2. The Goods Received Not Invoiced Account is not automatically reconciling GRPO and Invoices. Should it? Or do I have to manually do that periodically?

Have you mapped the Goods received not invoiced under
Admin > Setup > Financial > G/L A/C determination > Inventory Tab > Allocation account
The above account is a liability account under COAs.
Once you close the GRPO the balance in the Goods received not invoiced balance will reduce.
Then you can reconcile the account if the amount to reconcile is zero.

Whenever i enter details in Goods receipt PO,the journal entry which is passed has a account called " Goods Received Not Invoiced " which is debited. What is significance of that account . why it is used .

If you know about contra or allocation account. GRNI is one of that.
As you know SAP has some standard procedure to follow the purchase process.
PO which is non accounting and not legal document which is only used to give the order to supplier.
Based on PO, GRPO is raised. Because of GRPO Stock gets In. So here accouting entry must pass.
In this GRN Entry ashould be passed where Stock Account gets Debited and GRNI account gets credited which will then be credited at the time of invoice where creditors outstanding will be generated.
In short your accounting would be Suplier--> Credit
Stock--> Debit
Tax--> Debit (if any)

Use transaqction ME2N , with selection paramter RECHNUNG & from the dynamic selection (Shift+F4) select the delivery completed indicator from the Purchase Order Item
Execute the report, this will give you the list of PO's open for invioicing after GR

Third party items are not invoiced totally though the MIRO done for all
Hi Gurus,
I have a third party sales order with 3 item lines.
All these three items are delivered to the customer by the vendor and invoice verification MIRO also done for all three.
Now when the order related invoice creation background job run and invoice created for this order is missing the first line item in the invoice. I cant understand what is the problem with first item line? Order is now not in the invoice due list also. manually invoice creation also gives the log that the order is completely invoiced. But when we see the document flow for item line 1 it says the item line is yet open and not invoiced.
suggest me as the invoice posting is required for this item line also. suggest all the possible reasons.

I hv checked d mentioned tables and Itm Categories nothing is +ve there. All 3 itms hv TAS itm category. Also I agree with ur MIRO statement.
I found one thing which might b d cause plz check.
As we knw dat we cant change the schedule ln date and quantity once the Pur. Requisition created. and we cant make changes in sales order itm line if the PO is created for that Pur. Requisition. Bcoz afteward the PO wont be updating the Pur Requsition and sales order automatically.
But here the schedule line date at d schedl ln category for itm 2 is changed by a certain Batch job after the PO cration.
Therefore I think this wd b d reason that the item line 2nd is not getting updated in sales order from the PO and looks open.
The change of schedule line dates is not maintained in the PO manually ever.
So would it b d reason for the inconsistent doc flow updates and 2nd item being open as not invoiced yet?

Closed / Invoices can be taken from ME2L report by choosing right values from drop down list for "Selection parameters" .
Payment is not tagged directly to MM invoice , hence you cannot find any report ...
ML80FN is a detailed report from which you can do much more analysis as requried..

Problem with building conditional display items

Please help as I am using APEX for the first time.
This my requirement during form dispaly in tabular format. There is one display item QA_TIER(not a database item). This item value is computed based on the condition below.
I created a display item with :
Source Used : Always, replacing any existing value in the session state

PO Version not displayed in PO List Displays (ME2L, ME2K, etc)
I have configured PO Version Management. My PO's are working as desired with proper output.
However, the PO Version Number is not displayed in my PO List Display tcodes (ME2L, ME2K, etc) nor is it available to add to the layout. I have configured the Scope of List for "BEST" (PO's) to include change documents. However, there is nothing when I go to ME2L for a PO that has 15 versions. I have verified that EKKO does contain the latest version number for this PO.
Have I missed a config step??Dear,

Large list items are not crawling
Recently we have migrated SharePoint 2007 application to SharePoint 2013. In that we are having a list which contains 40000+ items and each item have unique permissions set based on the business requirement.
After migration, we have ran full crawl on the web application. After the crawl, the list items are not crawled and displayed in the search results. When checked in the crawl log, there is no entry related to the list items.
Based on suggestions from the blog and microsoft we have changed the FilterProcessMemoryQuota and DedicatedFilterProcessMemoryQuota to 500 MB from 100 MB.
Still, the items are not crawled. Later we have modified some of the items in the list and ran the incremental crawl. The list items which are modified are crawled and available in the search results.
We have scheduled the incremental crawl to run on every night and full crawl to run every week end (saturday) night. What happened is the incremental crawl that run after full crawl deletes all the items which are modified and crawled before the full crawl
with a message "Deleted by the gatherer ( This item was deleted because its parent was deleted. )". This happens only with the incremental crawl run after the full crawl, but the subsequent incremental crawls add the items to the
search results until full crawl run.
Please advise on this.

Having said that...
Your full crawl is picking up the items but the first incremental crawl is subsequently deleting them. Are you really using Incremental crawl or is this continuous crawling? Are all list items being deleted or merely some of them?
I'd normally put this down to the crawler not being able to identify the items, which may be the case here, but this sounds a little more interesting. -
Display "without PGI" & "PGI done not invoiced" in the selection screen

I am preparing a query to track the status of outbound deliveries and would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on the following requirement.
Is there a way to display the following two fields in the "Selection Screen" of a query (TCode: SQ00).
1. Without PGI (Delivery document saved but the delivery is yet to do a PGI).
2. PGI done but not invoiced (PGI is done but the invoice is not raised).
I have already added, joined LIKP and LIPS and retrieving a host of information from these two tables but stuck on the two points above.

I do agree that standard transactions should be considered instead. The users always want the darndest things...
Query is not a custom report and has some limitations, which needs to be understood by the users. We can't add such buttons/checkboxes on the screen in a query, but we can add the status fields as selection criteria.
Since query is at the line item level (LIPS), the statuses also are needed at the line item level, which is VBUP table. WBSTA is GM status, FKSTA is billing status. I'd guess that if WBSTA is 'A' then it's not PGIed and if FKSTA is 'A' then it's not invoiced. But I'd check in your system to make sure the statuses are updated as expected.
VBUP can be joined by primary key, so it shouldn't have a huge negative effect on performance. In any case, this is the only way to deliver such information in a query, I believe.
