ME51N - PR against Project Network not yet released

It appears that its possible to create a PR against a Network and an Activity for a Project that has not been released using ME51N. (PR with account assignment N Network and Activity)
However in MIGO you are not allowed to receive the parts ordered as long as the Project has not been released (makes sense).
Is there an easy way of preventing the creation of PRs against Networks that has not been released yet?
(In Project material demands registered as PRs will not be released into the system before the Project is released.. so it may look like there is some kind of inconsistency here)

SOA Composite Editor Missing in 11.1.2 Or Not Yet Released?

I downloaded the JDeveloper Studio 11.1.2 and there is no SOA composite editor (I saw the note in the page after the setup). The SOA is not included or not included yet?
If it is not included some people know why?

Changes to timesheet using PSI against Project 2013 not persisting...

Since we migrated from Project Server 2007 to 2013 we have been updating our custom code which mainly involves processing the timesheets. As has been stated in many places, the only way we could find to lock timesheets and prevent modification, recall, deletion,
etc after the timesheet has been approved is to set the TS_IS_PROCESSED value in the timesheet's header table to true as the code below does.

I wrote out the contents of the header table on one timesheet I was processing before and after executing the code above. Before the update, TS_IS_PROCESSED value is false, and after it's true. Great! But then if I process that same timesheet again,
I notice that the before and after values are false and true respectively again. Where/When is that TS_IS_PROCESSED value being reset back to false? We don't have any other code that is touching this stuff or even making calls to update the timesheets. All
other calls are reading data back...
I don't understand why I can't get the true value to persist?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

How to GR entry sheet if the PO not full release

I have a PO with 3 level release strategy. There is a requirement that if the PO has been already released only level 2, the GR entry sheet (ML81n) can be accepted and save. Is there any solution?

Diagnosis
The purchasing document is subject to a release strategy. The goods receipt cannot be entered until Purchasing has released (approved) the document.
Procedure
Contact the person responsible in Purchasing in order to have the purchasing document released.
You can view the release strategy in the header data of the purchasing document.

Try doing this: In the release strategy config, set the release status to R in the second and third stages. So when the second stage is released (release code 2A), the status is set to R and then entry sheet can be done.

Validation of Network Profile against Project Profile

Hi,
I would like to monitor the creation of Networks with regard to the Project Profile, based on the Network Profile, so that when a Network is created with Profile "ZCN00", for example,it could be saved only if the Project Profile is "ZPS000" (taken from the Project Definition to which the Network is assigned).
I have used Validation/Substitution for similar logic regarding WBS elements against Project definition, but I cannot use Validation/Substitution for Network Header for this purpose because the Project Profile is not accessible in the Data for this Validation.
I have also tried Validation/Substitution in "Consistency check project structure" where all data is accessible - but validations here cannot be assigned in customizing to various profiles (Project/Network); as stated in thread "Validation for Proj. structure" in this forum, these can be activated using transactions CNC4, CNC5.
This does not solve my problem because I need to PREVENT the creation of a Network in the "wrong" Project - and not to trace the inconsistency AFTER the network has been created.
Is there a way to use the Consistency check project structure for my need without any other means, or do I have to use one of the exits provided in that tool?

Thank you for your reply.
In our work processes, there is a main function who creates and manages the Project Structure, excluding Networks, and in many cases, certain people may work on several different projects where they create networks, so I cannot limit their authorization to specific profiles, be it Project definitions or networks.
I know my issue can easily be solved by a simple development (like the Badi suggested in Virendra's message)- but I want to make sure I have covered the possibilities in the standard system - specifically VSR - before I go there.

As the project grows in size the load time increases. How does one control not loading all images ,divs,elements etc. until they're
needed on the timeline? For example some sections are off and only become visible when recalled. My projects slowly grow in size so loading
all images , is counter productive . My other option would be to create separate htmls but that breaks the seamless user experience .

1. you might think of making DVD backups first prior to importing the photos into Aperture. "Store Files: In their current location" once in Aperture make low rez Previews, and export finished Project.
or,
2. bring in the photographs to hard drive first prior to importing the photos into Aperture. "Store Files: In their current location" once in Aperture make low rez Previews, and export finished Project.
the low rez Previews will stay in Aperture but the high quality Versions will be exported onto DVDs and gone from the hard drive (if you delete the originals).
another way would be to export small about 50-70 pixel wide high quality jpegs to a folder on your Desktop and import & keep these in Aperture Library as a reference. make metadata to show where the original Project DVDs are stored and DVD filing system used.

I had created a contract and had a release procedure for it.
I had released the contract using ME35k.
When i try to raise a p.o agaist the contract i am getting the error as "Release orders against contract 4600000069 not possible (contract not released)"
What could be the problem and solution for the above error message.

I had released and saved for all the levels i.e for all the release codes.
Still it is behaving the same.
I have not used any ref purchase org as mentioned above in one of replies.

Deployment warning: SC null null not known yet, can not get release level

During the deployment I'm getting the following warning (application_00.log):
SC null null not known yet, can not get release level for vendor: 'se.sync', name: 'BPE', location: 'Deployment Manager', counter: '42', change number: 'null'
BPE is the application name and "se.sync" is the provider-name from application-j2ee-engine.xml.
This seems to indicate that some release level (version?) is not set... How can this be fixed?

Hi Milosz,
the warning is because the deploy controller checks for correct version numbers in the DC/SC that is deployed.
You can just ignore it, your application should run just fine.

Gracias for the reply, i checked the master record of the business partner in T-code BP, under General Role > Status. The Field Not Released in not enabled. Which mean that the Business partner can be used for posting.
Please confirm if there are any other role i need to check for this field.

Along with the other options mentioned above, as soon as i checked 'Closed Requisitions' , i was able to see all the PRs and also the one which i was looking for.
Below are the options which i checked: and in the Dynamic Selection I used 'Created By'
Check -> Assigned Purchase Requisitions
Check -> Closed Requisitions
Check -> "Partly Ordered" Requisitions
Check -> Requisns for Overall Release
Check -> Requisns for Item-Wise Release

Error 64: Network connection is not yet established?

Hi. I've created a RTOS to be run on a PXI8175 controller (host_*.VI, TCL_*.VI, and NPL_*.VI) connected via ethernet. My target is the controller and I open the Host_*.VI. The loop VI's are downloaded but when the program tries to run, I get Error 64: Network connection is not yet established. Any ideas?

That might be the problem, but to know for sure, we must determine the inherent execution overhead in your time-critical loop.
Drop a pair of tick counts - one right at the beginning of the TCL loop and one right before the TCL goes to sleep. If the difference is close to 20ms we have our answer (assuming the TCL overhead doesn't vary much iteration to iteration).
If the difference is significantly smaller than 20ms, then there is plenty of time for NPL to accept TCP connection and talk, so we're dealing with a different kind of problem. Have you tried a simple TCP example just as a sanity check?

    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    keywords:
