  • Credit Limit based on Open Items only.

    Dear Friends,
Is it possible to set credit limit based on Open Items only ( Document Type RV)
If the credit limit is crossed for accounting documents not yet cleared, then system should allow creating sales order, but block any deliveries further.
Just to add this, we are using Oldest Open Item, to make sure system blocks deliveries if even one Billing document is overdue for payment.

    Hi,
    AT FD32,
For respective customers Credit Limit should be made 99999999....(i.e maximum)
Goto OVA8. Select the respective Credit Control area, Risk category & Customer Group.
    tick-> OpenItems
Max.Open items 100% and Nodays Open here you can maintain the grace days (after the payment term limit expires) is allowed to do the transaction for respective customer.
if grace days are '0', then as soon as payment term limit is expires system will block the transactions selected.
    Thank You,
    RB.

  • How to limit the number of items in a KPI Status list web part?

How to limit the number of items in a KPI Status list web part? There is no paging option for Business Category Status list or any limit can be made by changing the Item limit in default view unlike other SharePoint List web parts. So How to achieve it?
    Kindly help.

    Hi,
According your post, I know you would like to set the item display limit in Status List web part.
In the web part, the number of items to display is based on the view which you selected when configuring the web part. The default view for status list is status list view.
However, I am not able to limit the items’ display number of the status list view. After changing the items limit, the list item displayed would not match the number specified by Item Limit. Thus, it is not possible to limit the number
of items in the Status list web part.
It could be a potential issue in SharePoint 2010.
We will log this issue to our suggestion box. As after the submission, we may not have any time guarantee when the fix may be released, but it may come out on next cumulative update.

  • How to limit the number of items that a list control can hold?

    Hi,
I am using a Flex3 List control for one of my projects.
I add drag & drop functionality to it, so that i can drag & drop elements from one control to another.
How to limit the number of items that a list control can hold / can be dropped in a list control ?
    - Sen.

    1. Listen for the dragdrop event on the control you are dragging onto.
    2. check the length of the items in the dataprovider - if it exceeds your maximum override the default drop action with e.preventDefault(); (assuming you used e for the event on the handler).

    Mark.

  • Is there any limit on Number of items that can be created in SBO2005B

Is there any limit on Number of items that can be created in SAP Business One 2005B.
We are working for button manufacturer.
Each button will have type, color, size, thickness.
There are about 100 types, 40 colors, 30 sizes, 10 thickness, 500 models.
It looks to be approximately above 30lacs item codes has to be created.
Is there any performance issues or any other known issues towards the large item lists.

    Hi,
There is no real limit on the number of items you can create (well, the item code is a 20 character key so theoretically the limit is the total number of possible combinations of letters and characters in that key).
Performance can be an issue with a large inventory, as well as database size (particularly if you have a large inventory and a large number of warehouses). Some issues such as the speed of lookups can be avoided by changing system settings but other issues such as the speed of inventory reports are inevitable going to take longer for larger inventories.
Have you done any research on looking for SBO addons for the clothing industry? It might be worth searching the CPSN for such addons (ie ones that can deal with sizes, colours etc) as these may help greatly in keeping the number of stock items down to a minimum.
    Kind Regards,

  • Limit on Page-By-Item in Disco Viewer

    Hi There.
Is there a limit on page by items on Disco Viewer.
It works fine but as soon as i add more than one page by item no matter the result i select it defaults to <All>
    Regards

    Hi,
Do you mean that it doesn't filter the data according to the value you selected ?
I am not aware of a limitation on the page items and for sure you can have more than one.
Personally I have seen workbooks running under viewer with more than 5 page items.
What version of viewer do you use? maybe you need to patch it up...

  • Credit limit check cause the item schedule line confirmed qty empty

    Hi,
I have an SO that is under credit limit check, the problem is, after releasing it via VKM3, the confirmed qty at item schedule line is not taking the qty as of stock at the time. The SO qty is 100 Pcs, but there's still stock of 80 Pcs. I will then need to split the schedule line to 2 lines --> 1st line with order qty 80 Pcs, and 2nd line 20 Pcs. Then only the confirmed qty appear for the 80Pcs.
For usual SO that is without credit checking, the confirmed qty will immediately shown as in 1 schedule line. Does anyone know why is this happening and can we amend this problem?
    Thanks.

    Hi
If an order is subject to credit check once you save the order the confirmed quantities becomes 0 because if the settings done in t code OVB8 Number of the routine used for copying is set as 101and System FORM routine number is set as 1 (and this is the standard settings)
This is kept like this in standard so that if a material stock is say 10 units and order from customer X has come for 10 units and that order is blocked on crediit limit so that when the next order from customer Y has come for another 5 units and this customer Y has a better credit limit and this order is not blocked on Credit limit check then she should not suffer for stocks
A genuine customer should not be deprived of stocks
For you between the order registered and released thro VKM3 another order has come from another customer for 20 units and hence the 100 units has become 80 now and balance 20 is confirmed for a future date thro forward scheduling
In T code OVB8 you can do the customizations for this scenario according to the business requirement

  • Is there a limit to number of items in Netbeans 6.5 "Flow" screen?

    Hello,
I am using NetBeans IDE 6.5 to build a Mobile Application using NetBeans 6.5, and I seem to have hit a limit with the number of Items that I can add using the "Flow" development process. I can still drag and drop items from the Palette onto the Visual Designer, but the source code for any item that I add does not end up in the program.
Does anyone know if there is a limit to the number of items that can be placed on the "Flow" Visual Designer? Or is there some setting that is not set properly for the code to be added to the source code. It has been working just fine for a while, so I can only assume that I have hit a limit, or that I have changed a setting that now makes it not change the code.
Any help in this situation would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

Yup... you can have up to 99 tracks, including stories and slideshows in that number.
However, there is really no reason to have one clip per track... you could put several (or all 80) into a single track if needs be.

  • Limit on Task "Related Item" fields

    Good Afternoon,
There is a field on a standard out of the box Task item in SharePoint 2013 Online called "Related Items" that a user can add links to related SharePoint items.  There seems to be a limit of 9 items that you can add.  After that,
new items that you add are not stored to the task, cannot be dislayed displayed and the Version history does not show any new items added after number 9:
Does anyone know if this limitation is documented anywhere and if there is a way to change the limit to a higher number?  Is this limit applicable to all 2013 Tasks or just SharePoint Online?
    Kim Frehe

    Hi Kim,
I can't find any documentation about the "Related items" maximum items, based on the sp.ui.relateditems.js (located in 15 folder on SharePoint server on-premise) the Related Items used, I think the maximum 9 items of adding and rendering is hardcoded
in js file, it is hard or impossible to modify the js file. The limitation is related to "Related items" field, so it is applicable to all 2013 Tasks in SharePoint Online and On-premise.
    Thanks

  • Limit on number of items in an archive

Is there any limit to the number of items that can be published and seen through the Archive on the published site in Mobile Me? I am have a problem being able to see items over about a year old in my blog on the published site.

    Hi Steve,
The secret is to write a value to Property: Legend: Plot Minimum.  This will get you very close to the functionality that you are looking for, with the exception that a single empty element will be added to the end of the legend.  I am not sure if/how you can remove that empty element.

  • Setting a limit on number of items selected in a JList

    hi guys,
I have a JList in my swing application. The default Selection mode is Multiple-interval Selection.
But actually i want to select a maximum of only 3 items at a time from the list, so can anyone help how to fine tune this selection criteria.
    Thanks,
    vishal

The 'proper' way would be to implement ListSelectionModel (either directly or through DefaultListSelectionModel) and implement the functionality you want. You will need to override the setSelection methods (i.e. addSelectionInterval, setSelectionInterval etc) with something like:
    public void setSelectionInterval(int index0, int index1) {
       if ((index1 - index0) < maxSelectionCount) {
          super.setSelectionInterval(index0, index1);
// ... etcYou will need to decide what you want to happen when a user tries to select a fourth item, you could either ignore the request (probably the easiest) or you could deselect one of their other choices.
As a side note, I dont think that limiting the number of selections on a list is a very intuaive interface design. I don't know what the ideal solution would be, maybe a collection of three combo boxes or something like that.

  • SRM: Item category B/D for limit PO

    Hello Team,
Want to pose a question ? When created a Limit PO into SRM (item category Limit), I found that the back-end PO replica is been created with item category D.
    Sounds starnge ?
I believe i did build the system correct with new account assignment category for UNKNOWN. Still system is picking up wrong item category and hence all calculations are going awary.
    Please advice.
    Thanks in anticipation.

    Sandeep,
In addition to what Yann said. My analysis is:
There is one more dimention to this is that the vendor master flag "GR-based invoicing" has the impact on POs item category. If this flag from vendor master don't get transferred to PO then implement the OSS notes 956083.
Now after applying this notes you see the standard functionality:
If let say, we are creating PO with "Invoice Only" flag then there are follwoing options:
    a) If the "GR based invoice" flag in vendor master is checked then the POs goes into D item category and you can enter a service sheet for them.
    b) If the "GR based invoice" flag in vendor master is NOT checked then the POs goes into B item category and you can enter invoice just after PO.
    Please assign points as applicable.

  • Limit line items on Sales Order

    Hello everyone,
I'm curious if there is a standard way to limit the number of items on a Sales Order?  For example, say you want to limit the amount of line items on a sales order to 1000 lines.  Is there a way to do this via configuration?  I'm sure it can be done via User Exits but I'm curious if it can be done by standard functionality.
    Thanks,
    Chris

    Hi chris
As far as my knowledge goes there is no standard configuration to limit the number of line items.
Go to SE38 and give the program SAPMV45A and there you can see the list of user exits .
