I had deleted certain PO's , and then when i want to see the deleted PO's , then i go for ME2N and put deletion indicator, in dynamic selection, ok it will show me how much PO's were deleted, But why ME80FN report will not show the deleted POs
whY? what is difference between ME2N and ME80FN

Hi,
ME80FN omits PO's where EKPO-STAPO = X.
The field EKPO-STAPO = X when a purchasing document item is deleted
for which no history took place (i.e. neither GR nor IR ; no release
order in case of a contract ; etc).
Deleted line items can show up in ME80FN. This can be the case if
there has been GR or IR against this PO item and it was deleted
afterwards.
When you delete a PO item before GR or IR :
- the deletion indicator EKPO-LOEKZ = L
- the statistical indicator EKPO-STAPO = X, unless history exists on
this item, otherwise this PO will not be listed when you select
the dynamic selection field in PO item 'deleteion indicator'.

Report for purchase orders - like ME80FN

Hello,
is there a way to get a report of purchase orders which have been released for stock and for customer orders.
I tried ME80FN, but there is no column available such like account-assignment-category where I could separate the orders for stock from the customer ones.
Any ideas?

account assignment category is available in dynamic selection
So you can at least execute ME80FN per account assignment category, even the field itself is not shown in the final report.

ME80FN-For Open PO's Only

Hi All,
I need the report ME80FN to be displyed only for Open GR's, i know this can be reported from ME2N/ME2L with WE101.However,i would like to see the same in ME80FN please tell me what selection i need to use.

You can get Open Gr in this list also please follow the steps
Go to ME80FN -
1- After giving all the details execute then you will get the List of report
2-in the menu bar where you have Sort,find ,print,view in that row check at Last we have You have CHANGE VIEW in that select -Del shed selction then Excecute you will get Scheduled Qty tab and Qty deliverd if Qty deliverd is 0 then that is open GR.
I think you check this it will give you the details

How can we add fields to me80fn

i want to add Material Type,work center,include delivery complete as check box to the open purchase order report ME80FN how can we add to this? what r the steps to do enhancement for this report?

This is SAP Query report, look at infoset /SAPQUERY/ME80FN and you may copy this infoset to your own name space and then change it include your fields.
You cannot modify the exisiting query

The equivalent query of ME80FN in sap BI

Can anyone please tell if there is any equivalent report of ME80FN at BI side ??
I need to include some more information in the report at BI side for equivalent report.

Problem with the Screen me80fn

Dear Team,
i have opened the PO in me23n. later in thye same screen, i have typed /nme80fn, trhen i went to me80fn tcode. The user sees the Plant code , PO number being defaulted. He did not want this to happen .
Plz help me regarding this issue .

Transaction ME80FN stores with reference to the last business process
the corresponding document type.(This is realised with table ESDUS)
When you leave the tcode, the last settings are saved in the table
ESDUS. If you now call ME80FN again, the system calls the last process
which can be found under 'active' and the system reads the corresponding
references.

First part of my question is partially solved.Only issue is suppose I select multiple Tracking Number on the screens and execute. The report also comes correct but I dont see the Tracking Nos in the layout.But time being my issue is solved Thanks.
If u can add inputs to second part of Qestion as --I want to get the Release date of PO in Report ME80FN.

ME80FN evaluation regarding Purchase Order History (Execute in BackGround)

I need your help regarding the follwowing Situation: I want to make an avaluation regarding the Purchase Order History for a few thousend of purchase orders in ME80FN. Becasue of the big amount of purchase orders I have to execute the program in Background. After executing the program in background in the created spool I get the Information regarding the Header of the purchase orders NOT REGARDING THE PURCHASE OREDR HISTORY.
Is there any way to start a background programm with some kind of a parameter so it can deliver the Purchase Order History information i need. Another way to solve the problem would be to set up a default value for the ME80FN transaction so the default delivered Information would be regarded to the Purchase Order History not to the Header Information?

I know this does not anser yoru question but, The last time I ran it I could comfortably do it for a long time .. Foreground.. WOuld you have issues running it in teh foreground.. May be BASIS could help tuning the run time

ME80FN & MB51

Hi Experts,
I have one query. I have run the report me80fn for certain material with PO no. and check the PO history report in that i found difference between GRN value against the IV value . That difference is frights charges.
GRN Amount: 100
IV Amount: 120
Difference: 20 is fright charges.
When i checked in MB51 with GRN NO i found that amount is: 120 (i.e. GRN Amount + Fright Charges)
My question is why in me80fn amount reflected against the grn no does not include the fright charges.
Is there any configuration setting or and option to incorporate any new field fin me80fn report for this difference.

mb51 is the material document list that is it will give the total value generated during material document creation
whereas me80fn is the general evaluation

Transaction ME80FN, SAP Query ME80FN, and logical database MEPOLDB

I am looking at transaction ME80FN. Is that from the global query /SAPQUERY/ME, ME80FN? I was told that ME80FN was from SAP Query... but doubts are creeping in.
   SE93 shows trans. ME80FN as Program RM06EAAW and no logical database. RM06EAAW has different headings and an additional toolbar in the results screen.
Did RM06EAAW get generated from SQ01 ME80FN?
   I have to modify the ME80FN transaction output by adding a field to the PO History display, which is selected from the bottom toolbar, rightmost button. I guess I have to go with RM06EAAW as the starting point(?).
   We are on 4.6B Any suggestions are welcome.

These are what I am dealing with:
Transaction ME80FN
/SAPQUERY/ME, ME80FN query.
Another way to word the question is: How can I make a copy of the global query /SAPQUERY/ME, ME80FN to have that nifty bottom toolbar that transaction ME80FN has?
At first glance, they are the same entity... But the toolbar in the transaction and display options via the last button on the toolbar differentiate the two.

Problem in changing SAP query ME80FN in transaction SQ01

Hi,
I have added two new fields in list layout of the transaction ME80FN. When I execute this transaction it is executing ABAP QUERY REPORT ME80FN.
I added two new fields in infoset SAPQUERY/ME80FN via transaction SQ02.
Then trying to change the QUERY ME80FN via transaction in SQ01. It is saying locked by some user.
Can any one help me how to resolve this what to be done.

I found this in another forum. It is simple to do it:
1. Go to SQ02 transaction (Infoset: Initial Screen)
2. Select or Highlight the Infoset corresponding to the query.
3. Go to --> Query Directory --> (you will see the infoset in the name being displayed) Execute.
4. Select the Query you would want to unlock.
5. Click on Cancel Edit lock button or Edit --> Cancel edit lock or Shift + F6
Done...!!!! Query is unlocked

I changed an existing abap query ME80FN but not find in production system.

I have changed an ABAP QUERY ME80FN for user group SAPQUERY/ME in Dev system via transaction SQ01 & SQ02.
But when I am searching for same query in Production via transaction SQ01 it is not existing.
Please give me some inputs.

1. Check if that ABAP query is transported to production or not.
or
check the versions of the ABAP Query in dev w.r.t Production so that you will know the status of the program in production.

The main purpose is to know out of how many GRNs (migo) done by store, MIRO has been done by finance department..apart from MB51/ME80FN/MB5S,because these t.codes shows the info only MIGO but i want both the reports in one sheet..

Go to table EKBE and get the fields that you wanted.
You can also generate a report in SQVI transaction by giving the table EKBE and select the fields that you want to generate the report.

Customize output for ME80FN

Hi, we used ME80FN (with dynamic selection) to give a user a list of POs with deleted line item.
We want the output to include PO Header Text. Is this do-able ? We are hoping to use standard SAP report and not to have to develop a Z report.

I don't believe this is possible with ME80FN and it's not as straightforward as it sounds to do yourself. The Header text could be between 1 and 999 lines long.

Development involved in adding requistioner name to ME80FN

I have posted this question before in reguards to using MEPO but the business has decided that they would like to see the requisitioner name on the ME80FN Header/Item screen. If you select a purchasing document line and click the "purchasing Document" button, this directs you to ME23N where the requisitioner name appears, but the business would like it on the header/item data screen. Mu question is - what is the process of adding the requisitioner name to ME80FN. I know there is a query involved and the program RM06EAAW is invloved but I am not sure what I have to change in order to get the field to display. If anyone has any experiece changing this type of process, can you please let me know what is involved. Please let me know if you any additional information.

3). Enable the additional field requitioner by adding them in the copied infoset
4). Assign the infoset to the existing query or copy the query as well and assign the new infoset to the new query.
The effor is minimal not much.
I have dione all the steps. I have created a new query ZME80FN. I have copied the abap program RM06EAAW to ZRM06EAAW and added the code to call the new query. I had to add a entry to a table ESDUS to get the the program to work. Now I am having trouble creating the transaction code to execute the new Z pgm to execute the new query.
Am I doing this process the correct way. It seems like more than the "minimal effort" that was conveyed in the earlier post. I would appreciate any help on this. I have looking at this for a couple of days and I think I am close.
