Meaning of colors (Mircophone Icon)

Hi,
I tried to find out the meaning of the microphone colors in
Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional. As you can see in this
TinyPic-Link,
the mircophone icon changed his color temporarily from grey to
yellow, not to green when users are talking.
Means this that the bandwidth is too low or that the cpu is
too slow?
Thank for your help!
Best regards,
Alex.

This is to indicate a poor connection towards the server, CPU
is not measured.

• How can I create a Tree with Color Picker icons?

I'm a newbie to Flex. I want to create a tree which has color
picker icons.
As an analogy for the Mac users out there, I envision a
control like the Calendars section in iCal, where you can specify
the color for each individual node. These colors are then used in
other parts of the application.
The Flex 3 documentation specifies four methods for setting
node icons on a Tree control, none of which seems to suit my needs:
-The folderOpenIcon, folderClosedIcon, and defaultLeafIcon
properties
-Data provider node icon fields
-The setItemIcon() method
-The iconFunction property
In other words, I want to "setItemIcon" to an mx:ColorPicker,
if that makes any sense.
Is there a standard way of doing this? If not, how can I go
about implementing such a control? Thanks in advance!

well, Network UI should be used.

• Folders colors and icons

Aesthetics aside, the new light blue folder icons are much more difficult to read/see. My eyesight for my age is somewhat typical, but what about all of the people out there with much more limited vision? Apple should take this into consideration when making such major changes to their GUI. The colored folder icons in the Tiger GUI were much better.
What is the procedure for getting change/update requests to Apple for consideration?
Thank you.

Of course, it seems to be very busy right now. Page wouldn't finish loading in a reasonable amount of time, so it looks like LOTS of people are sending in their complaints.
I've been busily creating a raft of custom icons and pasting them where needed. It looks like Leopard's GUI was designed by young artists more concerned with aesthetics than what is useful, especially what is useful for aging eyes!

• What it means the color of the charger cable (green and orange)?

Hi, does anybody know what it means the color of the light in end of the cable, the part that you plug into de laptop because it change sometimes, sometimes it´s green , and sometimes it´s orange, that it´s bad?
Thanks.
CAMILORAMIREZ

John's right about the orange meaning it's charging, and it will turn green when it's fully charged.
But it also should be green anytime it's not charging the battery. When everything is working right, that means it has quit charging because the battery is completely charged. But it can also show green if something is wrong that is keeping the battery from taking a charge.

I have iphone 4 . I don't know how that happenned that the normal color on screen and all icons changed ( for example , normally green color phone icon became purple color ,) and photo pictures turned negative appearance ( ghost-like ) . Any idea how to fix this mishap ? Your help will be appreciated.

Hi kshieh
You can try two possible steps:-
1]Triple click the home button. You should get an accessibility menu.deselect the negative/black and white option.
2]Go to settings->General->accessibility->and deselect invert colours.
That should fix it

• Color of icons in list of browse sequences

If you use browse sequences in the HTML Help Viewer, there is
a combo box whose drop-down list contains the names of all the
browse sequences currently defined. Associated with each name in
the list is a rectangular icon that is a solid color. There are
multiple colors used for these icons. Does the color associated
with each entry in the list mean anything?
Bob

I don't think they have any meaning. Perhaps order of
creation or something. I believe they are just randomly assigned
just to provide a visual cue to the user.

• How to change colors and icons

How can I change the icon colors in iOS7 and how can I make the wallpaper (kids picture) that fit on previous version fit do I can see faces instead of an icon. I have only one icon on front page.

Icon color cannot be changed. Only the developer of that app can do that.

• Ios 7 changing color of icons

changed to ios7 and the background behinf the icon app keys is some awful pinkish color. can this be changed?

Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.
Here is a link to their contacts with most of the information below.

• How to change the color of icons

Hello all...
Is there a way to change color of an icon??? It seem to me that I was able to do this in a previous OS but I have lost the way to accomplish the task.

Thanks for your reply Templeton; however, your method only changes the color of the label not the icon itself. I'm looking to change the color of the icon.

• Changing background color in 'options'-content- colors hides icons and buttons at various sites

Locking duplicate thread.
This has been an ongoing fault through the versions of Firefox. A work around I discovered is to check- 'allow pages to choose own colors' then use no squint to color and then icons and buttons remain visible. This method is not an acceptable procedure and leaves the fields white. And also, a very annoying white flash when transitioning to another page.
If you are one of the elite group of artists that strive for zero eye strain and love the beauty of a black background with light colored text and are mystified as to how to cure the problem here it is. Be sure to contact bugzilla.mozilla.org and report this bug.

If you disable website colors and want to show your own colors then background images are hidden as well.
So buttons that use a background image aren't clearly visible anymore.
That setting is meant as an accessibility feature and as you've noticed, NoSquint works better as it uses a different way to achieve this.

• Mail, what are the meaning of the little icons?

Does anyone know where to find the meanings of the little icons next to each mailbox? ie. one looks like a thunderbolt, another looks like a clock.

I think the thunderbolt means the mailbox is offline, and the clock means it is currently trying to go online...

• No color toolbar icons from standard launch, ok when launched from another app.

When launched from another app like google earth the toolbar icons are in color.
When launched normally the icons have no colors.
Currently Thunderbird 24.6.0

another experiment.
When you have the colour icons, Select Help menu > about (what version is this) when you have the black do the same and see if it is different versions. (pressing F10 will make them menu bar visible if it is not.)
Thunderbirds icons changes from living colour to black and white quite a few versions ago.
Reasons for color are;
* An old version
* An add-on by way of a Theme
* The running of Thunderbird in XP compatibility mode in Windows
