Use MN04 tcode.. select the key combinations and maintain the Medium as 1(printout) Date/time as 3 - which is use own transaction i.e we have to go through ME9f and then SP01 to printor u can use 4 which is direct print after save. then key in the language.
Maintain the communication details which is the printer details,

Bcoz you are using Error ("E") message .if u will use meassage type 'W' or 'I'(information) it will not happend. use any one.
OR if want only error message u have to use in AT EXIT-COMMAND.

Print immediately option for ME21N(PO) and ME41(RFQ)

Dear friends,
Can anybody please tell me for the purchase orders(ME22N),if we select messages button,select communication method----in this screen,print immediately button is automatically coming.
Where i have to do settings to see that in Communication method under messages of PO(ME22N),printing immediately should not come automatically.
With our client for PO-print immediately is set automatically and for RFQ-it is not set.
Client wants that for PO print shall not come automatically on saving/approving the PO.
please suggest where to remove the print immdiately setting for PO.

For RFQs currently-in MN02,
Medium is set to '1' and Date/Time is '4' i.e send immediately on saving the application.And while creating RFQ,under messages,in communication button,print immediately button is unchecked. So whenever print is needed ,print button is checked and getting the print.
But in PO, Medium is set to '1' and Date/Time is '4' i.e send immediately on saving the application.And while creating the PO,under messages/comminication data,print button is automatically coming with checked option,so as soon as approval PO print is coming.where as in RFQ,print check button is not comming as default as checked , so they are getting the print whenever they want. If they want they will create the meassage type with print immediately check the button and get the print.
The same feature shall be there in PO. How to avoid the print immediately check button coming automatically in communication data under messages.print immediately check button should not come automatically same as RFQs.
please suggest.

Two of them are in the sequence display VI (\OperatorInterfaces\NI\LV\Sequence Display\TestStand - Sequence Display.vi) and the other two are in the execution display VI (\OperatorInterfaces\NI\LV\Execution Display\TestStand - Execution Display.vi).
In the sequence display VI there is a state machine that and sends a message to the specific Execution UIMessage Handler to which the UIMessage belongs. The Central UIMessage handler first gets the event code from the UIMessage (a property), which tells the type of UIMessage and determines which case to enter. Within the specific case, the Execution ID is obtained from the UIMessage. Using the Execution ID, the Central UIMessage
Handler looks up the VI name of the execution display that corresponds to the UIMessage. It looks up the VI name in a LV 2 style global variable (\OperatorInterfaces\NI\LV\Globals\TestStand VI GLOBAL - Execution List.vi). It just so happens that the VI name of the execution display for a particular UIMessage, is also the name of the queue that controls the specific Execution UIMessage Handler. Therefore the UIMessage can be forwarded through the queue to the specific Execution UIMessage Handler to which the message belongs.
In the execution display VI there is a state machine that mainly handles the commands (buttons, menus etc.) that you issue through the execution display GUI, and there is the Specific Execution UIMessage Handler that processes the UIMessages for that particular execution.
So, in order to custom UIMessages, you must modify both the Central UIMessage handler of the sequence display AND the specific Execution UIMessage handler of the execution
display.

Following below are the details for the queries you have asked;

Ans: The segments are not assigned to the message type. The segments are assigned to the idoc type (Basic type) and this is inturn assigned to the message type. The tcodes for assigning the segments for the idoc type is [WE30]. and then the tcode for seeing what idoc types are assigned to the message type is [WE82].
2) In which transaction code we can find all the fields available under the Segement type.
Ans: To see the fields in ta segment is [WE31].
3) where we can see all the MESSAGE types avaialble for a IDOC type.
Ans: Tcode [WE82] to see all message types available for the idoc type.. or you can also check in the table EDIMSG.
4) What are all the different message types available for DELVRY03.
Ans: Below is the list of standard message types available for the DELVRY03.

The scenario in which this is used is very company specific.. It depends on the segments and fields of the idoc type DELVRY01. If the available segments of the idoc type DELVRY01 suffice the requirements then it is used. But usually the latest version available in the system is used and the segments and fields which are not relevant to the requirement are left off by indicating the segment as "not mandatory".
6) In which scenario we use DELVRY01 and DELVRY03.
Ans: Answered in Point 5... The same holds good for DELVRY03 idoc type.
7) IDOC type SHP_OBDLV_CHANGE01 is used in which scenario and what are all the message types available for this.
Ans: To answer this, I would require to know the SAP version you are working on...Please reply with the info to help me answer this...But as far as my understanding on this goes... this is related to shipping information data interchange, like the shipping notification, etc..

Invoice is createdusing the below message type.
Message Type: INVOIC
Basic type:INVOIC01
You can check all the meassage type and basic type in transaction WE82.

Error in requirement class while assigning service order type.

Hello All,
I am getting below error message whenever I am trying to assign a service order type to requirement class.
This the error meassage:
Maintenance order type ZSC3 is either not flagged as a service order type or revenue posting is allowed for this order type.
System Response
The system does not allow any further processing.
Procedure
Enter a service order type that does not allow revenue postings.
Please help urgently.

Ya do same thing but I dont think using this FM will solve the problem...
You get the Update Terminated message when the normal course of the program has been halted by user intervention.
Now could u please check that are u calling any FM in your program.
If yes just list out all of them.

2 inspection types

Hi, we want two inspections at the same stage of reciving / manufacturing, say, during receiving we want one inspection by our internal team and another inspection by third party. i have enetred 01 in qm view of mat master. while enetring secone time (01), it is giving the meassage that insp type is already exists. pls advise how to handle this.

You can not activate same inspection type twice in a material master.
also remeber you can not create two lots for same inspection type.
Here you have to use either different inspection type or manual lot with same inspection type 01.
1.One solution cen be use 103-105 mvt types.
during 103 you can create a manual lot of 01.(by internal team)
then do 105 which will trigger 01 inspection lot Automatically.(External team/third party)
2.Use 101 mvt type.01 inspec lot will create( .(by internal team).Post this to say X storage location.
Now activate 08 inspection type for material.Using MB1B -->311 mvt type move material from X to Y storage Location.
08 inspection lot will be created.(External team/third party)

Necessary Fields For Creation of Service PO of Order Type Relaese Order.

I have encountered an issue which i am trying to resolve...
My this requirment will seem little okward the way i am asking but i have no way...
The issue is I have to create a Service PO of Order type Release order (RO) using BAPI Function Module .BAPI_PO_CREATE1.
The service PO should be of multiple Item and services for particular line item should be multiple.
When I am creating this using ME21 or ME21N i am facing no issue.
But when i am using BAPI Function Module .BAPI_PO_CREATE1
i am getting following errors ;; The error which i am getting as below

E BAPI                001 No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference:
E MEPO              000 Purchase order still contains faulty items
E SE                   029 Please maintain services or limits

But I am failing to findout in which field services or limits and unit of measurement have to maintain.
What are the necessary fields have to pass in Bapi import parameter and the table i am unable to findout.
Please show some way how to resolve this or give me some guideline to resolve this

The codition type of free goods lost.

We are facing a problem about the codition type of free goods.
Our business flow is:
1:customer order 100 DR material A from CRM.he entered the requited number in item 1.
2:we transferred the order into r/3 system.and we define the free goods in r/3.the
policy is that we give customer 1 dr free of charge when they buy 10 dr.
3:when this order has been transferred into r/3,the system automatically add a line
with 1 DR free of charge.
4:in normal,in item 2,it will contain a condition type 'PR01' and 'NA00'.the 'PR01'
is the price and the 'NA00' is the 100% discount.
Nut Now the condition type 'PR01' and 'NA00' in item 2 lost.

Is there a way I can edit the registry so that in Adobe Bridge, under edit, preferences, file type associations, the jpg extension is forced to use the 32-bit version of Photoshop? I can do it manually, but is there a registry key i can export to apply it to multiple computers?

Yes, in theory, but it is generally not recommended. But that location would depend on what OS you are on. Cannot assign an empty string to a parameter with JDBC type VARCHAR

Sounds like a UI browsing bug (when no path is selected from a catalog tree folder browser) - I would suggest logging a support ticket so that it can be addressed.

Material type not getting displayed in the cube........

Hi,
In my infocube material type for one of the material is not getting displayed.
When I check in the content of the cube for this material all the fileds are getting displayed except material type.
However it is present in the material master data from which it is put into the update rules to populate in the cube.
Its getting displayed for some other materials , so we cant say that mapping is wrong or problem with update rules.
Can some body let me know what could be the reason.

Hi Jeetu,
can you check in your cube if you have for one material, entries with AND entries without the MATL_TYPE? If this is the case then you were loading transactional data before having the corresponding material master data.
You should adapt your scenario:
- first do not use the standard attribute derivation during your URules: performance is very bad.
- implement a start routine filling an internal table with your material and MATL_TYPE for all entries of material in your datapackage.
- implement an update routine on the MATL_TYPE with a READ on this internal table an raise an ABORT = 4 if the MATL_TYPE is initial or the material in not found.
Now to fix your situation you'll have to reload your cube or alternatively just reload your missing MATL_TYPE MATERIAL from your cube itself and selective delete those which are empty.
