Media Core CS 5.5 Has Crashed

Question

Upon opening a project, I keep receiving this error message and the program is forced to close.
I'm running an HP Z800 64-bit dual Intel 2.93GHz 12 GB Ram. I've already reinstalled QT.

Thank you, Todd.
As it always happens, I figured out the problem soon after posting. I was using QT reference files out of Avid Media Composer 6.5 (Nitris DX with a Unity). Once I deleted all the QTR files out of my project, the problem ceased. I re-exported the QT Ref files and did not encounter the problem again.
I will take the steps you suggested as well to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.
