Media Transfer From PC to Nokia CDMA 1506

Hi,
Recently I bought new Nokia 1506 and have install the PC Suite for it, but it only give me way to sync Contact and Calendar Items only.
Is it possible to transfer more pictures and tones also to My Nokia CDMA 1506 ?
I know, the phones has small and limited memory but I want to make more personalize with My own wallpaper and tone if posible.

Thank you for your solution but it is not solve my problem.
I use PC Suite installer Nokia_PC_Suite_v1079.exe, same PC Suite version which available on support page for Nokia 1508/1508i and also 2608. In fact, I have Nokia CDMA 2608 and transferring more picture and tone can be done with it. With same PC Suite, I can't find the option while Nokia 1506 connected.
Both Nokia PC Suite and Nokia Ovi Suite which for almost GSM Nokia Phone doesn't work for Nokia CDMA Phone. On PC Suite web page, Nokia CDMA Phones has it's own version and can't be work with other Nokia GSM Phone.
I also have Nokia E52, PC Suite version 7.x, Nokia Ovi Suite version 2.0 and 3.0 work with but doesn't work for my both CDMA phones. Basicly I don't need the PC Suite for my Nokia E52 since I can attach it to PC as storage media and sync the PIM through the cloud.
Another forum suggest me to use Nokia PC Suite version 6.83 release 20 but I can found it anymore. The legacy nearest version I have; Nokia PC Suite version 6.84 release 10 doest work for my Nokia CDMA 1506.

Congrats on your new Galaxy S5 MarshaLa! That is an awesome device! While you can only transfer contacts from your LG enV2 to your new phone. E71X: wrong mode for media transfer, Nokia Ovi Pla...

I know this subject has been touched on before, but I'm frustrated! I connect my e71x to the USB port with the cable, and select PC Suite mode. I go into Nokia PC Suite, and then select Explore Ovi Music. That invokes the Nokia Ovi Player, which tells me "your Nokia device is connected in the wrong mode for music transfer. To connect in the right mode, try unplugging and reconnecting your device and ... choose one of the following: Media Player, Printing & Media, Media Transfer". It also says to click on a "connect" button, but that doesn't do anything.
So I unplug and reconnect my E71x, which I have configured to prompt me on connection. I select Media Transfer per the above message. Then I get the information: "connecting your device: 1) Connect your mobile or MTP-compatible device to your PC using a compatible USB cable, 2) on the device, select the mode that allows you to transfer media and, if prompted, select OK".
It appears that Nokia Ovi Player does not respond to either mode PC Suite or Media Transfer. I tried reinstalling, and the version of Nokia Ovi Player I have is 2.0.1106.00. The version of Nokia PC Suite is 7.1.40.1 - both should be pretty current! Any ideas?

I have just tried to use the Ovi Player for the first time and encountered the same problems as above on my 6500 Slide. I had issues with the Ovi Suite (which I recently uninstalled) only to find that the Nokia Suite had adopted 'Ovi Player' for transferring music. Why? It worked perfectly! I've read a few posts on both features, and, it seems that the new programmes aren't going down too well with users! Are Nokia going to iron out these problems, and, how did they release this new software with so many inherent faults? Anyone out there any solutions as to how I can transfer music from my PC (Windows Vista home premium) to my mobile in the meantime.

I am trying to transcode my FS100 footage using FCP7. When i ingest my footage, all the footages have Media starting from 00:00:00. When I checked in my friends computer, he has a correct timecode. The only difference is he is using snow leopard and i am using lion.

So you're using Log and Transfer? I seem to remember there alot of problems posted here with footage on the FS100 which were caused by an upgrade of some sort. Here's one of the threads.

Its very easy to transfer contact from k750i to nokia mobile as i recently have transfered my contacts from k750i to nokia 5800XM.
1. First of all, get backup of your k750i contacts in Microsoft Outlook using SonyEricson PC suite (if you are using MS Outlook then use some other application that can store contacts on you PC).
2. After completing the above step, use Nokia Ovi Suite to synchronise stored contacts (on PC) with your nokia device.

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
A few things to discuss...so bear with me...
1) Contrary to how others do things, RIM does not provide a desktop PIM. Others force you to use their PIM and only their PIM. RIM provides a conduit software that functions as a bridge between your chosen PIM and the BB. See this KB for compatible PIM's:
KB12268 Applications supported by BlackBerry Desktop Manager for synchronization
2) RIM provides a Device Switch Wizard to migrate from another SmartPhone to a BB...but only for compatible devices. See this KB:
KB05459 How to use the Switch Device Wizard to switch from another smartphone to a BlackBerry smartphone
3) If your old device is not compatible with the wizard, then RIM further provides the ability to import from ASCII and CSV files. See this KB:
KB04312 Create and synchronize with an ASCII export file
KB11194 How to import contacts from an CSV file to the BlackBerry device
Sorry, but RIM provides no assistance on how to get your data out of your old device and into the ASCII or CSV format...that's a function of your old device.
So, your choice is, IMO, to keep using a desktop PIM to manage your data (and you should, IMO)...then choose a compatible PIM (from above). Then, get your data out of your old device and into the desktop PIM. Then, configure the BB to sync with the PIM:

Can't transfer video's from pc to Nokia x6??

Any help please.
I place the videos in to the 'mass storage' folder of the phone and can video file to mp4 but it doesn't come up in the gallery of the phone..
also 'mass storage' is the only option that lets me plug into pc, the others say unable to recognise new hardware?!?

Mac Media Transfer Error 208

Hello,
I just got an N95 which I have updated to the latest firmware. I have a 2GB SanDisk card inside.
I've used the Mac Media Transfer software to browse my device and copy to iPhoto.
Things get strange when using the music sync. It's worked on only a couple of occassions. Most of the time it thinks about it 'preparing to transfer' and then stops with an error 208!!
I was wondering what this meant?
If there is no memory card it will sync fine so I think it may be the card.
I've formated the memory card and Nokia Maps runs fine from it.
I keep all my media on an external hard disk but iTunes has no problem playing from here and the n95 transfers to iPhoto fine through this.
I've got an iBook G4 Mac OS X 10.4.10 (8R218)
N95-1 firmware 12.0.013
Any ideas??

Sounds like a bad file that's being hit by the transcoding process, but not without the memory card because the file wouldn't fit on the device in that case.
I can suggest you to upgrade to NMT 1.3 Beta(if you are using old version) otherwise you have to try finding the bad file.
Start tranfer with 1 file, then add more and more until it breaks again.

N73ME Media Transfer mode problem

I am able to use my N73 in pc suite & mass storage mode but not in media player mode... although on connecting in the media player mode....phone goes in offline mode & media transfer connection is shown active (with bar always active & horizontally moving)...in bottom 'disconnect' also appears... I installed windows media player drivers from phone cd but still phone does not appear in wmp & Nokia Music(as transfer mode is greyed in Nokia Music & in troubleshooting steps it says to enable transfer mode) I dont understand what is happening & m going crazy... I am using WMP11, Nokia Music 1.2 & PC suite 7.1... pls help....

No Mass Storage/Media Transfer for OS X users...

Yesterday i purchased Nokia 808 PureView
I'm really happy to have this piece of pure technology everyday ( from now on) with me
But i am OS X user. And guess what? My 808 with Belle FP1 won't connect to my mac mini in mass storage or media transfer modes.
When i try to connect in mass storage phone becomes unresponsive ( removing battery is the only fix i know at the moment to reboot it ) Is there any other way i can reboot Nokia 808?
in media transfer nothing happens..
In windows 7 i did not experience this issues even though i launch it on the same mac

With Nokia N8, X7, 700 or 603 on Belle i did not have any troubles with mass storage mode on my mac mini.

UPDATE:
After installing double twist... i did exactly as described in those steps to get playlists synced.
Opened Itunes + Doubletwist and then connected in mass storage. And disks immediately appeared.
Then i tried to connect the phone without Doubletwist + itunes launched.
Each time It tooks 10 to 15 seconds for disks to appear in the system. Phone laggs while connecting to mac. But disks do appear after some time.
Now from 5 attempts i have mass storage 5 times.

Wow you're kind of a iTunes bully. Dude the reason I am asking for advice and help is I am completely computer ********. If I knew the answer I wouldn't be asking. Anyways. Question to anyone else.
If I have no music on my iTunes at all and no music on my computer, hard drive or any other version of storage yet there is a playlist on my iPhone. While my iPhone is plugged into my PC and my iTunes is up, is there a way to swap my playlist from my iPhone to my iTunes? Directly? Without downloading some new media source or backing up my old media source from my history. The reason everything was deleted (iTunes and media source) was due to the size of everything and space it was requiring. I am simply trying to get 233 songs from A to B.
I have tried magic but it is not working.
