MediaHub web access down for weeks - when will it work again?

I have been trying to access my media hub via the https://ciscomediahub.com site, and I keep getting a "Website Down try again later" message.
Anyone have an idea of what is going on, and how long this will be an issue?

If your going to use your own IP, it should be:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx or the name.
But, if your running a home network that uses a router, your external IP will most likely be dynamic. That means it has a lease and will change routinely. This is how Linksys keeps your connected but why pay for it when its already free. One way to fix this is to sign up for a dynamic DNS service (free). All linksys routers support two, dyndns.org and TZO.com
You register the name of your device, setup your router for DDNS and now you can access it through the internet without cisco's service.
Log into www.dyndns.org
Create a free account and create your device (i.e. let say I call mine: bubbasbox)
You log into your router and under "Setup" you click on DDNS and enable. Select dyndns.org, your account name and password you created on dyndns.org and your device name:
account: billybox
password: johnson123
hostname: bubbasbox.dyndns.org
(leave the rest alone and click save)
Click "update" and see if it updates successfully.
Once you've done that, you can now access the media hub from anywhere by opening your browser and going to:
http://bubbasbox.dyndns.org
