I have troble geting Photoshop CC to start, moreover the team in India seems to have that to...
I join the Cloud i march this year, I live in Sweden, but there is no support i Swedish, Ok I can live with that,  I was than booked for Photoshop CS6, that worked Ok, but the problems started when I wanted an upgrade to CC, I hae spent hour after hour talking; downloding, it is not an underestimating that I have talked to your support for more than 24 hour, You tape all incoming calls, so you can count.
On more than 12 sessions I have being in contact with your support, the last one was two days ago.
Many times the support have taking over my screen, and try to solve the problems.....
You have the log over my effords with you....look at them and think.....is this a decent way of treating a customer?????
This have cost me not only time, it have cost me telphone and internetconnectios fee also, I live since mid october in India, But have to call the "Swedish" support, they link me futher to India support?????
India support have give me numbers to Adobe India, No reply, or a telephoneque that my mobile cut after an hour????
I have now decided to avoid ewerything that have to do with Adobe, I have told my Bank to stop all effords from you to draw money from my account.....
Companys that neglect and treat customer as yuo do, will hopefully soon go bankcrupt.

    Sorry, maybe I don't understand, but why do you feel compelled to subscribe to CC if you already have a permanent Lightroom 5 licence?

    I am a new member of the creative cloud and I have had no issues installing the creative cloud applications on my desktop (mac and PC), however my question regards installing the Photoshop touch app on the iOS iPad 4 device without having to pony up the $9.99 iTunes app fee.

    The above URL is the path that the Adobe website provides to download the app, and I can successfully access via iOS iPad 4. However it appears that I need to purchase the app for $9.99. It is not clear how I can use my yearly creative cloud membership to avoid paying the app fee.
    Please advise if I am not looking in the correct place, or if I need to login via my Adobe ID to bypass this iTunes cost.
    I could not locate an installation guideline on the Adobe website, so please advise.

    Yup, clear now.
    I do like Adobe apps, but the price tends to be on the high side. I am a bit disapointed that the touch are not available via the cloud subscription, so I will stick with the desktop versions instead as they are more robust anyway.
    I see that Adobe has removed this statement under the plans, when the link is clicked, so I am certain I will not be the only person to be confused regarding what is included.

  • Weird problem how to delete a file in the cloud

    Hello there,
    I'm now a proud member of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
    Once signed in everything looks normal and I can upload a file simply by dragging and droppping.
    Now the problem: i'm not able to DELETE a file; there is no trash icon like in the online video of Adobe.
    If I select a file, the only actions on the left marker are available:
    - Post Publicly (behance)
    - Send Link
    - Move
    - Rename
    - Archive.
    If I use the main blue button (Actions), the only actions I see are:
    - Create a folder
    - Upload
    - Search
    Please reply to this problem, kind regards.

    You can redownload iTunes purchases by:
    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
    Your iCloud backup does not include non-iTunes purchases like music from CDs
    If on your iPod now:
    Recovering your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device: Apple Support Communities
    You can go to Setting>iCloud>Manage Storage and see what is using the store and delete items from iCloud

    Well thank u Psibertech, but unfortunately the link is not helping... i'm not getting any Unkown server error - ( having already tried it, i would avoid using the chat since it can be really slow and can become a time consuming headache...)
    My "problem" is it just connects to different servers each time i launch a program and it's a bit annoying, sometime requesting to type in my adobeid.
    Sometimes also it gives me that licence contract or the trial window (i couldn't replicate the full problem this time, probably cuz i was logged in, but i don't see why i should always be logged in when i use adobe programs not to be bugged by licence problems...)
    also i will add that desktop creative cloud application is not really functioning well, for some reason it doesn't keep up with the updates...

    I don't know about the rest of you, but I find myself starting any workflow in Lightroom 5 (as opposed to Bridge CC). There are more functionalities in Lightroom than in Bridge. In fact, many features overlap in both products and those that do seem more refined and intuitive than in Bridge CC.
    I was wondering if Lightroom was slated to become a full member of the Creative Cloud family?
    Personally, if this were the case, I would gladly bid adieu to Bridge in favour of a brand new Lightroom CC as 'the new bridge'.
    Gosh, I feel like this is a scene from the God Father Movies where someone gets 'made' while someone else pays the ultimate demotion.
    I know a lot of you either enjoy working with, or have Bridge integrated in their workflows. I'm not suggesting and end-of-the-line to that product - well, actually, yes I am while hoping Adobe would do this as smooth a transition as possible! Lightroom is certainly much more powerful by comparison IMHO.

    My understanding is if you are subscribing to the "full Creative Suite" then you are entitled to the use of Lightroom 5 which will install as the normal stand alone program.

    Adobe’s recent announcement around our Creative Cloud update has  generated quite a few questions around how it will impact Lightroom 5.   I’ve answered a few of the questions below and please feel free to ask  additional questions in the comments.
    Q. How much will Lightroom 5 cost?
    A. Lightroom 5 is available for an estimated $149 US.  Customers of  previous versions of Lightroom can upgrade to Lightroom 5 for an  estimated $79 US.
    Q. Will Lightroom 5 be included as part of Adobe Creative Cloud?
    A. Yes.  Lightroom 5 will be delivered to Creative Cloud members at no extra charge when it’s available.
    Q. Will I still be able to purchase Lightroom 5 outside of the Creative Cloud
    A. Yes. Lightroom 5 will continue to be available as a standalone  product, available for purchase as an Electronic Software Download(ESD)  or as a boxed product with a traditional perpetual license.

    Elements is not part of creative cloud, never has been. PSE 12 does require you to create an adobe ID as part of installing it, but you don't have to have an internet connection after the first time you run it. You must stay signed in though. In PSE 12, sign in is activate, and if you sign out you deactivate your copy.

    Emails still remain as one of the most popular methods of communicating. In the corporate world, emails often take precedence over the traditional phone call. I can certainly understand the value of having your work email at your fingertips. May I ask have any of the email settings changed when your company migrated to the cloud? Can I assume that your calendar was moved to the cloud as well? If not then this could be a huge factor as to why you are unable to access your calendar on your phone. In such a case, I would recommend reaching out to your company’s IT dept to ensure that the remote settings needed for your device hasn’t changed, especially if you are no longer using Outlook or Outlook Web Access. Once you have done so, please share your findings as I’m sure that it may help another community member in the future.

    You can download the software thru the page linked below.  You will need your serial number to get it working.  If you registered the software when you first installed it then your serial number should be available thru your Adobe account online.

    Most of us in this forum are users who volunteer on technical issues, and not Adobe employees although they do drop in from time to time. As users we simply have no control over activation and that's why you are not getting responses.
    If you havn't done so,you might try the Muse forums and see if you can get a staff member to look into it. Have your case numbers and phone transcripts handy.
    Last option is to keep calling customer service until you get someone who will help or ask for a supervisor.

    Because of security issues the hospital I work in doesn't allow saving documents on Clouds. Is it possible to opt-out? Buying a version of Illustrator without the option of saving files on the Cloud?

    You can work locally with Illustrator.
    It only needs to connect to the server every 30 days to check if you're still a member, but your files don't need to be saved to "the cloud".
