Hola, necesito insertar una pagina a varios documentos pdf. ¿Hay alguna manera de hacerlo automaticamente? Tengo que insertar la misma página en unos 200 documentos y si alguien me pudiera decir una forma de hacerlo atomaticamente me ahorraria mucho tiempo, si no tendre que insertar la página manualmente en todos los documentos. La respuesta de Claudio González es correcta pero si debo llamar al mismo archivo desde varios hipervínculos y a páginas distintas no me es suficiente.
¿Sabe alguien alguna otra forma.?

Juntar varios documentos pdf e uno solo

Tengo que escanear varios documentos(5) y guardarlos en pdf, cada uno me genera un archivo pdf de 1 hoja, Como le puedo hacer para guardar todos en un solo archivo?.
Tengo Adobe Reader 7.0 y Windows XP

Como hago para que se habran varios documentos PDF

Quiera saber como se hace para que al colocar Links en un documento PDF abra Otro Documento pero en uno nueva ventana, ya que cuando coloco el Link y lo abro me abre el documento PDF pero lo hace sobre la misma ventana donde estaba el documento que tenia que ya tenia abierto (es decir se abre en la misma ventana).
Utilizo el Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional para crear los Links, pero no se como configurarlo para que ejecute los links y me abra distintos documentos en diferentes ventanas.

Creo que las Preferencias de Acrobat 8.0 (Ctrl/Cmd+K) tienes una categoría llamada Documentos con una casilla (la segunda tal vez) que estará marcada para abrir, o no, los vínculos entre documentos en la misma ventana.

HT1651 Neither of my memory cards are reseating correctly, what's the problem?

Macbook mid 2007. Both memory cards slide in correctly, but are not retained by the locking lever. I can just pull them right back out. The comp is only recognizing 1 of the 512 memory cards--presumably because the L-shaped metal piece is holding it in close enough to actually connect it. What am I doing wrong here?

Solved it thanks to another post. Turned macbook up on its side & muscled them in pretty hard, got them both seated correctly & computer recognizes them both.

ERROR MESSAGE 0X1005A40A REFERENCED MEMORY 0X00000024. Thought Java updates had solved problem, but it is still recurring.

Found: Intel Turbo Memory causing T61 wake-up from sleep / standby problems

This is related to my earlier post, but I've found a new cause and thought to post a new message to make it easier for others to find it if they are running into similar problems.
My system
T61 model 7662-CTO (built July 2007)
Vista Business w/ SP1
Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M (driver version: 7.15.11.7597)
Intel Turbo Memory (driver version: 1.7.0.1029)
Intel Wireless card 4965AGN (driver version: 11.5.0.36)
Thinkpad BIOS (version 7LETC4WW, 2.24)
no card reader or integrated webcam
I was having problems with Vista failing to wake-up after being put into sleep (or standby) mode. Instead of returning to the desktop, the system immediately crashes and reboots. After many hours, I reformatted the drive and re-installed Vista (business edition). Before running the Lenovo system update, I installed Vista Service Pack 1, then I ran Windows Update and installed any remaining update hotfixes. (I never delayed restarting the machine when prompted)
I incrementally began installing Lenovo drivers, and after the Power Management driver determined that hibernate was working.
The 'sleep' option was unavailable until I installed the Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M drivers. Then sleep worked!
Note: Intel Turbo Memory driver was uninstalled at this time.
After all other lenovo programs were installed, I installed the driver for the Intel Turbo Memory. I put the computer to sleep, and it crashed/rebooted upon being woken up.
I uninstalled the Turbo Memory driver from the Device Manager, and normal sleep -> wakeup function resumed.
Because the sleep / standby feature requires the Nvidia Quadro drivers, and the Vista OS and the Intel Turbo Memory must properly work together for the turbo memory to work, I imagine the failure involves some driver mismatch between these three. I cannot recall now whether this issue was present when I first received the machine over a year ago (pre-installed Vista Ultimate, service pack 1 not even out yet). Perhaps Vista SP1 made some change that the Turbo Memory driver doesn't like, particularly with the Nvidia Quadro drivers in the mix too.
Just FYI for anyone interested or curious.

Remove the two aftermarket memory modules and observe the results.

I had seen many solutions to handle heapspace/out of memory in this forum like from command prompt
java _xmx1g my.jar
and if to set for server edit catalina.bat/sh
But my problem is i had executable jar and which will run on a single click.
so i will not use command prompt or any server.
Do we have any optin to set memory size in env variable.
As i dint find any option like Runtime.setMemorySize().
Please send me reply if any of u find solution for this.

Don´t use the attribute "monitorValid = true"
This option will grow up the memroy usage of the air app
every time without an interaction in the application.
Another point is. In my application with the hang problem i
have a tabpanel where i can dynamically add tabs, more and more.
Not the memory is the problem. The Problem is if you open and close
tabs to fast and to much (over 15 at one time) the application will
be slower and slower and than hang on.
The biggest problem is: I close a Tab. But the air
application does not release some memory. No, the close event grow
up the memory. Thats a big problem.

It is possible to release some memory. Unused variable have
set to null and an air.System.gc(); will remove the trash. trash =
a variable who is null.
I actually test this thing to release some memory if a tab is
closed.
If i test it successfully i will post it.
Does anybody has another idea to this problem.
PS: Is the way with air.System.gc(); the right way to remove
some trash variables and is it right to set unused vars to null to
get them free?

Mixing memory question

I currently have 2x512MB for 1GB of Crucial Ballistix memory sticks in my system right now. I am planning to buy 2x1GB for 2GB of Corsair XMS memory and mixing it with the Crucial stuff. The memory are to be used on my main system right now which is using a MSI K8N Neo4/SLI board at 2-2-2-5 timings with a AMD 3700+ San Diego core. The Corsair XMS memory can run at 2-3-3-6 timings so I don't believe it would be much of a problem running my Crucial stuff at 2-3-3-6 as well. With this setup all 4 memory slots would be full, and I'll have 3GB worth of memory. However, I am wondering if I would run into any problems using these two memory brands together. Are there any potential problems that I should be aware of before I buy the memory?

Find out what voltage each ram uses.
One might use 2.6v the other might use 2.75v.
Seeing as you cannot run each dimm at a separate voltage they should be of a similar voltage.
Otherwise one might be getting to much
and the other maybe too little
Either way could cause problems

Application is not working due to memory issue

Kindly help me regarding settings in java. Scenario is like that. I have one server having two jboss versions (jboss-4.2.3 GA and jboss- 3.2.6). Each having java memory (JVM settings) 1 GB. The total memory of that server is 3 GB.
Problem is that every two days my application is not working due to memory issue. Once i freed the memory (through run the commands - (1). sync
(2). echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
Application works fine.
I heared that the above command (echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches) can't run frequently because of server crash.
Kindly help me regarding this issue and provide the resolution.

All of the above. I tested on 4 different networks and had no luck, I also had friends test my network and the other networks with their iPhones and all had no issues using FaceTime.
Also after I wiped my phone (erased all content and settings) I was able to successfully initiate a FaceTime call with no changes to my network and was also able to initiate another call when connected to another previously tested network that didn't work before. Once I restored from backup though, FaceTime stopped working again.

hi, i want to create space for memory use on my media card (i have 1.8 GB, but when i search it just says "other" which does not allow me access to delete more to create space...
what is the "other" and how do i access it??

Okay that is a lot of data lost. You probably should put the memory card in a computer to fix the problem. Worst case scenario, you just reformat the card. That should definitely solve the problem. But then you'll loose all your data on the drive.

IMac 27" (2013) won't work with Axiom Memory

I purchased an iMac earlier this year from MacMall and although I intended to purchase my own memory, I fell victim to their "sweet deals" and opted for them to upgrade the memory. They replaced the stock 8gb memory with a 32gb kit.
I had problems as soon as it arrived and unfortunately delayed contacting them about support for it until I was past the 30 day warranty.
My original issue was that the computer recognized all 32gb but every hour or so it would randomly crash and reboot with no warning. I ran memory tests against the ram and it always came back saying it was working. I took the memory out and found they used the correct memory as far as the label shows and it is low voltage. I looked for solutions online and was unable to solve this issue. I contacted MacMall and of course they said to go to Apple or the manufacturer. I did find some others with the same issue but I figured by best bet was the manufacturer.
I reached out to Axiom and surprisingly their support is great and respond quickly. They immediately said they would ship out replacement memory. Which is great though it was pretty easy to get to this point so I assume they know of the issue. Once I received it I connected the 32gb they shipped out into the 4 banks on my iMac. It would not start up now. This is an even worse issue. I tried to use different slots and then I tried just two memory sticks in the top two slots which worked for the stock memory. No matter what I did it would not start up. I put the original memory back in and it worked fine.
I reached out to them and they sent another set. Itried this set and the same issue. It would not start up. I put my original memory back in and it starts fine and everything is working great.
Now my next steps are to wait for Axiom on another possible solution and to go to the Apple Store to see if they can test a different brand. When I originally spoke to someone at Apple they told me I should have purchased Crucial or Corsair. While I don't disagree I do not want to spend over $300 again for memory.
Anyone else have any ideas? I was thinking that perhaps there is a way to reset hardware with a command when trying to start your computer that is used to troubleshoot some issues but not sure if that could possibly be related here.

Well I went through the processes and wasted a ton of time. I have determined this iMac is just garbage. I ended up working with Axiom and they sent me three sets of memoryt replacements. All of them had the same result where once the RAM was installed, the iMac would not turn on. When I switched back to the original memory I noticed that it wouldn't start the first time and when I swapped memory slots it would work after that.
Axiom finally decided to refund me for the 32gb memory purchase after exhausting all of their support options. At this point, I went to Crucial since when I spoke with Apple support they confirmed that it could be the brand and I should opt for Crucial or a couple of other brands. I went ahead and ordered 16gb of memory from Crucial - I figured I would save some cash for now to test and confirm 16gb works.
I connected the two 8gb sticks they sent and I had the same results as the Axiom memory. I tried swapping to different slots but it refused to turn on with this memory. However, when I reverted back to the original Apple memory it would not start up with the original 8gb. I eventually was able to get the computer to start up but only when I connected a single 4gb stick of the original memory (which is what I am using to type up this post now).
I will try to turn it off again and connect the other original memory so at least I am at a useable 8gb. I am going to reach out to Apple support again and see if I can schedule to bring it in. I am not sure what sort of fix there would be and I looked into any type of firmwares available and possible resets (like PRAM) but I don't believe anything could help this. It is just very strange there could be a hardware issue that works with the original memory but nothing from any other vendors.

Memory upgrade on DV9244EA

Hi, I have a DV9244EA, in this days I'd proceed to burn all and reinstall windows on it for some problem...
Now I have Win vista x32 SP2 corretly installed, everithing work well but... with no other program the sistem suck like 1GB of memory how is it POSSIBLE?
but the problem is...... can I increase my memory system? now as bought I've 2GB but can I install 4GB (2+2)?
the system is always on 55% 65% 70% of memory when I surf on web or watch webtv...
please help me.
