'Memory Card Error' for PowerShot SX610 HS
Hello, I purchased the PowerShot SX610 HS and bought the 32GB MICRO SDHC memory card. The first time that I inserted the memory card it was working perfectly fine. When I removed the battery for charging and then re insterted it did I then see the 'Memory Card Error' and now I'm not able to use the camera at all. I have tried unlocking the memory card and have removed the memory card and battery but to no avail. Does anyone have any insight into this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not a big fan of using micro SD cards when the camera is intended to be used with standard size SD cards. Try using a regular SD card instead. The adapter may have developed an issue or else the micro SD is not fully inserted in the adapter. I've had a failure of a micro SD card in one of my cameras and switched back to the standard size cards and have not had the problem since. Steve M.

Hp officejet pro l7590 with blinking memory card error message
My all-in-one printer constantly blinks the yellow exclamation point and has the message Memory Card Error for no apparent reason. I have not used a memory card. It just decided to show the message and blink. I turned it off and on again, with no change. How do I make it stop?
Experiencing the same problem, so did some troubleshooting of my own. I am using Windows 7; however, the OS should not make a difference since this is the built-in card reader which can be used without a computer being connected. Specifically, I was trying to read an SD card to make a proof sheet.
I knew I had been able to read an older Compact Flash card, so tried that and was successful. Then I tried an older SD card that is only 128MB -- no problem. A closer look at the card causing the "Memory Card Error" message revealed that it is a 4 GB SD HC card. The printer documentation includes Secure Digital in the list of supported memory cards, but not the newer variants.
Clearly, the error message is caused by attempting to read a non-supported memory card. -
Error message 'memory card error' with SD card on C5180
Photosmart C5180 displays 'memory card error' when SanDisk SDHC inserted. (The card is not damaged, it's new & works in camera.) I've been unsuccessful in finding answers on HP site. Any help most appreciated. Thanks much.
This question was solved.
View Solution.Looking at the product specification, I see "High Capacity" (SDHC) memory is NOT supported on the device:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00701803&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&lc=en&dlc=en...
I also verified this with our group in San Diego - SDHC isn't supported.

I have a 3 week old Rebel T4i. Iam using a 16GB Sandisk SDHC card. Went fine for last 3 weeks. All of a sudden, the camera throws out an error message stating "No card in camera".
Need help..Has anyone faced this type of error & what can be done to solve this.I have not had the exact same problem but I have had the video consistently stop recording on me about 1 minute to 2 minutes in of recording the video. Can you try and do a low level format of the card? If you can not do that do have a reciept for the Camera and the Memory card if you are having troubles right away I would not settle please do yourself a favor and take it right back. Canon makes amazing products but maybe once a million they make one that is a bad one but more than likely someone handled like a football and dropped it about 10 times. I would save yourself the grief of troubleshooting it here and just take it back or ask Canon for in Warranty service if that is not possible.

ok im just tryin to help..i read an article which says the blackberry 8520 external memory can be upgraded up to 16 gb...and in your case you use an 32gb kingson transflash..so i think the memory card is not totally campatible with ur device..
Nope.
Read this link: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB05461
"BlackBerry Device Software version 4.6.0 and later >> Up to 32 GB"
So, if the 8520 above has OS 4.6 or above, 32gb will fine. And I do believe the 8520 was released with OS 4.6, and has been upgraded to 5.0 since then.

When I power up my printer I get "Memeory Card Error" and there is no memory card inserted. HP Solutions says there is an error on card. When I insert an SD card it puts out the message "Use only 1 card at a time". I noticed this right after a clean install of my PC.
Hi , I am not sure that the clean install on the PC is related as the error you are seeing sounds to me like a hardware issue, and not software related. Let's perform a hard reset. To do so, leave the printer on and unplug the power cable for 1 minute. While it is unplugged, hold down the power button on the printer for 10-15 seconds to release any built up power, then after the minute has passed, plug the printer back in. Also, do you have the printer connected directly to a wall outlet or is it in a surge protector or power bar? Even if you have been using a surge protector/power bar all this time and you feel it is not the cause, please connect it to a wall outlet just so we can eliminate the power source as the root cause. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector
In this document you will see, ISSUE: Problems or issues may arise when an HP LaserJet series printer is connected to an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), a power strip, or a surge protector ^ This is not limited to Laserjet printers. Please let me know if this helps. -
I can't excess my memory card on my iphone 4s. Showing "Memory Card Error". How can i solve the matter?
If you have to ship your phone back to the US, then you will need to ship is to a friend or a relative who actually lives out there. You CANNOT ship it directly to Apple as they will not accept it. Send it to a relative or friend that you have there and if you don't have any, then you are out of luck as there is nothing that you can do.
That is why is was not really a good idea to purchase an iPhone is the US when you are ultimately going to use it in China. With no international warranty on the iPhone you are stuffed really. You should have bought it in China and then you would not be facing this problem.
Nothing you can do except get on a plane and fly to the US or send the phone to a friend or relative. -
Looking for internal memory card ready
Looking for internal memory card ready for dual 450mhz g4 (gigabit)
Want to put it in the 3.5" slot the ZIP® drive was in.
Anybody know of any good/compatable ones?
thanksI have never seen an internal media card reader designed to fit in a Mac. Most are designed for the PC to fit in a 5.25" optical drive bay. If you could somehow modify one of those units to fit in your machine, you would still need a USB card with an internal connection to service the card reader.

Memory Card Issue with my BlackBerry Curve 9300
Hello,
I have been using the memory card for more than a year. It's a SanDisk or a ScanDisk memory card. It's 8 GB. I didn't use the card that came with my BlackBerry Curve 9300 phone. I'm always trying to delete files or to copy files, most of them are music files from my laptop to the memory card via memory card reader.
Now I am encountering a message that I need to repair the memory card whenever I try to insert it to my phone again. And most of the time whenever the phone automatically repairs it, some files are corrupted or considered as a "lost chunk files".
How can I recover those files? And why did it happen or always happen in the first place?
According to this site, you need to reformat it: http://www.techtalkz.com/tips-n-tricks/1535-memory-card-corrupted-here-solution.html
So what I did is to copied everything to my laptop then reformatted it completely.
It kinda solved the issue but for how long will I won't be experiencing the "repair memory card" issue and the "lost chunk files" issue?
Do I need another program to reformat the memory card and not to use the one that comes with every windows computer?
Does using a memory card reader or using a memory card adapter (for the microSD card) corrupts the memory card?
I have been researching on how to completely recover the files but I'm a bit confused.
There are a lot of recovery programs out there.
Can you guys help me out here? Thanks.
Here are the researches that I made:

Tried a couple of things. Still my issue is not resolved
I think you should try each and everyone of the solutions suggested in the link I provided, given that it covered both harware and software suggestions. And always reset the device by removing the battery whilst the device is powered-on. Leave the battery out for a minute or 2 after each step.
See if that resolves the problem.

I recently started using my Z31 and am curious about the memory card feature. For what have people used this memory feature? What software might be needed, if any, to use an application that might use the memory card? What is the max memory card size for the Z31? Thanks for your help.

the only way i can get the contacts to read is if they are on the phone's memory. how do I set the phone to look at the memory card first for contacts?
Welcome to the Apple community.
If your contacts are correctly synced, then as you start to type the address in the address line of an e-mail it will auto complete.
If this is not happening, check that your contacts are synced properly, and that you have contact syncing turned on in your system preferences >Icloud settings. -
Received items straight onto memory card?
Not sure why, but for some reason my memory card has stopped allowing me to put received files staight onto my memory card.
For example, if someone trys to bluetooth me an mp3 it will save the file to my received files area. However, due to a lack of space on my phone I cannot receive the file a majority of the time.
If anyone can tell me how to get my phone to start saving files straight to my memory card i would be very gratefulThe 6300 is a S40 phone. It does not have the option to have inbound messages (inbound bluetooth transfers count as messages) stored on a memory card.

Can anybody explain in high level what is the architecture of the mobile memory card slot for mobile phones as to the way a card interacts with the handset.
How does the handset knows when a card has been inserted? Can the handset auto-run files from the card? Does a card have a way to know on which phone it is on (i.e. OS, mobile handset number, etc.). In general, could you explain where is the info about the type of phone, OS, etc is stored, where can this info be taken from?

How does the handset knows when a card has been

Can the handset auto-run files from the
