hello i have problem with my memory i have this matherboard p4 MSI 875P NEO - FIS2R <SK-478> i have 3 memorys 2X 256 <pc3200> and 512mb <pc3200>
i poot them in the sllots starting from left

coz dual ddr
i open the pc... after 2-3 howrs it crush... when i remove 512 it stop crushing... what is the problem? a friend told me to buy 1 more 512

Set your DDR power voltage to somewhere between 2.65 and 2.8.
Test your ram with Memtest86
You don't need to put ram in all slots.

hi, my nokia 5800XM got problems like, i can't view the pictures and video clips in the "images and videos" page, and it's same even i updated FW to v50, beside that, right after i updated the FW to v50, all my songs was unable to display on the songs list, but they do exist in the memory card...

try removing the battery and sim card for approx 5-10 minutes. reinsert sim and battery power it on, if that does not work you will have to take it to nokia care i am afraid. there is nothing else one can try.

everything is fine & excelent, but i got a problem with my memory, after i remove my memory card, then insert it again, my phone can't go to menu any more. how can i solve this matter? can any one tell me? thanks in advance...

lol... dare I suggest that you just don't remove the card?
Have you tried formatting the card and starting from scratch with it... not sure how that will help, but worth a try... make sure everything's backed up from it first as you'll lose everything.
The only other things I'd suggest are resetting the handset (make sure it's all backed up first), and if that doesn't work, take it to your nearest Nokia Service Centre and see if they can help.
This isn't something I've experienced on mine, so it could be something that's fixed with a Firmware update - if that's what you need make sure everyhing's backed up before you go, as you'll lose everything again.
Also, if you go for the firmware update option - get things backed up individually rather than a backup to memory card, as restoring that can restore some problems too. So get your contacts, images, tones, tracks etc, then put them back on seperately once it's done.

Macbook 2.0 intel core duo ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS HELP PLS

This all started last week. In an effort to be more economical, I decided to keep my macbook and not get a new one. The battery was not doing well...so i bought a new one. I purchased Leopard and tried to install it...it installed but after it just stayed stuck on the gray apple screen. I tried troubleshooting. I reinstalled Tiger that came with it and it had the same problems. Anyways...a couple days ago I tried to reinstall Tiger again and it started working. I have been having problems with the rainbow wheel coming up all the time...so I figured maybe the ram is bad. I ordered new ram from crucial. I got it today and installed it and now the macbook will not even power up. I followed the troubleshoot guidelines and even installed the old ram again nothing.
So, I'm stuck. Is the logic board again? I had it replaced like 7 months after getting the macbook and now it is out of warranty. Please help. Thanks

Since you say it worked to some degree but then not at all after installing new RAM and then after reinstalling the old RAM it would not even work as well as it had prior to the RAM installs, then it sounds like one possibility could be that the logic board is failing do to cracked circuit traces (caused by thermal cycling) and the removing and reinstalling the RAM exacerbated the problem.
The next thing I would try to do would be to cool down the computer to 50F or so and try it. Next try heating it up to 90F or so and try again. The temperature changes can affect a defective logic board. Not that this will solve your problem, but it can tend to validate the possibility of a defective board.

Apple tv youtube login problem ,, help pls

Update: Talked to Apple support. ATV works when connected via ethernet cable, so issue is in the wireless part of the ATV or settings in the router. Apple sent me a list of ports the ATV uses, but I can't see anywhere in the router config that any port at all is blocked. Obviously, I now have a workaround, but I'd still like to get wireless working if possible.

you sure pics are on the actual media card and not stored on your old phones memory? What device have you got? What OS Version are u running?

Tlist problem..pls help

I am facing a problem..pls help me...
I have tlist in a form and i have populted 400 names of students form a table to the tlist..in alpahbetical order
I have used when-list-activated trigger and when any selected name is double clicked then it moves form the current tlist to another tlist...and is also deleted from the current tlist..using the delete_list_element built_in
the problem is that when the element is deleted from the first tlist the tlist is scrolls back to top and doesn't keeps the focus around where the last element was deleted...
Suppose, the list has following names
John
Brown
Smith
Richar
brian
Jimmy
Rick
Yaseen
Zaimad
and so on..
suppose i scroll down in the tlist and click the name 'Yaseen' which is at the end part of the tlist as starts with Y..so when it is deleted from the list the tlist scrolls up and displays the names that start with 'A'
I wnat that when the list elemnt is deleted the tlist remains where it had been before deleting list element or move move to the next name with the same first letter of the name which is deleted or move to the first name starting from the next alphabet....so for the above case
i want after Yaseen is deleted the tlist sld preselect the name 'Zaimad' as it is next on the list after "Yaseen'
...i would be grateful if some one helps me..

This can be caused by a few things.
      Make sure the billing card address, the one on the statement is the exact
             same as in iTunes.
      Note even the zip code being off can cause this.
       Try a different CC
      and the way the always works
          An iTunes GC.

Hey guys, Ive got an ipad 3 (16gb) and I had a look on my memory i have a few games and apps (GarageBand, keynote, imovie, pages, monoply, game of life and a few others) and it said 12.2 gb used and 1.2gb available i think that's counted wrong and I know approx 1000mb is 1gb it's impossible what do I do to get it accurate, even my brain holds more memory than that! Please help ASAP also I've tried restarting it
Here is a list of apps:
GarageBand 696mb
Imovie 531mb
Ibooks 366mb
Keynote 362mb
Numbers 336mb
Pages 311mb
And 52 apps are 150mb and under
I know that I had the same number of apps yesterday and the memory was 8.2gb I want it to be accurate.

Centipedee, No memory problem, you don't have enough room. It can take at least 2 times the required memory to load an app to the iPod. Once it loads it only requires 1.8GB of memory space but to get it there you'll need at least (maybe more) 3.6GB of space, I know it sounds screwy but it's how it works. Hope this helps, Good luck.

Help with 655 Max and Possible Memory Problems...

Just recieved my 655 Max and have put my system together, but when I turn it on it makes a constant beeping sound. I tried taking out both memory sticks, lol, and turning it on and the sound stops, I tried putting in one memory stick and the sound starts again.
I suppose this is a memory problem.
by the way I am using Corssair 256mb CMX256a-3200C2 memory.

Hello Mohammed,
Have you seen any error in your SM21 system log and developer trace of spool work process
during that time?
The maximum size when create spool is 2GB.Pls also check if you are creating a spool
larger than it.

first of all, remove your battery and leave it out for five minutes then replace it. see if this solves the problem. if it does not, backp all your data to memory card or the mass storage (16gb) in the phone, or as a backup file .nbu in Nokia PC Suite. then perform a hard reset (*#7370 and *#7780#) to clear the phone to default factory settings. if this still does not work, then try the three-finger hard reset. if this still does not work, you will have to take your phone to your local Nokia Care Centre for them to look at.
remember to do appropriate backup of all your files first. let us know how it goes.

Nokia C5-03 Low memory problems ( Other Files )

Please help. I have a nokia C5-03 the handset is showing phone memory is full. I have checked and uninstalled all unecessay applications. But problem is still there. when i check the phone memory it indicates that i have other files of 42mb installed and using phone memory. however i am unable to check what other files are installed or classfied as other files. Can you please assist me so i can know what these other files consist of or where they are located.

I typed a more extensive reaction before, but it got lost when I pressed "post". Therefore I just respond to the main points that you mentioned (and some I found out myself).
Strange: I can't find the 40 MB Maximum User Storage on the Nokia website anymore (nor the 75 MB). But it sounds very familiar to me. It looks to me as if they removed this from the phone specs, also of other Smartphones by the way.
Yesterday, I deleted some small apps that I don't use (anymore) such as InternetRadio and I also removed Nokia email. Although the apps were below 2 MB together, this freed up over 7 MB of Phone memory (24 MB free now)! I think there were still some old emails stored in C: which I couldn't delete any other way. This helped me a great deal already but I tried your suggestions as well.
1. No map data or CITIES folder on C: 2. Switched messages memory to phone (and phone to offline mode) and I did indeed find a forgotten email account with 30 email messages. Not much but I had 24,7 MB free after that. Of course, I put messages memory back to the memorycard. 3. Used the free edition of Y-Browser to manually delete the cache folder. Not much data in that, but 25,1 MB free after that. Nice tool, with which you can reach folders that normally stay hidden! Used YBrowser to search all C: for files over 300 kB. Only 2 files: boot_space.txt in C:\ (500 kB, contains only the X repeatedly as far as I see, but is probably essential for the operating system) and C:\resource\python25\pyton25.zip (1 MB). It looks like an installation package, but I'm not sure if I can delete it. By the way: YBrowser hasn't made a shortcut in one of the menus. Only way that I found to start it was to look for it using the Phone's search function. Is there a way to make this shortcut myself?
4. Yes I did. No Images folder on C: anymore, nor other big files (see point 3)
5. I use Bluetooth for file transfer sometimes, mainly for installation files (such as YBrowser.sis, but I did this one via USB-cable). However, no big files are left on C: so I don't think I have this problem.
6. I tried to delete Nokia Chat yesterday as well (with the other apps), but it won't be uninstalled the normal way as it says "Uninstall cancelled" (not sure about the exact translation since my phone 'speaks' Dutch) Do you know if there's another way to get rid of this 3 MB app that I don't use at all?
I think I may have found an explanation and a solution for the memory problem while navigating. You mentioned the "memory in use" in the map settings. Above that option there's a slide bar for the % of memory that the navigation can use. Standard is 70%. I always thought this was about storage memory on (in my case) the memorycard. Another topic mentioned that this the working memory (so the RAM) that the navigation may use. Setting it to 70% means there's only 30% left for other apps that run in the background. The other topic states that this is nog enough so the slider should be set to for instance 30% for navigation leaving 70% free for "the phone". From behind my computer, navigation seems much more stable. I'll try this setting in my car soon and let you know how it works.
Thanks a lot for thinking along with me so far! There's already 25,1 MB of space, which is great since it was only 7 MB last Sunday. And navigation looks more stable. I'd appreciate if you have some more answers to my latest questions, but if not I think my phone will work a lot better already!

Memory problem with 5330 XpressMusic

I seem to have a memory problem with my 5330, I have a 1Gb micro disc installed. My son sent me a photo from his phone, when it arrived I got a warning on the scren that 'there is not enough memory to receive messages', I have tried to delete as much as I can, a lot tells me I can't delete it, but I still get the same warning. This warnig shows up each time I switch on the phone. How can I get myself more space? Can I move things from the phone memory to the memory card?

Are you sure you're using a 5330 XpressMusic? Or is it a 5320 XpressMusic? The former is yet to be released, AFAIK.
Assuming that you are using a 5320, try these steps:
-> Move all photos, music, videos stored in the phone memory to the memory card. You can use the built-in File Manager to accomplish this.
-> Delete all files that you would've received via bluetooth, present in your Inbox. You can save them to the mass storage.
-> Clear the browser cache.
-> Clear the Sent Items folder.
-> Make sure you don't have too many messages in your inbox.
