Menu Bar with no background on startup, just the black icons...!!!Help

Sometimes when I start my Mac, the menu bar takes a while to appear. The Icons are there, and nothing else. If I click over it, it will appear.
This has nothing to do with the transparent menu bar option.
I can't find any info on the web...
The only two things extra I have there are DropBox, and Bowtie for iTunes.
Any ideias?

How can you create the first level of a spry menu bar to have no colour? I have a coloured background right now and the colour matches when you load the site in Internet explorer but does not match in Firefox. Any suggestions are welcomed on how to fix this.

I am learning with code, (obviously) so any feedback would be nice. I use dreamweaver CS4, but when I originally designed the site it was in a much older version of dreamweaver. I wonder if that could also be a cause. (besides human error)

Horizontal Spry Menu Bar with Horizontal Sub Menu

I have created a horizontal menu bar with only one main menu item leading to a sub menu. I would like this sub menu to display horizontally also, instead of vertically as added by default.
I am relatively new to dreamweaver and would appreciate any help possible.

Reinstall MacFuse with the one from http://www.tuxera.com/mac/macfuse-core-10.5-2.1.9.dmg. If that doesn't work, you can use Paragon NTFS for Mac 9.0 which has been designed to work with Lion.

You may have a faulty USB cable. Try another.
Make sure you are following the instructions in this procedure to the letter. Here they are, with emphasis on some easily overlooked requirements:
Disconnect the USB cable from the iPhone, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release only the Sleep/Wake button.
Continue pressing and holding the Home button while you reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.Note: If you see the "low battery" screen, let the device charge for at least ten minutes to ensure that the battery has some charge, and then start with step 2 again.
Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears (iTunes icon and USB connector) release the Home button.
If necessary, open iTunes. You should see the "recovery mode" alert ("iTunes has detected a phone in recovery mode").
Use iTunes to restore the iPhone.

Help export the graphic with transparent background and not braking the quality

hi I'd like some help please if its possible.
I've created a monitor graphic in Fireworks that looks like iMac and I would like to export it with transparent background.
the jpeg format looks great with no damage to the graphic at all but I can't have transparent background, although I changed the canvas fill to none. the png-8 format can apply transparent background, but damages the graphic.

A ny ideas on how I can export the graphic with transparent background and not braking the quality??

I bought this off of craigslist with my christmas money, TODAY. i really need help, i have OS X experience from school, just not OS 9x. I need to reboot back to OS X asap. anything that may help is very appreciated. Thank You.

If this works you will see the normal desktop Once completely started up in Safe Mode, try to restart normally and go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility. Click on the top hard drive icon in the left sidebar and note the S.M.A.R.T. status at the bottom right of the pane. What does it say?
Select the named boot volume in the left sidebar, ("Macintosh HD" unless it has been renamed). What is the hard drive capacity and how much space remains available on it? Repair permissions on it.
See if you are able to do a little hard drive maintenance to help things out.

I do not have the bar with File, View, history ect. or the return, refresh, stop and home button. Is this an add on? I have reinstalled firefox twice and still not there. Help....

What version of the OS did you upgrade from ?
Anything before OS X 10.8.2 may have an issue if the Logic/Mother board has been replaced and the Serial Number not "flashed" back to it.
In the Apple Icon menu use the About this Mac item.
In the new panel click twice on the line that tells you the current OS level
It will change to the Build number (and alternative count to the OS versions) and then the Serial Number.
If it is missing you need to get it replaced.
(It is supposed to be done on Repair or Refurbishment).
An Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider as the best choices.
There are apps you can download (They are Mac Model specific) but needs careful typing as it is a once only trip.
