Menu is missing in Easy Access

Hi Friends,
In our system recently we uploaded CRM5.2. It is working fine. When I go to easy access under maser data, Bp and under BP BP - Maintain Business Partner ,BPH - Maintain Group Hierarchy ,CRMD_ORDER_BP - Business Partner Cockpit are missing. I dont understand why it is not coming. If I go through the tcode it is working but the Area menu (path) not coming. Can U suggest me how can I get this?
Thanx
Saravana

Are you sure you are displaying the correct menue for the user? The standard one is SAPCRM_MENUE. It can be switched in SAP GUI easily by the corresponding button 'Other Menue' (or similar?).
In case you want to display something else which is not in there, simply go to tx code pfcg, copy the SAPCRM_MENUE to your own specific role and modify the menue there by inserting the transactions of your choice. Then assign this menue to the users as a standard menue (also done there), so that it is displayed for these on logging on.
Hope this helps,
Kai

  • Activating User Menu option in SAP Easy Access Screen

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me to activate User Menu in SAP Easy Access screen.
Menu -> User Menu option is disabled.
Is there any Profile Paramater to Enable or Disable this menu option?
    Thanks,
    Piyush

    Hey,
Juan and Ganesh, you both are right. But the roles are already assigned to the users.
Its not for 1 users, its for all the users.
We can activate the user menu from Easy Access Screen menu option Menu->User Menu. But this is disables in the Menu->User Menu.
Hence any user is not able to the the user menu.
There is a Profile parameter through which we can enable or disable this option. Can you please provide me the name of that parameter.
    Thanks.,
    Piyush

  • How to disable sap easy access menu for SAP GUI HTML

    hi,
in our portal i created an iview, which calls an SAP-ERP-Transaction, and displays it with the SAP GUI for HTML (webgui). well, i have a big problem: when i got a timeout, the user has to log on to the its and then i get the sap easy access menu.
the users should NOT be allowed to see the sap easy access menu ! they ONLY need to see the called transaction.
    any ideas ?
    best regards, Martin

    hi,
i have  set the 'singletransaction'-parameter in sicf for the webgui-service to value 1.
BUT: as soon as i click on the iview to display the transaction i got the message
    Logged Off Successfully
You have been logged off from SAP Web Application Server.
    what is wrong there ?

  • Transaction code for user menu, sap easy access

    Hi system experts!
Does anybody know which transaction causes the user-specific menu within "SAP easy access" (the welcome screen after login, like /n does) ?
I need it to be called from a portal iView, so that the usual sapgui-like screen with the user's menu appears in a portal screen, both for SAPGUI for windows and http.
Trx. S000 or SESSION_MANAGER does not cause the user-specific menu when called from the portal. These work least of all for call via ITS.
    thanks
    Andreas

    hi ,
The transaction code is SE41.. This is for creating Menus and tool bars.
you can also try SMEN it will call the user menu as you described in your post.

  • Can we add our own menu in sap easy access screen

can we add our own menu in sap easy access screen
along with the existing menu items...
ex : can i add the new menu item as help1 on that screen
    regards
       raghu

go  to transection se43 ...ther e  u can create   ur  own menu list.. and  ur  cusomize transection to that perticular menu list.....
You can enter the area menu in the command field like any other transaction code, also in menu exits can be filled with a area menu.
You might play a little with S000 and S001 - when you enter them, the menu tree of easy access changes.
Do you search for the menu exits to append your area menu into the standard menu tree?

  • SAP Query-to be saved on Easy access menu

    Dear All,
This is regarding the SAP Query that I have created on Production. Pls help me out with the way to save it on sap easy access menu. At the moment, i have saved the t-code SQ01 in Favorites but it is not serving the purpose because everytime an end user logs in, he has to go through the T-codes SQ03, SQ02 and SQ01 in order to get the usergroups, infosets and the Query in sink inorder to execute the report.
    Points would be awarded.
    Thanks
    Deepali

    Hi Deepali,
    Go to SE93.
Create a transaction & select the last option of radiobutton -> Transaction with parameters.
    Transaction : START_REPORT
    Skip Initial Screen : Clicked
SAP GUI for Windows : Clicked
    Default values:
    D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE = AQ
D_SREPOVARI-REPORT = /SAPQUERY/HR -- HR is the user group name
    D_SREPOVARI-EXTDREPORT = Report name
    D_SREPOVARI-VARIANT = Variant name
D_SREPOVARI-NOSELSCRN -- if no sel sc asked for.
After creating the transaction you can easily attach it to Easy Access Menu.

There are two sloutions for query
    1. Ad Hoc Query already exists in SAP Tree Menu
SAP Menu > HR > Information Systems > Reporting Tools > Ad Hoc Query
    Else
    2. Take the Adhoc Query to Favorites, So that u dont want to Dig down every time. U can access it directly

  • SAP Easy Access CRM 2007 menu

    Dear friends,
Pls let me know one thing abt CRM 2007: Can we do all transactions ( T-Code ) on SAP Easy Access CRM menu or just some on the menu and the others on web?
To make u understand clearly abt my situations: I have one IDES CRM 2007 server but the SAP CRM menu dont have enough transactions even though the basic team gave me full authorization.
If any of u can help me, pls explain me clearly,
    Thanks in advance!

The list of business roles for CRM 2007 can found in the IMG under:
    CRM->Business Roles->Define Business Role
For Marketing the standard role delivered is: MARKETINGPRO
    Other common roles:
    SALESPRO - sales
    SERVICEPRO - service
    TPM_PRO - trade promotion management
    IC_AGENT - interaction center agent
    IC_MANAGER- interacation center manager
Those roles cover almost all the standard non-industry specific functionality of CRM 2007.

    Hi,
are you talking about SAP GUI? This forum is about Knowledge Management in the SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/4c/9d953fc405330ee10000000a114084/frameset.htm
To make your Transaction code field visible again: you should see some small white arrow as the secon icon. Click on it and the input field will re-appear

  • Send e-mails through broadcaster to SAP Easy access menu inbox

    Dear Experts
I have been asked to broadcast a report to few users and itshould become available in their in-box folder ( that accessible from SAP Easy Access screen toolbar)
Can you help me? If you need further information, feel free to ask.
    Thanks in advance
    M

    Mario,
Please check out the official documentation first before asking generic questions. You can start looking at [how to Broadcast by E-Mail|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/a5/359840dfa5a160e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm].
If the official documentation doesn't answer all your questions, then please come back and ask them here..
Note that it depends on what type of report you want to broadcast. As previously mentioned, workbooks need to have a precalculation server setup, but other kind of reports don't.

  • How can I extract pages from a PDF? The Tools menu is missing.

I used to be able to extract pages from my PDF file. I don't see the tools icon anymore. How can I access the tools icon?

    Hi lenm,
To extract pages, you need to use Acrobat (not Adobe Reader). As I can attest (because I do have both Reader and Acrobat installed on the same computer), it is quite easy to open files in Reader when you mean to open then in Acrobat. So, please make sure you have the right app open. (I pull this one all the time!)
Now, if the Tools menu is missing from Acrobat, choose View > Show/Hide > Toolbar Items > Show Toolbars to make them reappear.
Please let us know how it goes.
    Best,
    Sara

  • Changes made through SE43N not reflecting in the SAP easy access

    Hi All,
I have done changes through T code SE43N in area menu FIGL. But I am not able to see the T Codes in the SAP easy access. Can anyone help on this issue?
    Kind Regards,
    Yogesh

    Hi,
SAP standard menu is S000 area. By modifying FIGL area you don't update S000.
