Menu tab creation

Hi all,
I am trying to add new menu tab to menu bar .i have given the tab name to the edit properties but when i am running i am not getting the menu tab.
please, give any idea regarding this.

    I want to say thank you for all of your advice and direction!!!
    I have a few more questions in reference to menu tabs, upon creation of my tabs there are additional links created for each tab although they are nice features how do I get RID of them?? also when I created my tabs they were created at the right side of the page how do I move them to the left side of the page? I apologize if these questions seem a bit simple.

    You can achieve the similar effect , if your prepared to change your css skin a little :-
    af|showOneTab::cell-start      
    The style on the first cell. You can left-align by setting width:0% on this, and width:100% on af|showOneTab::cell-end

  • Is there a way to backup my bookmarks from the bookmarks menu tab?

    After recently having a problem reinstalling my old bookmarks, I'm now wondering if there is a easy way to backup my very recent bookmarks, when I enter my bookmarks from the menu tab? I don't see a link within the bookmarks tab to do so. It would be nice to see a specific link within the bookmarks tab to do such a function. Does anyone have any solutions, or know a way to quickly backup my bookmarks? Thank you.

  • If i open a new window instead of a new tab, in the new window does not appear the menu tab

    i want to open new windows instead of tabs and in the new window should appear the menu tab and scrolling up and down, but now with the new version the menu tab does not appear and i cannot scroll up and down.

    Do you mean opening a window via the File menu (File > New Window) or do you always want to open links that you click on web pages in a new window?

    This can happen due to OIM-LDAP wrong attribute mapping/value getting passed.
    Can you please first try with OOTB attributes and see how it behaves?

    I am new to jdeveloper and I am looking for a sample code for menu tabs without binding the tabs to menu model.
    I went through the ADF development guide but it has example only with menu model.

  • Missing Spry Menu Tab on CS5 using an iMac (only 2 computers cannot see it)

    I am using Dreamweaver CS5 on iMacs in my classroom. Two students are not able to see the blue Spry Menu Bar tab.  Is there something that needs to be selected in order for them to see it?  I thought maybe they missed a step so we followed our book and recreated the Menu Bar on another page.  Once the menu bar is complete and you click off, the blue Spry Menu Tab is not available.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    even if there are only two students with these problems, you should follow Ken's hint. One of my most important arguments: "Spry doesn't work correctly on touch screens!" Please try it, you will have a nasty surprise!

  • Color not changing on Selected Menu tab

    I'm creating a custom css and in doing so have been trying to change the text color of the selected menu tab. I've added it to my stylesheet but it is not changing upon running it. If I change the menu tab specifically via the properties of the tab, it will change. Is 'color' something we can change?
    Here is a snipet of my css:

It's just "af|menuTabs::selected" not ".af|menuTabs::selected".
Also, you need to use the ::selected-link pseudo-element to style the color of the text.

    Could anyone tell me how de we achieve making a menu tab active when using a template and a combination of html & php. I am putting the code I am using for my menu and do not see how to do this and how to relate inner pages to the right menu tab ... The site has hundreds of pages so i hope there is an easy way to do this without having to create duplicated templates. Many thanks.

    Humm .. really not sure what I'm doing wrong here .... I've been redesigning the whole menu but cannot get that to work , if you dont mind I am sending you the code here first so you can already have a look and see if there is some obvious mistake , I am still testing all this on my local machineand as I completly re made the menu for the purpose I cannot upload the files and let the client see a menu like this  (now I was also wondering if maybe this would only work on a live server ?)

    Hi there. I'm trying to create a menu tab on my website and I
    found the generic Tabbed Menu template (Menu_tabs) on FlashMX
    fitted me perfectly . The only problem is I would like the sub menu
    to appear onrollover, rather than onclick. Unfortunatly I don't

    tab? Whenever I want to add comments to an external CSS document, I
    have to manually type /*...*/. It would be great if there was a
    comment button for CSS, like there is for HTML, so I could just
    select the text I want to comment out, click a button, and it
    automatically wraps the CSS in comment tags.
