Merging Reward Zone Accounts

Before I had two Reward zone accounts and now after the merg it looks like i have several now. I want to use my main one which is the reward zone that is on the back of my Best Buy Reward zone credit card.
How can I merge them all to the one reward zone account so I have my points all directed to it. When I log in here it says I dont have any certificates but but im getting an email to use a certificate I got. I am not sure how I ended up with some many reward zone #'s but I want to consolidate it down to just the one that's on my credit card from best buy.

I used the email address you registered with the forum to review your My Best Buy™ history, and from what I can see, you currently have three active accounts.  If the primary information shared between the three accounts matches exactly and there are not multiple credit cards attached, then we should have no problem merging them together.

    I have my rewards card that me and my fiancé share, he applied for the credit card and was approved so he uses the credit card but was also using the rewards card which is under my name while I looked at the credit card today I realized that the member id is a different one then the one I have and the one we've been using. Now we're an elite member and want to start banking out points but I don't want to lose the points thats linked to the credit card. So is there a way I can merge it even though the information is different because it's my rewards card and his credit card ?

    Welcome to the Best Buy forum.
    A new My Best Buy™ account would have been created when your fiancé opened his Best Buy credit card, and any purchases made with his Best Buy credit card would post to the My Best Buy™ account that is tied to the credit card.  Since the name on each account is different, we would be unable to merge them.  It is also technically against the Program Terms to attach purchases you did not actually make to your account, as a My Best Buy™ account is intended to be used by a single member.
    If you have multiple accounts or your fiancé has multiple accounts, then we could merge those accounts; however, we would be unable to merge your accounts with your fiancé's accounts.  To ensure your account is up-to-date and to see if I can help answer any other questions, I am going to send you a private message.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the little envelope icon at the top of the page.

  • Recent purchases not counting towards reward zone balance left

    I recently purchased a new laptop, and a few other things, and my reward zone says I still need to spend like $2,000 to keep my status of silver plus when I shoulf probably only need about $500-$700.
    im not being credit with my reward zone points either. I know you dont get rewards points when you use your credit card anymore, and that is complete b.s., and a slap in the face, been like that for about a year i think know but still its un acceptaple coming from a customer. bestbuy should be giving customers a reason to shop at the store again, not avoid it. even the laptop I just purchased they charged me more then the retail of $1249.99, they charged me $1300.
    can any one help me out with why my account shows that i paid $0.00 for these past few items. I had this same issue earlier in the year or maybe close to a year ago now, and it got fixed, but forgot what the issue was.
    I'm planning on buying a 500 gb solid state drive tomorrow, and if I dont get credited with my amount needed to keep my status deducted or the 7% rewardz points I Have not been gettong on some purchases either i think its only 1 item my bose headphones I Purchased about 3-4 months ago unless th estore took it upon them selves to make the decision for me, and select financing.

    I can understand wanting to ensure that every qualifying purchase you have made during the 2014 calendar year is taken into consideration when determining if your Elite Plus status will be extended until February 2016.  A potential reason why your Elite/Elite Plus spending bar may not seem accurate is because it can take up to 35 days for a purchase to reflect.  With that being said, the laptop you recently purchased may not reflect for another couple of weeks.
    As far as the purchases that are displaying as $0.00 in your account, the most likely reason for that if you used your Best Buy credit card is that the purchase was applied to a promotional financing offer.  If those purchases were eligible for a promotional financing offer, then you would need to have clicked the option for "No Financing."  While a purchase may have been awarded zero points because of promotional financing, the purchase should still count towards reaching Elite or Elite Plus status.

  • Merging two Skype accounts

    I have two Skype accounts which I would like to merge toghether.  My first account is Frank.Deijkers and the second one is Frank_Deijkers.  I would like to only use the first account (Frank.Deijkers) and then add my caller ID and also a Skype phone number.  My second account (Frank_Deijkers) has a valid subscription which I would like to transfer to my first account.
    Can you give me instructions on how to do this?

    Unfortunately, it isn't currently possible to merge separate Skype Accounts.

    I wouldn't worry just yet! $10 pre-order certificates don't usually post to your account until 20 days after the title has been picked up or shipped to your home. They also may never appear as pending, and instead be available as certificates immediately. If you still haven't received your points by 20 days after you received your copy of Titanfall, let me know and I'd be glad to see what can be done to assist you at that time.

  • Order was cancelled and only received PART of my Reward Zone Certificates back?

    I had cancelled an order I had placed.  It was paid with $75 Reward Zone Certificates and the rest through credit card. This morning, I only received enough points back on my account to convert to a $35 Certificate.  Why is the remaining points to convert to $40 missing? I had called the Toll Free Best Buy Number but they could give no explanation.

    As you might notice if you read other threads on the forum, it can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account following a return or cancellation.  We will need to allow a full 6 business days before considering any other options.  In the end, I will make sure the full 3,750 points are back in your account.
    If the remaining point value has not reposted to your account after 6 business days, then please do not hesitate to send me a private message and I will see what I can do to help make sure those points are added.  To send a private message, you will want to login to the forum and click on the blue button in my signature that is labeled "Private Message."

    When I try to log in at https://www-ssl.bestbuy.com/site/olstemplatemapper.jsp?id=pcat17000&type=page I type in my username and password.  The system then tells me it will send a verification code but I never recieve it. It's been over 24 hours since I've tried twice!  I have't been able to log into my Reward Zone at all this year and I know some of my points probably expired already. Please help.

    yep - me too - I cannot believe that you can't merge 2 accounts! I am getting in a real muddle now.  I know it seems crazy at this point as to why I set up a new account under a new email - but registering yet more new Apple equipment it was easily done!!

    As long as you computer is authorized for that iTunes account, the songs will work with iTunes Match. The user does not need to be logged in on that computer.
    Husband's computer and husband's iTunes account signed in.
    Songs from wife's iTunes account on computer and computer authorized for wife's account. Songs from both will work with iTunes Match.
