I see that you were very clear before and now. In terms of my complete not understanding.
I'm explaining the last time in this thread.
When a SAP's client bought a support from SAP, whenever the client encounters the errors in the system, he may raise support note to SAP with description of the error situation, in order to force SAP to investigate the situation and propose the ways of solving the problem.
When the issue is resolved SAP may decide that the issue was not due to some local problems with the client, but due to some errors applicable to all clients. In this case SAP may issue a note with description of the situation and the ways of solving it, for general use. Such a note you applied.
Your the professional basis require now what?
Which documentation?
From the original client who reported about the error?
The internal SAP mail regarding opening the note?
Some formal letters from SAP to your company explaining why to apply this note? Let me guess - SAP should have guessed that your company applied the note and sent to you all supported documents?
BTW, is your company bought a support from SAP?
I do not want waste my time and comment any longer in this thread such, very very sorry, stupid requirements from some professionals who do not know what are the SAP note and how to work with them.

Hi,
I really don't know if it is possible to create an invoice in AR with no transaction lines. When I interface invoices from another system to AR (and there is no need to detail inventory items), I use a single line with a dummy inventory item or with no inventory item (inventory_item_id and warehouse_id set to null) in transaction lines, and I use the description field to describe the link to the other software in a user-friendly way.

Error handling via CatchAll and JTA transaction error.

soa 10.1.3.5.0
I have created a test BPEL process where i am updating already completed Human task. I know it's wrong and i am doing it purposely to test error handling mechanism.
In the same BPEL I added a Catch all handler hoping that this will catch the error and will let me complete the process.
However BPEL is failing in the Catch All scope with lovely error: JTA transaction is not present or the transaction is not in active state.
Does anybody know how and why humantask update activity suddenly changes jta transaction state? Any thoughts of how i can catch the error in the situation i described and process it gracefully?

If you look at the error, it suggests that the action you are performing is invalid.That is you cannot update human task which has been already completed. Thats why you are getting that "JTA transaction not active error". Since your human task has already been completed, it is not able to update it again.

I am working on AMEX integration with iexpenses. When I run the American Express Transaction Loader and Validate program, Cocurent program run with an error:
header and tailor do not have same report create date. submit this request again with the correct data file from American Express

1.e 1.American Express Transaction Loader 2. Credit Card Transaction Loader Program. I could able to run them successfully. I could see some new credit cards
(which are in the data file) and assign them to employees through Internet Expenses Setup and Administration Responsibility -> Internet Expenses Administration -> new Accounts Tab
But, When I login throgh that employee, I could not see the transactions in the Iexpenses resposibility. Where can one see his transactions? Is there any iexpnses user guide available for R12?

Getting an error message in B2B and it says Invalid Delimiter Settings.

We are in the process of integrating an outbound data flow using BPEL and B2B.. We have the bpel process deployed in the system which is integrated to the B2B via a partner link.
The payload from the Bpel process is coming into the B2B but the output edi file is not getting generated and we
are getting the error message when we run the Business Message Status reports/ Error Status Reports in B2B.
The correct Trading Partner Agreement is being hit and as well as the correct Business process and Document protocol and document revision are getting attached. It is also identifying the correct values for the Sender and Receiver from the Agreement.
But it is erroring out with the error message as Invalid Delimiter Settings... This is for the outbound edi transaction to the outside trading partner..
Could someone please help us with this issue as soon as possible.

The error is very implicitly ...you are right but from the setup perspective in b2b we have defined the below mentioned for the operational capability for the Trading Partner who is going to receive this edi document :
Component Element Separator 0x7d
Segment Delimiter 0x0a
Element Delimiter 0x2a
Subelement Delimiter 0x7d
But we are not able to understand why it is throwing invalid delimiter settings. I have provided the b2b.log as well mentioned below..

Dear All,
I am working in an environment :
SAP ECC 6.0
Content server Version 6.4
PLM Integration AutoCAD 4.0
In AutoCAD Mechanical while Check in Drawing using KPro through CAD View I am encountering an error : "Error while checking in and storing C:\.........."
ACADM Log:

Is the issue resolved.
Check in content repositories, just check if the repository which u tryin to Check In the document(CAD file) is giving u response..
i guess there must be some problem from server side.
just ask basis @ the same.
dont change config okk...

ALE/ IDoc: Error while checking in and storing

HI Gurus,
i need to send Documents from one system to an other System. I use BDA5
Both system are using different File Systems and the DMS Archive is also different.
I can send the DOCMAS without errors. When i Try to process the Documents i can not process IDocs which have a file (Segment E1DRAWFILES) included. i get the Error messages Error while checking in and storing
I also sent some IDocs which have no files (no segment E1DRAWFILES) and these can be processed. Has anybody an idea whats wrong? If i use normal transaction CV0xN i can upload and checkin documents.
How can i convince SAP to successfully process the IDocs with files from the source system?

1. Are you taking about business document?
or
2. SAP dms Document?
If DMS doc then send details regarding document type, and business object used in definine document type for object linking.
In DC10 U check flag in define object linking, Object chek from ALE[Set flag]
for business document i think differen procdure while defining your document type. i guess.

Problem was solved. We needed to set the Flag Original Distribution in the IDoc via a Conversion Rule (BD79).

test the RFC with SE37,no problem.
same importing parameter values, call the RFC in c++,
hint:
Error while checking in and storing:
172.xx.xxx.xx/000000000002641.
in the function,tracing importing parameter,no any problem,it is same as testing with SE37.
what causes this problem?

As i mentioned above, its because may be you have not assigned content category with content repository properly.
Which means you double check again the setting.
Also check CSADMIN setting is green for given content contegory have storage category assigned to it.
But its mostly because of content category and content repository transaction setting. recheck.
btw.. Are you trying to use any SAP content server?

Error committing transaction in Stored Proc call - prev solns not working

Hi All,
Our process invokes a DB adapter to fetch the response from the table for our request via Stored Procedure call but facing the below issue. Its a synchronous process. Stored Procedure is present inside the Package and we are calling the Stored procedure using that Package.
What we did is created a DB datasource of XA type and tried to call the Stored Proc but it was giving a problem “ORA-24777: use of non-migratable database link not allowed” and hence according to this thread Using DB links in Stored proc call in DB adapter 11G SOA we have modified the datasource as non-XA type.
While we do that, we could see that Stored Proc is called and the response is present in the reply payload inside the flow trace. But the instance is getting faulted and the error is “Error committing transaction:; nested exception is: javax.transaction.xa.XAException: JDBC driver does not support XA, hence cannot be a participant in two-phase commit. To force this participation, set the GlobalTransactionsProtocol attribute to LoggingLastResource (recommended) or EmulateTwoPhaseCommit for the Data Source.”
We have tried the properties of global transaction support as one phase commit, emulate two phase commit and logging last resource but error remains the same.
Database from which we are getting the response is of version "Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.3.0 - 64bit Production". Will the database link error arises even if we connect to Oracle Database?
Please could you advise me solutions to resolve this issue.

You are using Non-XA because it means (among all others) that the commit issue can be handle by the DB as well.
The Emulate Two Phase property imitating the XA transaction in that way, that it allows you to manage a local db transaction.
You can stay with XA connection, but then you will have to use "AUTONOMOUS_TRANSACTION pragma" in your procedure.

Error while transporting PCs and Info packages frm dev to qa

Hello Guyz
First of all, I am new to this forum. Heard a lot about it, and I hope I can learn a lot by the exchange of information in this forum. I ve already gone through so many threads, and have gained a lot of insight in BW.
I have an issue, where I am transporting process chains and info packages from dev to qa. But the transports have thrown errors, saying that the 'Source System XXXCLNTXXX does not exist and info package has been deleted'.
My question: How can I transport these objects in such a way that the loads which were going from ECCDEV to BWDEV, now go from ECCQA to BWQA? Are there any settings in SE09 or SE10 or somewhere in BW where I can do this?

Anyways.....I think there is some problem in the Client name.......Just check the Source system name in RSA1...........if it has been changed somehow........then run transaction BDLS and change the source system assignment........

Error in transaction MB90

Hello All,
I'm using the transaction MB90 and I try to view a Z form but appear next error
'Form Zxxx language EN is not active and has no errors'
I don´t know why happend it because the form is activated and contain any errors.
I don´t transport anything because I work in the same system.
ANY IDEA.

Goto TCODE 71 and activate the form for the language english.
Enter the form name then click on change then activate.

Error in transaction PBAT

Hi,
While trying to send applicant letters through transaction PBAT i get the error message:
Indirect valuation: No record for infotype 0001 on 20100120
Message no. RP033
This transaction works fine in the development client but I get this error in test.
Any idea?

It is a master data error.
Please go and check IT0001 of the applicant in question via PB30 for the current date.
