Mesh AP 1524SB SOS :)
My quiestion is about wirelees ap1524SB. Can this product operate in a full mesh topology network or it is just suitable for a linear(serial) interconnecting of the mesh access points? Can I build a mesh network based on ap1524 only? What topology can I use? Thanks in advance.

Mesh AP 1524SB Not Joining Controller
Hello,
I'm just getting started here and have run into some problems.
I have a WLC 5508 running 7.0.116.0 and 1524SB access points.
I have a 3750 switch sitting between them hosting the DHCP.
The switch is using VLAN 1 and the management interface of the WLC is untagged.
The problem is that my APs will not join the controller. I don't even think they are getting an IP address.
When I console into the AP it seems to me that the boot process is interupted and the AP reboots.
I get this message:
*Mar 1 00:00:34.375: %SYS-5-RELOAD: Reload requested by Adj Process. Reload Reason: Mesh Reboots AP ....
*Mar 1 00:00:34.375: %LWAPP-5-CHANGED: CAPWAP changed state to DOWNWriting out the event log to nvram...
And then it reboots. I have attached the entire boot sequence.
Could someone help me out please?

where 10.0.0.1 is the ip of the management interface.Assuming 10.0.0.1 is the controller's management IP address. For 1524SB Mesh AP, you can't use format of "option 43 ip 10.0.0.1", change it to "option 43 hex f1040a000001" on the 3750 switch and try again.

AP 1552E: Put their antennas in different places
Hi Guys
I have an AP Cisco 1552E mounted on a mining truck (CAT 797F) in a mesh wireless network. I´d like to know if i can place each antenna in diferent places of the truck with 3 LMR400 cables (e.g.: one in the left side, one in the middle and the third one, in the right side),... because when a i place the AP with its 3 antennas in a corner, the coverage is blocked by the truck structure. I know that im gonna lose signal but im looking for a "functional" solution. Do i have to respect a distance between the antennas? I attached an image for a better understanding.
Thank you!We are currently running systems with over 200 units in the mobile fleet at our largest mine. Running Matrikon, Seeing machines, Modular dispatch, Trimble, IBIS, Centurion and several other systems. We have not seen traffic on the mesh caused by the broadcasts in a flat network cause the network have issues. YET!!!! We do see our Mesh networks growing and have the same concerns but they have not been founded in the three + years we have been running the Mesh with 1524SB radios.
BTY: we have also tested the 819 connecting to the mesh on 802.11g and then rebroadcasting a local SSID on the 802.11a. This could be an asset to our survey crews so they can drive a light duty vehicle in an area that they can get a connection with the 819 (the handhelds don’t have enough power to reach far). They could then broadcast a different SSID around their truck to download map updates. -

How to design a mesh with 1552 AP and remote antenna ?

I must design an architecture for a mesh deployment with 1552 access points. Quote has been done with 1522, but it seems that these access points are in end of life.
On previous deployment I've made with 1522, it was possible to have a remote 5Ghz antenna for the mesh and 2.4 Ghz antenna directly connected to the access point for coverage.
It seems that is not possible for 1552 because there is only 3 antenna dual band and no difference between them. It's a big issue for me, because in my project I must cover an industrial indoor area but i have a mesh between building. How can i do that with 1552 ? is is possible to have a remote antenna on this access point ?
Please let me know if there is something you don't understand.

BenoitMost of the MESH AP use a single 5GHz radio for both the uplink and the downlink, which halves your connection speed at each hop as you are repeating the signal.
The 1524SB has two 5GHz radio one for uplink and one for downlink. It was designed for when you need to go long distances. With two Blackhawks you can keep the 54 MBPS link T each hop, or whichever speed your SNR allows. It will also work for a direct shot between two buildings for bridging.

I am running Photoshop CC 2014 on Windows 8.1 with an AMD quad core processor and AMD E1-2100 APU with AMD Radeon HD 8210 Graphics Card. I have installed the latest driver version 13.152.0.0. When I activate puppet warp, the mesh appears over the image and I can place the first pin. However, when I go to add the second pin, Photoshop crashes. I have tried with on a new, blank file, with just a few lines on it, but, as soon as I place the first pin, the image disappears, and then, as soon as I click anywhere else in the image, Photoshop crashes. I have followed all the online advice about settings under the Preferences/Performance interface, but nothing fixes the problem. Can anyone please help?

Every time I update LR to a new version I seem to need a patch to make it work..... once again here I am SOS! I've just update LR to the 5.7 version and It wont let me start it: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Your system is missing a couple DLLs that LR needs, but the fix at Adobe is to copy them to the LR folder which gets replaced for each install, so you have to redo it after each LR install. It would be worth documenting the process and saving the DLLs so you don’t have to ask about it each time:

You might also use the AIO210 program to add them as detailed in this YouTube video—maybe this is a more permanent fix, but since the files are from media-fire be very careful about what you do so as not to install a virus on your computer.
I’d scan the downloaded ZIP you download with whatever virus and internet security software you have and don’t be fooled by extraneous popups you might see during the download process. I was able to download the aio210.zip after authorizing one Captcha window and closed at least one bogus popup trying to get me to install other software. I saved a document, while logged in as a Guest, to another user account [it was set up for some reason to save like that (I guess the person who used computer last did that) and I didn't check before "saving"] on accident. Of course I didn't have permission to save on the other user's account but I was in a rush and so I figured everything was fine but later I found that there was a message warning me saying it did not save because it couldn't save because I had no permission to save on that account and gave me the option to duplicate or cancel.. I wasn't paying attention so I can't remember which button I hit but clearly it wasn't "duplicate"
I took hours perfecting this document and now I can't find it.. anywhere!

I know, I always do that but I was in a rush to get somewhere and I was relying on my thousand dollar Mac to do some kind of recovery or something. I know Microsoft always keeps temporary files (I think Mac does too, part of me asking here in this forum was for someone to tell me where I can find those files) and when you go to open Office Works then it gives you the option of opening the last recent documents, saved or not saved.
I usually copy paste into my emial just in case something goes wrong with the created document but I just didn't have the time to login and do all that My loss, you live and you learn, BUT still if ANYONE got any info on this, PLEASE DO CHIME IN *keeping the hope alive* -

Please remember that a single PO is procured from only one vendor. It is a rare event when all items in a single SO can be procured from one vendor, and would thereby qualify for inclusion in a single PO..
You may manually create POs with as many items as you wish. Once you have determined the materials/qtys you wish to purchase to support a particular SO, just manually enter them all into a single PO.

Please help me! I am struggling with the mesh tool!
So I want to make this chair look like it does in the picture, but I cant! There is a chapter in my Illustrator CS3 book explaining how to use gradient mesh and mesh tool, but it doesnt help me at all. I am clueless! The tutorial says that I can create points in the mesh simply by clicking with the mesh tool within an object, but when I try to do that, the pointer is "crossed out". I can only add extra points on lines or edges, but not on empty space within an object. What gives? Why is it that others can do it an I cant? Forgive me if I sound a little too upset, but I've been struggling with this for days and I cannot find an answer.
In this tutorial right here: http://www.layersmagazine.com/illustrator-gradient-mesh-tool.html the guy just clicks in empty spaces creating intersections. In my case it is impossible.
PS: Please look at an attached file and tell me what would be the best way to go about coloring this chair. Maybe I am doing this completely wrong? (I only started learning illustrator about 5 weeks ago)
Sorry for the background template being of poor quality, but this was taken from a book and scanned, so it's the best I could do.You know something I think there should be a behavioral change in this case. To my way of thinking this option should automatically be disabled if you select the Mesh tool. If for some reason you want the mesh tool not to behave the way there might be a toggle or a double click to get the preferences for the tool 's behavior itself. I can see where this behavior can be useful but there needs to be a toggle.
Selecting the anchors for adding color with out accidentally creating a new mesh division is good thing but you need to be able to work both ways.
What do you think Scott Weichert you use the tool extensively, am i wrong? -

Is there a way to get Indices of the HD face mesh tracked

I' m programming in c++ and opengl.
I want to get the vertices and indices for the diffrent faces tracked, build my mesh with my own framework and draw it with opengl.
I can get the different vertices in color space (or not)
I can't get how to have the other informations of the mesh : indices, triangles, triangles count, ... The IFaceModel type seems to have very few methods.
Did I miss something ?
BestThe CalculateVertices method will provide you the vertex information that aligns with the person. To create the initial mesh, you will use the 2 helper methods to build your mesh structure.
