Message Creator Details in  CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Dears Gurus
When I am processing the message, I want to call the message creator by phone.
I need to open the BP transaction and read the creators address data using his business partner.
Is it possible to add creator's address data when message is created, or find it  another they directly from message processing screen?
Regards
Vladimir

Hi Vladimir,
I think that this screenshot can help you to find the button I told you. This must show the information of the Business Parter transaction.

  • Support Messages' Creator Name Which Comes From Satallite

    Hello dear gurus,
    The problem is, the system does not copy the user name who reports a Support Desk message (Notification creator) into the Support Desk message creator tables or change log information tables.. The problem is exactly about OSS note 805517, but it is just mentioned about BP. Although BP is ok, when user create support message, the system writes RFC user for message creater. Any idea?
    Thank you.

    Hi,
    It is becos of the login details you have provided while creating your RFC connection. You have provided the standard RFC user logon credentials to be used.
    Change that to "Current User". In this way, the creator will be the user who is actually raising the issue.
    But pls make sure that you have same userid in both SolMan and satellite systems and also you have appropriate BPs created in the SolMan system.
    Hope it solves ur pbm.
    best regds,
    Alagammai.

  • Email to message creator

    Hi
    when I reply to the message creator via action -->email to message creator (Mail) in solution manager, how can I see this message in my setalliet system ...
    Infact I dont know the configuration required in order to send e-mail to the message creator.
    regards

    Hello Farooq,
    unfortunately the communication between message creator and message processor in the service desk scenario is very bad. As a message processor you can write an eMail to your creator with the action mentioned or you can create an automatic eMail as described in note #691303.
    These eMails are directed (normally) to an eMail address outside the SAP system. If it is possible to use the SAP workplace instead as a target I don't know. In the satellite systems information about messages sent or communication about the message (as an email reply) is not visible. For replying to the processor's mail the creator has to log on to the Solution Manager system and to some entries into the message using transaction CRMD_ORDER or CRM_DNO_MONITOR.
    Best regards, Alexander

  • Roles in satellite system for message creator

    while creating support message in satellite syatem, i am getting the following error.
    Error in Local Message System: No authorization to logon as trusted system (Trust Message was Not Created
    Message no. BCOS088
    what role i have to give it to the message creator @ satellite system

    Hi.
    Looks like you are using a trusted connection (maintained in table BCOS_CUST) to connect your satellite system to the Solution Manager.
    If you keep this configuration every user who tries to create a support message in your satellite system also needs a real user in the Solution Manager (including authorization objects S_RFC and S_RFC_ACL).
    Instead you should use the SM_<your sol man>_BACK destination and set NO_USER_CHECK=X in Tx: DNO_CUST04 (SolMan).
    Also you should create a Business Partner in SolMan (for each user who should be able to create a support message in satellite system) with external ID referring to the satellite system user.
    You do not need a user in SolMan for everyone who should be able to create a support message from satellite system.
    Hope this helps.
    /cheers

  • Trace level of RWB's Message Monitoring - Detail Message - Tab "Audit log"

    Hi,
    My flow is: File -> PI -> Transformed File with seeburger module. Everything is good except the trace level in RWB.
    Exactly, in our PI production, under RWB -> Message Monitoring, when I select a message (e.g PI -> Outside) and see its Detail, under tab "Audit Log", I have a log with only 2 pages (which corresponds to the sender part "File -> PI")... whereas in our PI pre-production, I have 4 pages for the exact same flow, on which I have also info of the receiver part "PI -> Outside"...
    My question is just: do you know which parameter is involved in this trace level of RWB's Message Monitoring Detail log ?
    regards.
    Mickael
    Note: in [Help SAP|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/fd/16e140a786702ae10000000a155106/frameset.htm], I see only this sentence "Audit Log: The audit log for the selected message is displayed as the default setting.".

    Hi Shabarish,
    Thanks that will help to localize my search.
    else by hazard, you don't know which parameter in this tree is for the "Audit Log"?
    coz I did a quick look in prod and pre-prod, but it seems the severity is the same (e.g "Info" for most of them) whereas the trace level of "Audit log" is different.
    Thanks for

  • Send message to SAP inbox - change message CREATOR

    Hi,
    I'm sending a message to a user's SAP inbox using function module SO_OBJECT_SEND. By default, the message creator is set to sy-uname. I need to change this to a generic user e.g. 'SYSTEMUSER'. This is not the same as the SENDER/Author/Owner. I managed to change the sender by setting the parameter ORIGINATOR.
    I referred to other forums but couldn't find any references to changing the creator. I tried passing the username via parameters SENDER and OWNER  - in the Sap Inbox "document overview" the Author is set to SYSTEMUSER but the document creator in "document contents" still reflects my name.
    Example code:
    ALL FUNCTION 'SO_OBJECT_SEND'
        EXPORTING
          OBJECT_HD_CHANGE = w_object_hd_change
          OBJECT_TYPE      = 'HTM'
          SENDER           = 'SYSTEMUSER'
          OWNER            = 'SYSTEMUSER'
          ORIGINATOR       = 'SYSTEMUSER'
          ORIGINATOR_TYPE  = 'B'
        TABLES
          OBJCONT          = text_nom
          RECEIVERS        = receiver_list.
    Is it at all possible to change the message creator without modifying the SAP standard code? Examples will be much appreciated.
    Kind regards
    Liza-Marie

    Thanks!!
    I'm creating a background job (from within the dialog program) that calls function module SO_OBJECT_SEND with the specified user. This works perfectly!

  • Help, I have just restored my iphone from last back up to retrieve vital messages that somehow disappeared.  Now I have lost the most recent messages, calendar details and photos.  How do I get them back?

    Help, I have just restored my iphone from last back up to retrieve vital messages that somehow disappeared.  Now I have lost the most recent messages, calendar details and photos.  How do I get them back?
    I have an iPhone 5S

    You restore from the backup that contained them.
    Restoring from a backup is all or nothing. It completely overwrites the data in the phone when you restore. You can not combine the contents of a backup with what's currently on your phone.

  • Messages and Details are both greyed out

    Now I can't go back to Messages (all) and select which ones I want to delete and neither can I get any details for the message I'm on! Now I'm wishing I hadn't upgraded to iOS8.x and also to Yosemite for that matter.

    Oops.... I just upgraded to 8.1 and now I can edit/delete messages and get details for them. This problem now solved!

  • How to send back the soap fault message without details tag to the sender

    Hello Expert,
    Is it possible to send the soap fault message(fault String element value) without details tag as shown below to the sender in synchrounous scenario.
    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
         <soapenv:Body>
              <soapenv:Fault>
                   <faultcode>soapenv:Client</faultcode>
                   <faultstring>autorizarComprobanteRequest.comprobanteCAERequest.arrayOtrosTributos.otroTributo(1).codigo - El Código de Tributo es obligatorio.</faultstring>
                   <detail></detail>
              </soapenv:Fault>
         </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>
    I have to send the faultstring element value in one of the element in response message back to sender? Is it possible using BPM?The above fault response does not have a fault payload (no detail element) and would result in a system error message.So how to handle this?
    If yes .Please tell me the BPM design
    faultstring value will be dynamic.
    Thanks in advance

    Thanks Yzanagi,
    I have gone through the index.htm file.
    In my scenario that is RFC -PI-soap(using http(Axis) protocol).when the webservice provider  is sending the soap fault as.
    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
         <soapenv:Body>
              <soapenv:Fault>
                   <faultcode>soapenv:Client</faultcode>
                   <faultstring>autorizarComprobanteRequest.comprobanteCAERequest.numeroComprobante - El Número de Comprobante debe ser mayor o igual a 1</faultstring>
                   <detail></detail>
              </soapenv:Fault>
         </soapenv:Body>
    </soapenv:Envelope>
    In PI sxmb_moni it is converting to the error (system not application error)as shown below when using receiver soap adapter with  https(Axis) transport protocol and Message protocol:Axis.
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
    - <!--  Inbound Message
      -->
    - <SAP:Error SOAP:mustUnderstand="1" xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
      <SAP:Category>XIAdapterFramework</SAP:Category>
      <SAP:Code area="MESSAGE">GENERAL</SAP:Code>
      <SAP:P1></SAP:P1>
      <SAP:P2></SAP:P2>
      <SAP:P3></SAP:P3>
      <SAP:P4></SAP:P4>

      <SAP:Stack></SAP:Stack>
      <SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>
      </SAP:Error>
    As my requirement was (I have mentioned in my first question) that I want to pass
    SAP:AdditionalText tag
    value back to sender  in  one of the elements of  response message payload or handle using fault message mapping if this error could be converted to application error and map to the RFC exception  but unfortunately which is  not possible even using AXIS  adapter.
    so other  option to inform the sender RFC is mentioned here http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/22/0425e0488911d189490000e829fbbd/content.htm
    but while handling the SYSTEM_FAILURE  exception from PI at sender in report program and  displaying the msg variable ,I am not getting complete error message..It is getting truncated.Is there a limit to the no of character the msg variable contains which is set by system.Even if we declare msg variable with more length(for example char length 500) it is just displaying part of the error message from PI.
    Any Idea to read complete system error message from PI in report program at RFC sender..

  • Missing Messages in Detail Log

    BPC 5.1
    In comparing the data manager detail logs of two packages, I noticed that the Append package provides a [Messages] section in the Detail Log but the Append into Fact Table package does not. I am not able to determine what causes this. What property, variable, or configuration setting controls the display of messages?
    Thanks,
    --Brent

    Hi,
       In order to have detailed information into the log, you have to add DEBUG(ON) instruction at the beginning of ModifyScript variable script code.

  • Message Header details ?

    Hi Guys,
    Our business partner is unable to process the MessageHeader, they proposed to use the MessageHeader that they send in the request message to fill in the header of the response. Is this  possible in the ccBPM.
    I need to put everything that is under <SenderParty> in the Request into <RecipientParty> of the response, and everything that is under <RecipientParty> in the request under <SenderParty> of the response, we need to create an exact “mirror” MessageHeader regarding Party-Tags so that they can process the message successfully.
    any help would be appreciated
    Thanks,
    srini

    Hi Matias,
    I have filled the sender & receiver party and service details in the receiver agreement and i have used java mapping to extract these runtime parameters.
    I am able to see sender party details but the receiver party is null. I am using the following code to retreive the runtime parameters
    Rceiver Party
    String constant;
    java.util.Map map;
    map = container.getTransformationParameters();
    constant = (String) map.get(StreamTransformationConstants.RECEIVER_PARTY);
    return constant;
    Receiver Party Schema
    String constant;
    java.util.Map map;
    map = container.getTransformationParameters();
    constant = (String) map.get(StreamTransformationConstants.RECEIVER_PARTY_SCHEME);

  • User id for the Message creator PROD- PI sheet

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement wherein I would like to check the user who has created/reported the process message (PROD). The "Prod" message is sent using the Schedulede job, so has the batch user id associated with it. Currently the Sender as seen in the message header - COMH table is the CRD destination address. The document created post goods movement -101, has the Doc created by as -" Batch user id" (as mentioned above for the scheduled job).
    Can you all help me as to how can I get the User ID who is actually responsible for the message creating - as the result of this message is the material document. This will give me also the actual creator of the material document (currentl due to batch job the creator displayed is the batch user id) ?
    Thanks in advance.
