Gents I received this error message while importing a project containing Large Period Performance details. Please advise ...

I believe I have seen this or a similar error in the past and the fix was to run the XER through the XER File Parser and remove the bad row(s).

Review: "Event Code CVRJC-2104-4 When Importing An XER Into Project Management [ID 911330.1]" in the KB for a general idea how to utilize the parser to identify orphaned records.
One caveat to the parser is depending on the size of the XER file it may bomb out.
