Hello Prasad,
Usually the cause of your mentioned message F5670 is within chart of Accounts, the posting key for transactions RKA (Inv.reductions from log.inv. verification) that have been set incorrectly.
It should be as following in our standard:
Debit = 40 (Debit Entry)
Credit = 50.
For your issue could you please check and maintain yourself the setting
within customizing:
'IMG/Material Management/Valuation and Account Assignment/Balance Sheet
Valuation Procedures/Set Up Replacement Cost Valuation/Goods Issue
Revaluation/Configure Automatic Postings' in your system.

Hello Friends,
I'm working on ECC 6.0, checked all the settings like OB52, OBCN, OB40, VKOA, Account Determination proc at Billing type, Condition type, Tax code, Tax pricing Proc, Account Assignment Group Cust/Matl.
When i check the Account Determination Analysis on VF02, Condition types are picking the G/L Accounts but the below mention error exists while releasing the document.

Dear Harsh
Go to VF02, input the billing document and execute. From top menu bar click on "Goto -- Header -- Header" and ensure that "Account Assignment Group" of customer is flowing. Most probably, this could be the problem.
Also you have to recheck in VKOA where for "ConditionType KOFI", you have maintained the correct G/L Account. This is applicable if your scenario is MTS; else check for KOFK in case of MTO

VBOF error- No account specified in Item Message F5670

Hi Guys- We have a problem with few agreements in VBOF. Error message we are receiving while execution of VBOF is " No account is specified in item 1000102 F5670". After analysig the bill docs and agreements, we have found that users have created duplicated agreements with for the same accrual amounts and for the validity periods in different dates.
Sequence of operation:
1.Bill Doc created on 05/01/2010
2. Agreement 1 Created on 05/15/2010
3.VBOF executed
3.Duplicate Agreement 2 created on 05/17/2010
4.VBOF excuted. Bill docu updated with duplicated condition record.
5. Agreement 3 created for a different rebate condition 05/18/201.
6.Now while running VBOF we receive the error above mentioned.F5670.
After analysing this, we have deleted "Agreement 2" but still we are end up with same error message in VBOF.
Can some one advise me how to clean up this error message?

Hi Lakshmipathi- After long time got in touch base with you. Hope you are doing well.
When I look into Account determination in VF02 for all of my items G/L account is picked by the system. Then I thought that Acc determination is fine.
Meanwhile what is meant by Account type "S" in VKOA? I could not find any tab for Account type in VKOA. Where to check this?
For the other option Tcode FQZE, I could not find the exact path for this.. Pl guide me..
If this is a missing entry in VKOA then I should be getting this error for all agreements, but it's not the case only for duplicate agreements I have noticed this freak error.Hope you got the point..

Hope you got the answer already
still try through t.code FQZE ( SPRO - Contract A/cs R&P - Integration - General ledger acct- Define posting specifications for GL trf) . You need to maintain accounts for debit and credit entries for each company code . Further ensure to go to Environment tab on top - access sequence - check S.no and Company code

go to SM30 and enter the table V_TF123 hit pencil button and maintain the account for account type S
e.g
Accty = S from a/c= 0 to account = 9999999
or delete transfer price settings.

SAP message Log

Does SAP maintain log of all the messages displayed on screen using MESSAGE statement?
We are investigating a problem and want to see the messages displayed by SAP during the time when problem occured.

We have custom development for picking and confirmation. Last week we found that in some deliveries there is difference in delivered quantity and packed quantity.
Custom development is calling sap-standard FMs. Problem occurs randomly, roughly 10 deliveries in a week has this problem.
We are still trying to investigate the reason that is causing the problem.
Custom program does display the message to user if FM raise any message. We asked user of they are getting any message while picking, and if they are ignoring it.
They just confirmed that they are getting message 'Packing Not Possible Since there is no Quantity to be Packed' and they did ignored this.

Windows Vista: Ipod Error Message, no longer read by PCs

Hello,
I have a 5th generation black ipod video with 30GB of memory.
The other day I hooked it up to my laptop (Toshiba, 4 months old) that it's been functioning on with no problems whatsoever. This weird error message flashed twice about it not being able to sync because of some software problem.
Eversince then, the only thing I can charge my ipod on is the family treadmill in the basement (~_~) as no other computer in the house recognizes it. I can't even charge it through the wall sockets, either.
I have changed the ipod cord, still no luck. I've also reset the device about 3 or 4 times and uninstalled, restarted the laptop then reinstalled itunes. I would like to reset it back to factory settings but that's impossible as computers/laptops don't pick it up. I live very far from a Mac store...
What's a girl to do? I can't live without my Busta Rhymes and Wu-Tang Clan!

Error message into a Variable.

I have a rather usual (unusual from the weekend beers for me though!!) query which I can't figure out a proper way to implement.
My requirement is like this:
I have a message class in which I want to define a text 'Employee number & not found'.
I want to use this in the program, but not to raise this error. Instead, I want to move this error message with the Employee number into a Character(200) variable.
So instead of using MESSAGE e0xx(messageclass) USING employee number, I would like to move the error text into a variable which looks like:
lv_text = e0xx(messageclass) USING '1234' which stores the text 'Employee number 1234 not found' in lv_text.
How would I acheive it??

Cannot sync, error message "could not be read" for an iPod no longer in use

I have two problems. I upgraded iTunes to 7.2 and the very next morning my iPod died. It is completely unresponsive. Maybe it's coincidental. So I bought a new 80 gig iPod and gave it a different name than the old dead iPod. Now when I try to sync the new iPod, it goes for about 10 minutes, then it fails with this message:
Attempting to copy to the disk "old iPod name" failed. The disk could not be read from or written to.
It is complaining that it can not read the old dead iPod that is NOT hooked up to the computer! Somehow, minutes into syncing, iTunes has forgotten which iPod it is looking at. I have seen the article about the "cannont be read" message and it is not relevant. I need to make iTunes forget about the old dead iPod so it will stop looking for it. I've tried removing the files from "Documents and Settings" but iTunes still remembers the old unit. Where else does it store information? Any recommendations?

Okay, that can sometimes be caused by a Windows drive letter confusion. For troubleshooting advice on that possibility, see the following document:

Error message: "playlists selected for updating no longer exist"

I tried to update my ipod nano and I guess I had deleted a playlist, but since then, I have not been able to update. Every time I try, I get the following message:
"Cannot be updated because all of the playlists selected for updating no longer exist."
I haven't been able to highlight which playlists are selected to begin with.
I read through the manual and thought that maybe rebooting the whole system might work. So I deleted Itunes from my computer and re-installed.
Then I tried re-setting my ipod. So now I have nothing on my ipod.
I also deleted everything from my library, thinking it might help to start from scratch. Nothing has worked.
How do I "select" and "unselect" playlists so I can get up and running again?

IPod seen by windows, not by iTunes+ weird error message

I have a first generation 2GB iPod nano and i use windows xp. I can't load any music because iTunes doesn't see my iPod and an error message pops up that reads like this: "iTunes: iTunes.exe corrupt file. The file or directory \iPod_Control\iTunes is corrupt and unredable. Please run the checkdisk utility." I've tried everything, reinstalling iTunes, different versions, reinstalling OS, resetting iPod, even on another computer, same problem. Other than that, the iPod works normally, it's just lacking music..
and why is there no email adress from apple for service qustions? 10x

I still don't get it, how can I put it in disk mode if I CANNOT see the iPod in iTunes..?

Error message iPod cannot update b/c all of the playlists no longer exist

Hello. I have been getting this error message. "Songs on the iPod "MAR(the name of my iPod)" cannot update because all of the playlists selecting for updating no longer exist." And my playlists are still on the left side in my iTunes. They do exist. I have a feeling ths might have to do with the fact that on vacation the person I was visiting gave me a gift of putting all of his music that would fit into the external hard drive part of my iPod, and for the past week or so I have been putting that music onto my 40 GB portable hard drive at home. I suspect I took a vital folder out of my iPod by accident. Right now I have the folder iPod_control if I open my iPod up in My Computer. Am I missing something? Right now my iPod is empty because iTunes made a composite playlist last week and I deleted it thinking I could get my real playlists back. Can you help me, or reccomend a site/someone who can? Thank you.

let's just doublecheck this. folks get this message if they have "automatically update selected playlists only" selected in their itunes "ipod" preferences tab. so bring up that tab ("edit > preferences", click "ipod" while the ipod is showing up in the source list), and do a playlist by playlist crosscheck of the playlists selected in that tab, and the playlists showing up in the itunes sourcelist.
is there any playlist selected in the preferences tab that isn't showing up in the sourcelist?

Windows 7 displays error message when exiting +cursor issue

Two issues here. CS5 Phoshop on Wind 7 64 bit.
Physical processor count: 8
Processor speed: 3073 MHz
Built-in memory: 12279 MB
Free memory: 9577 MB
Memory available to Photoshop: 10934 MB
Memory used by Photoshop: 80 %
Image tile size: 128K
First issue is since the latest automatic Adobe update (why fix what isn't broken?) Every time I now exit Photoshop I get the message "Adobe QT Server has stoped working" and occasionally it happens when I exit bridge. Indesign is also behaving badly. I can no longer start a previous document from file manager without ID crashing out.
The other is the cursors in Clone and erase lose their edge (become invisable) for no reason - well not quite. Noise Ninja crashed Photoshop when I tried to use it. I reinstalled it and all is well. The cursor issue seems to be intermittant but came back (for no reason) after I reinstalled NN. I can't seem to change the cursor, no matter what I do. The problem is now seriously affecting how I work. Almost enough to go back to Win XP which ran CS5 Photoshop flawlessly.
Any help will be gratefully accepted.

Well, that issue is simply a matter of hitting the Caps Lock key. When Caps Lock is on, you'll see the cursor outline, and when it is off you'll see a crosshair. That's a feature, not a bug.
Glad to hear the 11.1 drivers are out. I will download them and try them now myself.
Regarding "Adobe QT" crashing... QT brings to mind QuickTime, though that is Apple, not Adobe. Do you have Apple QuickTime installed?
Regarding memory usage, with 12 GB of installed RAM, you should be able to set Photoshop to use 90% or more in Edit - Preferences - Performance.
