Message file for ICX

I generated message file throw adadmin for ICX module and I've got next message: "No Oracle Message files selected for generation".
Message files for other modules can be generated successfuly and I have a problem only for this one.
What could be a cause?
And is there a solution?

Well, you obviously misunderstood me, so let me explane you what is going on.
The problem I asked about is not caused by patch. I work on localization and customization of EBS and I changed some messages for specific language in FND_NEW_MESSAGES table, and I needed to generate message file to be able so see those changes on web pages.
I made changes to this table many times, but for other modules, and I could always generate message file successfully. This is the first time I have the problem, and it's the first time I tried to do that for ICX module.
Is there anything specific for that module?
What could be a problem?

the result ist that the Messagefile could be read by Oracle an i get
the ORA-00904

So I do the same procedure with an other System.
I detect:
the Patch 9952230 (SAP_102051_201011/9952230) delivers
both Message Files oraus.msg and oraus.msb which caused the problem.
Has anyone the same Problem?
Are there any other Impacts with wrong Message Files .
I raised a OSS Call, but no answer till today.

I could not find anything is sap notes, but oracle recommends to update binary file oraus.msb in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/mesg

Hi,
I am trying to run sqlldr. But I got this message:
Message 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=UL;
I checked my ORACLE_HOME and it is set to: C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server which includes the folders BIN,RDBMS, ....
I checked my C:\oraclexe\app\oracle\product\10.2.0\server\RDBMS and there is no ORAUS.MSG inside the folder. If this is the solution where can I find this file? I read in the forums to copy it from the server directory to the client, but I couldn't find it anywhere on my machine.

I have checked oracle_home and path in my env setting. but no progress same message i am getting
but its running fine using cmd prompt.

First 10g is not a version it is a marketing label. What is the version number (to 3 decimal places).
Second can you expand your question to explain you this has to do with AQ? How are enqueued, what code is executing to dequeue? We can make guesses but they may have nothing to do with your actual environment.

Missing message file for PL/SQL compile time warnings

I want to use PL/SQL compile time warnings but I don't have the message file on my system (or it is not installed correctly). This results in output like this:

Where can I get this message file and what do I have to do to install it?

Issue after installing Designer 10.1.2 on Windows7 - ???-21705: The .msb message file for product "Unknown", utility "CDR" could not be found

I installed Oracle Designer 10.1.2 on my laptop which is running Windows7. I followed the recommendations to make run the setup.exe file (compatibility SP2 & Run as administrator) but while the installation I got the error message twice or 3 times: "The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic library PSAPI.DLL". I skipped this message and the installation ended with success anyway. Starting the first Designer windows works well. Though when I click on the des2k61.exe file and once I entered the correct Repository Owner/password and connect string I got the message:

For information I used to have Designer 10.1.2 on my former laptop (also Windows 7) and it works well. I migrated my DB (11.2.0.2) to the new PC which includes the repository owner I'm trying to use.

Where are you trying to connect to?
If you want a local database you must down and install for example the Oracle 10 Express

After creating a RAC Database (10.2.0.5) on Redhat Enterprise Linux 64-bit, we checked: Listeners, Processes and Environment variables.
Everything was set up properly and running.
When trying to connect as sysdba the following message appeared:
$sqlplus / as sysdba

I assume you run under Windows:
Check environment variable ORACLE_HOME and environment Variable Path.
Path looks something like:
PATH=c:\oracle\XXX\920\bin;<someother minor important oracle DIRs>;c:\windows;c:\windows\system32.......
ORACLE_HOME looks like:
ORACLE_HOME=c:\oracle\XXX\920 (without \bin!!!!)
If you have installed more than one Oracle_home following is important:
Your Path variable looks like following:
PATH=c:\oracle\xx1\920\bin;c:\oracle\xx2\102\bin;c:\windows;c:\windows\system32;....
if your ORACLE_HOME points now to c:\oracle\xx2\102 then you run in the problems you have documented.
you have to remove oracle\*\bin references from System environment and have to move them to the userenvironment of the affected users:
1. remove c:\oracle\xx1\920\bin;c:\oracle\xx2\102\bin; from system environment variable PATH
2. modify xx1adm's environment variable PATH to include c:\oracle\xx1\920\bin
3. modify xx2adm's environment variable PATH to include c:\oracle\xx2\102\bin
Important:
The first %ORACLE_HOME%\bin directory in PATH must be identical with %ORACLE_HOME%

i am not able to find *.msb file for the arabic language in which i am developing my application.
i have fmfus.msb and fmgus.msb files which are default file and support american language.

Problem with ICX message file

I work on localization of EBS and made some updates to FND_NEW_MESSAGES table for Self-Service Web Applications. When I tried to generate message file for ICX through adadmin I've got next message: "No Oracle message file selected for generation".
I am able to generate message files for other modules successfully and I have problem only in this case.
Did I miss something to do or what is the reason for this problem?

Apache bounce is needed for viewing changes in messages and profile options, as both are stored in JVM cache.

Message File Problem

Following the successful installation of the January Security Patch (4751926) on version 10.1.0.3.0 for HP-UX Itanium (3 servers), our message file for ORA is no longer working. All variables are intact and verified. Rather than receiving the appopriate error messages, we receive the following:
"No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ORA"
We have attempted to relink the libraries but this did not make any difference.
If anyone has experienced this problem with this patch and/or other patches, AND has useful suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

For anyone interested - after two days of searching I found a bug that documents this problem. The message file supplied with the January patch for HP_UX Itanium is corrupt. If you knew this in advance, you can rename the oraus.msg file and then replace it after the patch. If you did not receive this information, as ws our case, you can regenerate the file.

How do I install Elements for Windows 7 PC with 64 bit? Get error message - file archive part missing

We purchased Elements 12 and Premiere Elements 12 on September 7, 2014 and have tried a variety of things including searching through FAQs on the Adobe site, etc. etc. and cannot get our downloads to work. We are avid computer users and have never had problems downloading software before.
From our account under "orders" - I have tried clicking on the Akamai download manager and the Alternate Download Method on for each application with the same results.
We have a Windows 7 PC with a 64 bit operating system and Internet Explorer 11.
On all attempts we get an Adobe screen with 2 links – 1 for a file ending in .7z and a 2nd file ending in .exe.
I click on the first file and confirm the download completes at 100% (not paused, etc.) and is in the downloads folder for my user name on the PC.
I click on the 2nd link for .exe and I receive the error message below – 2nd screen shot – “file archive is missing” all folders/files must be in same folder.
So I see it’s a winzip file (as a winzip pop up folder had come up also) so I download the free version and unzip the files in the same downloads folder under my user name to try that.
I click on .exe file link again and same message. I tried copying the files directly to the downloads folder (as they all unzipped into a subfolder called PSE 12 and tried clicking on .exe again but get the same message.
For Premiere I tried the same and got same results on the 64 bit version download.
I do not know how to access the software we purchased.
Any help or advice is appreciated.
Also - if anyone knows how I can contact Adobe for a full refund so I can just buy the boxed software instead - that would be helpful as well as that is not easy to find online either.

I get an error message saying that the quicktime installer will only work on 32 bit
The QuickTime player works on 64-bit systems. (It's a 32-bit application, but it should run fine using the standard 32-bit-on-64-bit Windows-on-Windows emulation.)
What's the precise text of your installation error message, dc? (There one or two different ones I can think of that might mention 32-bit)

Text Message: Unable to execute file for security ...

Whenever I'm viewing a text message, when I try to open up the "Options" menu, I see the above message, "Text Message: Unable to execute file for security reasons". This doesn't seem to impact the functionality of the menu at all, everything seems to work.
Anyone ever come across this before?
I've updated the phone (Nokia E66) to the latest software, and I've only got one application installed other than the default base install (Google calendar sync utility), removing that doesn't change the problem.

I get the same error after SW update to latest version when I try to run some apps

When installing Server 2008 Datacenter from disc, I get the error message "Windows could not parse or process the unattent answer file for pass [specialize].

This is a clean install from s disc onto a 3TB GPT drive. This is for testing. I'm not concerned with finding a more practical solution for this installation.
There is no image or answer file involved. But at the "Completing Installation" phase, I receive this error message about an answer file.
Has anyone else expecrienced this problem? The only results I find here are regarding actual imaging with answer files.

EDIT 2: Since this now happens with every single installation of Server 2008 on this system, I feel the need to keep this open and elaborate on my situation.
I originally installed Server 2008 on the 2TB partition of this 3TB drive. The partition type was MBR. I reinstalled it (there was a false alarm for malicious software) since it was a fresh install without updates or anything else installed. And for the
second time, it installed fine.
I decided to make the most of my 3TB drive and try GPT partitioning. So I went into the command prompt > diskpart > ran "clean" on the disk, then "convert GPT"
That is when I tried another install of Server 2008 and received this error message about an answer file.
I decided to convert it back to MBR and get on with what I wanted to test in the first place. So I went into Diskpart again, ran "clean", rand "convert MBR" and started the install. But this resulted in the same error message about an
answer file.
I went back to Diskpart, "clean"ed the disk, ran "convert dynamic" to make sure it was dynamic, then tried the install again, with the same result.
Now, I've tried installing on the disk as GPT, MBR basic and MBR dynamic. I've tried a different installation disc, as well. I got the same result. At this point, I'm going to switch hard drives, but I'm still open to input. Thanks for reading!

As you swapped the hard disk, whether the same issue occurs again if you redo the same steps?
I asked "OEM or retail" because of this known issue:
"Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass [specialize]" error message when you perform an in-place upgrade in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2

An answer file may already contain in the disc which causes the issue.
If issue still exists you can click Shift + F10 during the installation process to see the log. Check if the installation error for detailed information.
