Message from Apple regarding IPHONE 5 Optimization

I have just received the following messege from Apple after successfully updating our app from a standalone app to a newsstand app. Although our app update got approved and is now live, I am not sure if this has any impact on the live newsstand app ?

We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for "startupBahrain". Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery:
iPhone 5 Optimization Requirement - Your binary is not optimized for iPhone 5. As of May 1, all new iPhone apps and app updates submitted must support the 4-inch display on iPhone 5. All apps must include a launch image of the appropriate size. Learn more about iPhone 5 support by reviewing the iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
If you would like to update your binary for this app, you can reject this binary from the Binary Details page in iTunes Connect. Note that rejecting your binary will remove your app from the review queue and the review process will start over from the beginning when you resubmit your binary.

I think you can solve your problems by removing your AppleID email address from BOTH the Messages setting on your iPhone and the iMessages settings on your Mac.
On iPhone:
Settings > Messages > iMessage > Dissabled
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > touch the "(i)" < touch "Remove This Email"
On Mac:
Open "Messages" application
Click "Messages menu > Preferences
Click "Accounts"
Select your AppleID account
Under the "You can be reached for messages at" settings, uncheck your AppleID email address and your phone number
Then uncheck the "Enable this account" setting
And lastly, ask all of your friends with iPhones to delete all iMessage conversations (blue bubbles) in their entirety.
To test, send a friend a new text using their phone number (not their email address) and watch the color of the bubble. If it's green then you are using SMS.

Automated messages from Apple in a language I do not speak

Hi Everyone!
For two weeks now everytime I connect to iCloud from any of my iOS devices, I get an automated message from Apple saying that I connected to iCloud using that specific device. The problem is that the message comes in French! Who can help me have Apple use English to communicate with me again????
All my settings in my devices and iCloud have the language set for English.

Same here. Except I am English and am in Spain and everything comes in Spanish. Just because I am in a country for a while does not mean I speak that language well enough to read all the details...

If you would like help from here, you'll have to say what the problem is. "Unable to use" and "not getting proper guidelines... regarding the query" tells nothing about your problem other than your phone isn't working.
Also, judging by your other post where you are looking for an alternative to the iPhone, do you want a non-Apple phone or do you want your problem fixed. No sense having people waste their time helping you fix this one if are going to get another phone.

Yes, the message is self-explanatory. You need a carrier who supports Apple's activation policy for an iPhone.

Quit the app completely. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Well if someone got access to your AppleID, they didn't get access to your computer, however, there is some information such as you iCloud information that they may have gotten access to. If you changed your pasword back to something else, then they won't have access to it anymore either. I'm not sure what is going on though because I have been getting a lot of those emails on my work AppleID that I have to have for work because I need to keep their phone seperate from all of my personal equipment. It's just strange though that in the past few days I've been getting like 5 or 6 of those emails stating that an attempt was made to change my pasword a day.

I recently rented a movie using Apple TV and it said it was going to take 7-14 hours to download so I let it run. I also received a message from apple telling me that there was a request for this movie and they took the funds. But when I tried to find it on my purchases it was not there and when I went back to that movie it was asking me to purchase it again is this common and how do I get it back.

Not sure what happend there. But ATV only streams, no HD so if you leave it too long, the whole download gets lost.

How can I get my messages from my old Iphone 4 to my new Iphone 4s?

I just bought the new Iphone 4s, and have activated it and synced it with my computer. The messages from the old Iphone 4 have not transfered over. I had to set up many of the settings that were once configured on my previous phone such as my e-mail accounts. The messages are really important and I would like a solution to trasfer them to the new phone. So if this is a known problem or if there is a solution, it would be very helpful if someone could share.

Thank you for your response. I was talking about text messages and not e-mail. I used the e-mail as an example of other settings I had to manually enter in again since the phone forgot them.
As for the text messages, I got them back. Yay. The solution was to restore from a previous backup. The problem I had was that the phone registered as a new phone, instead of restoring from my backup.
For those that may run into this problem, connect your iphone, then use the restore button under the update button. It says that it will restore the phone to factory settings. Thats fine, dont let it bother you. you will get the chance to restore from back up. Mine downloaded something then reset and gave me the option to restore. I did and I got back all of my text messages.
