Message Area shows message from previous BAPI call

Hi fellow Visual Composer Developers, I am 2 weeks into trying to get to grips with VC, I have managed to model some simple Iviews and all is good, I am encoutering the following issue. When I call a BAPI in the backend R/3 system any messages that are issued are shown in the message area which is fine, but if I invoke a new call then the message area shows the message from the earlier call, In ABAP this would be resolved by clearing the RETURN structure of the BAPI, how can this be accomplished via VC, I have tried calling a bespoke BAPI which clears the RETURN structure but the message store seems to be at the VC end ..
Can anyone shed any light on this problem

Hello Turlock,
It seems I was unable to reproduce this problem. I tried two scenarios:
1. the 2nd call is to the same service
2. the 2nd call is to another service
In both cases the messages from the 1st service call are cleared in case messages are not due.
If you still have this problem I would recommend opening a ticket, so this can be further investigated.
*which Visual Composer version are you using (major & SP)?

That's the way all of these phones work. There is no way from a phone to completely and truly block a caller. What you get is more of an "ignore" so the call doesn't ring or notify you but rather goes directly to voicemail. If you want the caller blocked completely, the only way to do that is to call your cell carrier and ask if they can block the caller. Some carriers will and some won't.

I just had an update of Firefox, and next thing I knew, I had a message from "Mozilla Security" telling me it had found "critical process activity on my system and will perform fast scan of system files.

This is the message in the dialog box that showed up:

The scanning is most likely an animation and not a real scan.<br />
As long as you didn't download and install that program then you should be safe.
To be sure you can do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.<br />
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.<br />

Capture error messages from stored procedure calls

How do I capture a stored procedure calls error messages provided the stored procedures does not have output parameters? This questions applies to Oracle 7.3.4 stored procedures calls.

There are two parts.
The stored proc must 'throw' an exception.
And java must catch it.
You probably already have the java part. That is the catch(SQLException).
As for the stored proc you can use the following search string in the jdbc forum
raise oracle
You need to use 'raise' in the stored proc but I am not sure of the exact form, but one of the threads using the above search string is likely to have it.

I can call out but all incoming calls are going directly to VM with no signal that I missed a call or have VM. I can send/receive text messages from other iPhone/iPad/iTouch users, I am assuming this is really "iMessage." Is it apple software?

I have spent hours on the phone with Apple and AT&T. I went thought reset, on/off, etc, etc with both companies to no avail. Each company pointed fingers at the other....as being the source of the problem.
Problems: Suddenly ALL incoming calls were going directly to VM with no signal I missed calls and/or had VM. I was also unable to receive all Text Messages...Oddly, I could send text messages to anyone (even non-apple users but I could not receive their responses)........then I when I got home I started receiving text messages from other apples users ONLY. I assume now - iMessage kicked in and I could text (send/receive) other iPhone/iPad/iTouch users ONLY. ....yes, I could still (send) text messages to my husband's blackberry (he received my messages fine) but my phone would NOT receive his text respones.
Finally, I googled the problem and found this community where other people have had the exact same problems! One person said he "turned off 3 G" which was the solution for him....so I did the same and VIOLA! My problem solved! Nevermind the fact that I pay for 3G and cannot use it....so here's my question, if 3G is the problem on my phone is this an APPLE issue or a NETWORK problem? Do I purchase a new phone and slip in my same SIM card and hope the same does not occur or do I get a whole new SIM card and phone? What is the long term resolution to this problem?
I am happy however to find that my problem is NOT an isolated incident and wish Apple or AT&T had told me this is not so uncommon because I thought (based on the baffled response from Apple) that this has never occurred before. Where is Steve Jobs when we need him?

I am having some trouble with receiving messages from iMessage users when I don't have my iMessage turned on. When I called for support, I spent 30 min waiting and the woman's response to me was "Turn on your iMessage." I prefer not to use it

I have an iPhone 5s and a MacBook Pro. Ever since I updated my computer software to Yosemite, it linked my Apple ID with my phone number and I am not receiving messages from iMessage users on my phone, but rather to my computer. I don't like to use iMessage so I keep it off and would like to receive all messages as SMS texts. I have already tried changing my Apple ID password, logging off of my Apple ID in iMessage on my phone and turning it off, and changing settings on messages on my computer. Nothing is working. Either the messages continue to go to my computer or the messages trying to be sent say they cannot be sent.
After spending 30 + minutes waiting for technical support, the woman helping me (who did not give me her name) told me I should just turn on iMessage. After explaining that I don't like having iMessage on and asking why it worked for at least a year up until this point she said "things change and sometimes we don't know why things do what they do". She asked me about various other things on my phone such as bluetooth and told me to turn on and off airplane mode and the call disconnected. I have not been contacted since, even though she has my phone number.
I am hoping for some help and also hoping people don't get the type of service I received tonight.

I think you can solve your problems by removing your AppleID email address from BOTH the Messages setting on your iPhone and the iMessages settings on your Mac.
On iPhone:
Settings > Messages > iMessage > Dissabled
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > touch the "(i)" < touch "Remove This Email"
On Mac:
Open "Messages" application
Click "Messages menu > Preferences
Click "Accounts"
Select your AppleID account
Under the "You can be reached for messages at" settings, uncheck your AppleID email address and your phone number
Then uncheck the "Enable this account" setting
And lastly, ask all of your friends with iPhones to delete all iMessage conversations (blue bubbles) in their entirety.
To test, send a friend a new text using their phone number (not their email address) and watch the color of the bubble. If it's green then you are using SMS.

The short solution is to go to Settings > FaceTime > iPhone Cellular Calls OFF.

This sounds like a virus or malware program that has made its way onto your computer. I would ensure you have the latest virus definitions on your computer and run a thorough (complete) scan of your system. Does anyone knows how to call / make a NACE-Message from an ABAP Program?
Is there a possibility to call a functionmodul with the needed basic informations (doc. number, sales-org etc.) which will start the NACE Message Procedure?
Reason:
We have make IDOCs for order confirmation, delivery and billing - and make the NACE ALE/EDI Messages.
But we have the problem that we are using Z-Reports for Mass-Printing the documents. So we have no active NACE Messages for printing and we want to send the IDOCs at the moment when we print out the docs.
It's not possible, to change the business procedures and/or using SAP standard mass print prg. because this is too complicated (we think at the moment).

Thanks for taking the time to try to help me. . I checked and the Do not disturb is off. The check is still there stopping calls from coming in when phone is locked. Any other ideas? Thanks again!
