Message "In Processing Backorder" t. CO09

Hi,
We are using GATP in APO to run the backorder process. When I go to the CO09 transaction it shows an APO screen. There is one line that is showing me the sales order with the message: u201CIn Processing (Backorder processing)u201D. I checked in APO and the Backorder is already finished. How could I solve this, so that the message disappears?

Sounds like your order has become internally inconsistent. I am going to assume that you have no enhancements that may be affecting this result.
First run program SDRQCR21 in R/3 against this material/plant..
Now go into SCM. Run /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 against this product/location. Make sure you select 'Check SD order Tables', deselect 'Test Indicator'.
FYI you should also probably run these two programs in batch jobs periodically.
If this doesn't work, it could be anything. There are a number of programs available to reconcile some of the more obscure discrepancies. You can search in OSS, or you can raise a message with SAP.

In which transaction can I maintain batch-initiated error messages from process chains.
I am not looking for the process chain variant for messages.
I would like to create messages only for errorness messages.

Hi,
Please check the forum before posting for this issue.
Here You can follow below steps:
1) right click on process type and select "create messages".
2) choose "error" and create variant for error message
3)write message body in "EDIT DOCUMENT" and mention email ID's in "Maintain Recipient list" tab
4) save and schedule the chain again

Message No processing because no items were selected

Hi,
We are using AFS SCC 6.0 system.
I am trying to allocate a SO, it is open, and there are no delivery/billing blocks.
The /afs/mdo4 report shows stock in T tab for this SO.
But when i try to allocate i get the message : No processing because no items were selected
Message no. /AFS/MGNT052
And stock is not shown, therefore i cant allocate.
In the past, we have allocated for the same customer / material combination.
Appreciate any ones ideas on the above message that we receive when trying to allocate - No processing because no items were selected

File-RFC_File Scenario - single message got processed twice.

I have a file-RFC-File scenario in which the reponse from ECC is written using adapter modules.Today one message got processed twice into SAP.When i checked FIle Receiver adapter in CC monitoring i could see the error given below:

The tmp file was picked by the client system and may be that disturbed the entire scenario.But instead of throwing an error how can this reprocess the message from beginning. In SXMB_MONI i can see the pipeline steps executed twice for this message. Since the interface is critical i had to manually delete the replicated data from ECC after taking clients permission which wont be allowed everytime.
Could somepne help me in resolving the issue.

Which program to re-run? Are you talking about activating the channel again? If so, then I have done it many times changing the file name.

** Message being processed - Queue status green colour

Hi Friends,
Many messages in our SXMB_MONI shows green color in the queue id column. It shows 'Message being processed'. All messages are in queue, still they are not delivered. Processing takes more hours. These messages are not EOIO queue. While we check this thru SMQ1 and SMQ2 it shows 'Running'. So, what could be the problem ...?

QUEUE STATUS RUNNING BASICALLY MEANS THT
The first LUW of this queue is currently being processed. If a queue in this status hangs for more than 30 minutes, this may mean that the work process responsible for processing this LUW has been terminated. In this case you can activate this queue again. Note that activating a queue in status RUNNING may cause a LUW to be executed several times if this LUW is still being processed in the target system at that time. We therefore recommend a waiting time of at least 30 minutes before you reactivate the queue.

ths payload size in KB can be found from the audit logs of the adapter monitoring (Runtime workbench ).
it will tell you the exact size of the files processed through the adapter.

Message during Process

Dear All,
i want to display a message like
MESSAGE 'say something' TYPE 'S'.
during a abap report is running.
But messages like this are only displayed at the next screen.
So how can i show them at the time when the command MESSAGE is processed?
I only know that it is possible because i saw it at the function "ws_download".

Send Message from Process Chain Step without Process Log

We send a mail message, depending on the success or failure of the process chain step, to user list.
When the message is sent not only custom message but also the status information and the process log are sent.
Our users are only interested about the result of the chain and they don' t want to view all technical information.
Is it possible to send message without process log?

Take 2 process(red and green line) from each of the process in the process Chain, one is for sucessfull and other is for failure and at the end of the proces chain, just put all failure process to the OR and have add a ABAP Program (with Not Sucessfull) and then just put all sucessfull process to the AND and have add a ABAP Program (with Sucessfull) .
This wil send the mail to the users, when ever there is failure in PC any where, or sends a mail ..if the process chain completes sucessfully.
If you want only add the send of mail option at the end of the process chain, we can just add 2 process (red and green line) and have same flow as above. so that.. it will only sends mail..when there is failure or sucessfull of the process chian.

How to check if Message already exists in the queue and if message is processing currently

I am new to Azure and worked on adding messages to the queue through workerrole1. Worker role 2 pulls them out from queue and processing them and de-queing them.
Worker role1 runs method gets called after every 10 seconds and puts messages in queue

Following are my questions
1) How do I check in worker role1 if the message is already in queue, Because I don't want to queue it back again if its not yet processed and is in the queue already
2) How do I check in worker role1 if the message is currently processing. Because I don't want to queue it back again.
3) How do I make sure that ALL the messages get processed in the order they are inserted. I know Queue is FIFO, but I know if the message gets delayed in processing another instance can pick it up, even if it gets picked up by another instance, I want to
make sure that the order remains.
Right now the instances of both these worker roles are 1, in the future when we increase them, I don't want them to queue the same messages multiple times or queue them if the message is already in process mode.

I agree to the Frank's suggestion. Why you need to burden the worker role 1 to check if the message really sits on the queue or not? You can do this simply in your code before pushing it on queue instead querying queue.
All you need to do on worker role 1 is - push the message on the queue and forget as the entire queue design in azure is designed from asynchronous processing.
About worker role 2 - Use the GetMessage method which hides retrieved message's from other clients and hence makes sure that only one client is processing it at a time. If processing is successful - delete the message. if it is not - the message will be
visible anyways after the mentioned time provided in the GetMessage method.
I agree that when you will increase number of instances of your worker role 1 which might insert duplicates in the queue - in that case - you might need to introduce the shared entity (like database) and let all instances communicate through it to avoid
the duplication of messages on queue.

Failed Asynchronous Messages still processing

Scenario: Asynchronous
QoS: EO
SAP > PI > 3rd Party
I have an almost 1500 failed messages in my SXI_MONITOR SAP PI with an error of 'No Receiver Determination'. I have already solved the issue and the future messages were successful. However, the 1500 failed messages are still being pushed/processed, which is taking up too much memory.
How do you stop these failed messages in processing?
Is there a way that when a failed message already fails, it would stop pushing/processing in SAP PI?

I think your team mates or BASIS team might have already set a background job for re triggering failed messages in ABAP stack .
If you don't want those messages then you can cancel those in SMQ2/SXMB_MONI.

We have Windows server 2008R2 SCCM 2012 R2 CU3 SQL 2008 R2.
Every 15-19 minutes I got two errors in State messages ID6104 (The State System message file processing could not process file 'HI6DYYB8.SMX' and moved it to the corrupt directory. Review the statesys.log file for further details.), 6105 (The State System
message file processing processed one or more files that contained errors or invalid data. Review the statesys.log file for further details.). It started on Monday.

What could cause this messages to appear?

That just indicates that a state message sent by a client was somehow corrupted. You can examine the .smx that was moved to the corrupt-box, but it's not unusual that it happens.

Translate delete message "Action Processed"

Is there a way to translate the message "Action Processed". This message appears after a delete action.
My application language is Dutch.
I tried with the dynamic translation repository but it did not work.
I do not want to translate the whole application.

edit the process responsible for this delete action ( if it's a standard tabular form it's called "ApplyMRD" ) and edit the "Process Success Message", the message is hardcoded.

Still I was not able to find certain Process Messages like YQ_AIR, YQ_RPM, YQ_TEMP, YQ_CONS, YQ_PHCO, YQ_PHCO2.
and Process Instructions like
YQ_AIR, YQ_ENDPI,YQ_HEAD, YQ_INSTR, YQ_LAY, YQ_MATLI, YQ_PROD, YQ_PTEXT,YQ_RPM, YQ_TEMP, YQ_CON1, YQ_CON2..
do I need to do some (Basis) configuration to get these?? or the above mentioned Process Messages and Process Instructions are not pre defined??
