Message of 'suspension of email account'

As reported in the sticky, I have the following message inside the 'manage my email' saying I last logged in 22 September 2014, while I log in everyday, and my email will be suspended 21 December.
Can the moderators confirm that, being that an error, actually nothing is going to happen after 21 December? Or is it an error which would eventually render the email suspended for real? Please advise ASAP if and what action is required from the users.

I am not a moderator but I have been informed that the warning message is a known issue and BT are working on a fix. The warning message can be ignored and your email will not be suspended.

Maybe I'm missing something but how can Verizon have control over your personal GMail account? Sounds like you do have your email set up to forward to sms.
I have certain emails that are forwarded to me as SMS but that is an option that is enabled on the email side of things and is independent from Verizon.

Can 2 people in different locations at the same time import, access, send, and receive the same messages from the same email account

I import messages into Thunderbird. I send and receive emails. One of the things I like about Thunderbird is that I can insert (image, link, etc) right where I want to, and I can Attach. But not just a simple attach file. No, I can also click Attach and choose Webpage. A lot of web-based emails are plain, simple, no frills - Attach file and that's it.
So I need to have my client be able to do the same thing I do when sending out emails, Namely sending out emails with an Electronic Press Kit (EPK) attached - which is to say, a webpage (not a pdf in our case). So, I need her to download, install, and use Thunderbird.
Here's the problem and my question. She needs to access, send, and receive from my email account. That would be easy if it was simple attach files - she could just login on the web, go to squirrel mail and bang it out.. Here it is: She needs to be able to import the messages to be able to reply to some messages - she needs access to what I have access to. She needs to use Thunderbird so she can take advantage of the features like insert image with link or attaching a webpage. My question is how will this affect my use? Can 2 people simultaneously and from different locations access and use the same email account or is it a case where her importing the emails would cut me off..Is it an either or thing? Basically, can her and I both import the emails or can they only be imported to one location at a time. Because every time someone sends me an email i get it right there on my Thunderbird application..it's imported to my Thunderbird..I want her and I to be able to do that without affecting each other. I don't want her to start importing to her desktop and then I can no longer import. If she says "point those messages to my computer what will happen to my ability to access them on my computer in the same manner I am currently?

I think there is a contradiction in your requirements. You want two people to share an account and you don't want either to interfere with the other.
The short and simple answer is to use IMAP to connect to the mail server. If your current email provider doesn't offer IMAP, find another that does. This is old technology already and it's disgraceful that some email providers haven't yet put it in place.
IMAP means that your messages are stored on the server and both of you will see exactly the same set of messages. And therein lies the contradiction; you will both see changes made by the other so you are inherently interfering with one another.
Caveats: some providers may not permit you both to access the account concurrently, and even if they do, things may become interesting if you both choose to work on the same message simultaneously.
Note that all of this is about email servers and protocols; your choice of Thunderbird as your email client has little bearing on the situation.

How can I limit the number of messages coming into my email accounts on the IOS7

I don't like the new IOS7 system most annoying is the excess battery useage and need to recharge the other is I can no longer limit the number of emails that are in my cell's email accounts old system let you choose the amount of messages.
already did the basic things to eliminate battery drainiage getting rid of open pages which was also annoying to figure out how to use as you can't simply click and hold then delete all open apps running in the back ground you must touch and slide them off the phone. I don't let apps do auto updates.
They need to do something about the battery and having to have all emails on the phone which likely is sucking up space.

I don't think it matters what you use as your email client. This is a feature that existed before and was missed in the upgrade to IOS 7. I read on another post that if you contact Apple support they just tell you to report it in Apple feedback. I just submitted feedback at http://www.apple.com/feedback/ I couldn't find an IOS section to post it to, so I just posted it in the iPhone section. Maybe if enough people do this, Apple will fix it.

How to copy messages from a disabled email account

Hello. I have this [email protected] configured on imap4.serverA.com. Now I've terminated contract with the provider that owns imap4.serverA.com and created the same email account on a new provider with an imap4.serverB.com. I've added the new account on Thunderbird and tried to move/copy the messages (drag and drop) from the old account to the new one. The problem is that when I try to do this Thunderbird keeps asking for the imap4.serverA.com login data. I can't login on that server because I've terminated contract with the provider, but the messages are still saved on thunderbird. Is it possible to copy those messages to that new account?

Try this.
Go into 'Offline' mode, (click on 2blue screen icon - bottom left in Status Bar' to change to 2 black screen 'offline' mode), but do not synchronise because you already have the emials.
Move emails from old imap mail account into Local Folders. Then the emails are not stored in an imap account.
then go back into Online mode and try moving one email from Local Folders back onto new imap account.
check it moved ok by checking the webmail account via a browser.
You may discover it changed the dates as you are putting it onto the new server for the first time. If this occurs and is not desirable, then at least you can still view emails in Local Folders.

Error message setting up Yahoo email account...help!

I just got my new Droid Razr yesterday, and I have tried numerous times to set up my existing Yahoo email account but I keep getting an error message that states "System is unavailable to support the request". My email address and password are correct, I am able to log in just fine on my computer, so I can't figure out what the problem is or how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!

If that does not work, I would use the app available in the Play Store as stated above.

I have a need to put my text message over the course of the past 4 months into an email to give to my attorney.
How do I tell my phone to send me the conversation?
I do not want to copy each piece and mail it as it is a discussion over over 4 months so there are hundreds of messages.

Have you looked at the numerous SMS Backup applications available in the Play Store? They can send the entire conversation to an email address or to a file for you to transfer to the computer and print from there.

Why doesn't Apple mail show the content of messages in my Exchange email account?

When I open Mail and click on my exchange account the messages all show no content. I have tried deleting and adding the account, but the same thing happens--no content in the messages.

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
Then when restarted, highlight that inbox & choose Rebuild from the Mailbox menu item.

Messages Beta and iChat email/account

Trying to install Messages Beta instead of using iChat.
Now the iChat window is open as before but I need to log into Messages. Trying to do so with the same email/password as iChat fails.
Any ideas? Do I need to create once again another new email?

Scott, the same is happening for me. After a lot of messing about I have got the OSX app to recieve messages sent to my Apple ID and 3 other email addresses. I have also set those email addresses in the iOS app and signed on with my Apple ID on that too. So messages sent to any of my mail addresses come to both devices.
Messages sent to my mobile number only go to my phone even though it's the same Apple ID and my phone number is registered with that ID.
If I send from OSx, because I have set the 'caller ID' to be an email address that both iOS and OSx can recieve, the reply goes to both. However, this was not the case for the first hour of use, so I'm wondering if there is some server problem at Apple as it started working properly after a while.
To me there is one vital missing peice and 1 nice to have. Messages sent to your phone number should also go to your OSx app. The Apple ID ties them together so there is no reason why this shouldn't work. The nice to have is the ability to set your 'caller ID' to be your mobile number from the OSx app in case the recipient doesn't have your email address in their address book.

have one fuse email account already that works correctly.

Try deleting the account and adding it back. Also check Connection Doctor under the Mail/Window menu to see what the connection status is.

What are the Aliases set against your Own Apple ID in Messages Menu > Preferences > Accounts > iMessages account.
As has been said a share Apple ID here will sync (Display) everything from all iOS devices using the same iPhone Numbers and Apple ID
I have two iPhone (therefore two Numbers and had to say "No" to adding them as active Aliases. (Send and Receive Names or IDs)
If an email that you share has been Added as an Alias in your setings you will have this "Overlap" issue.

Ok I already have a mac account setup. I have all the messages from the original email account go into folders "on the mac". Does that mean the messages are safely stored on the MAC and when I delete the account the emails will stay in the folders?

How can i read multiple email accounts?

my program is to get emails from multiple email accounts, and grab the attachments, but it doesn't work properly.
If there's only one email account, it works fine, but if there are more, it looks like that the program always goes into the first mail account to read the messages. i suspect that the 'Server' or the 'Session' are not reset before each connection, i printed out the connected 'Folder', it looks fine, but every time the 'Folder.getMessageCount()' returns the same number of messages as the first email account has.

Assuming you're passing in the right URL, I don't see the problem.
Still, try change session.getDefaultInstance to session.getInstance
and see if that helps. If not, turn on session debugging and check the
protocol trace for clues. If you still can't figure it out, post the protocol
trace.
