Message succesfully processed but still http 400 response at sender side

Hi,
I have the following scenario 3rd-party-application -> http -> PI 7.11 -> proxy -> ECC 6.0
If i send a message from the 3rd-party-application it is sent asynchronous to PI.
In PI i see it is succesfully processed.
In ECC i see it is also succesfully processed.
BUT in the sender system 3rd-party-application i still receive an http 400 message:
"Execution failure of HTTP POST: HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request"
I do not expect this error message if the message itself is succesfully processed.
Anyone knows what can be happening here?

Hi Chi,
I dont think your explanation can be correct.
We are on Development still, only sending few messages, and those messages are very small too.
However i found something else:
The error message from the 3rd party seems to indicate that they use http 1.1 protocol where as PI uses http 1.0 transport protocol.
I'm checking it with them now.
Still open for further ideas.

Since 10.5.3 often i'll have app updates and when i select to download them it will download and process but still stay in update available. I've tried all the standard, restart, logout etc but they are still there. Like right now Whiteboard Lite is the one hanging. Then randomly some day it will go through but its kind of annoying.

Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left. Now open the LIbrary folder then the Caches folder.
Move these files to the Trash: com.apple.appstore and com.apple.storeagent
Now from the same Library folder open the Preferences folder. Move these files to the Trash.
com.apple.appstore.plist and com.apple.storeagent.plist
Same Library folder, open the Cookies folder. Move this file to the Trash.
com.apple.appstore.plist
If you don't see the com.apple.storeagent files, don't worry about it.
Restart your Mac. See if that made a difference.

My iPod Classic 160GB is recognized by computer, and goes through sync process, but still has old stuff...
I feel like there must be an issue with the library location, but I don't know how to correct that. My Dad recently wiped my computer and deleted Windows XP and installed Windows 7. I don't know what he did, but my iTunes library is still intact it seems. However, I've added quite a few podcasts that I'd like to sync to my iPod. When I connect it, it goes through the sync process, but ends quickly and says its safe to disconnect. None of the new podcasts are on there though.
Also, there was something really wrong with my iTunes account. When I went to buy something from the store, it wouldn't accept my password, and when I went to reset it, it wouldn't recognize my birthdate and month (I had the correct username). I ended up creating a new account and purchasing a song. This time, it did sync the new song onto my iPod, but not the podcasts I'm trying to sync.
As far as the library location, is there anything particular that has to be included in that library in order for it to be recognized by iTunes when you sync? Awhile back (before my Dad worked on my computer), I had changed the folder location to my external hard drive, but in researching, I saw that I still had in another drive some folders with music that is currently on my iPod. So it looks like I have some stuff on two different drives... Maybe this has something to do with it not syncing right?
I did check, and my Firewall doesn't have iTunes blocked.
As you can see, I'm not very experienced with all of this... Sorry for the confusion. If you are interested in helping me and have any questions, please let me know.
I'm hoping someone will be able to help me... I desperately want to be able to listen to my podcasts, as I'm a stay-at-home Mom of 4 little ones, and the podcasts are kind of an "escape" for me when the children are napping or playing. :-)

Oh my goodness!! I am absolutely thrilled right now B-rock!! I don't know how I missed it, but when I went back to change the setting like you mentioned, I noticed that the very top box that says "Sync Podcasts" wasn't checked! I have no idea why... But my heart started to race when I checked that box and all of a sudden it started syncing all my podcasts!! It's gonna take a long time (I have 385 of them!), but I am just so happy you helped me with this problem. Thank you SO much!

Done the Deleted Process but still there?

Hi, any of the iPad Expert, I have done the following:
Setting
General
Usage
Manage Storage
Delete the Update but
the Update still appear in the General? Please see attached, how to delete the Update from General then? Update will keep stuck not moving even though I pressed Update in the General thus I want to delete. Thank A Lot

When it appears in general it means an update is available. if you deleted it from usage it should be off your iPad.

Terminate Process, but still see tasks in Workspace

I have terminated several process instances, but the individual tasks remain in my to do list. When I open up the tasks and look at the details, I see that the process status is terminated. Why don't the tasks go away?

Wich version of LC are you using?
I'm not sure but I think that it was a bug in LC 8.0.
Anyway, you can solve this problem by deleting terminated tasks from tb_task table.

Hi: Bought a MacBook Pro age circa 2011,works great, except I understand I need to have a Home Folder. I am listed as administrator in the User accounts pref, in fact I'm the only user there. Still in the sidebar when starting up the Mac, there is the former owners Home Folder and not one for me. I want to delete her Home Folder and get one in the sidebar for me. I've tried all the things I could think of the delete her folder, but can't seem to do it as there isn't a button or prompt that I can click on to delete her folder and create one for me as the adminstrator. If I have understood you properly, to do that, you have to create a new administrator user with your name and for your uses. Follow these steps:
1. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups, and press the + button to create a new administrator account.
2. When you have finished creating that user, open  > Log Out, and log in your new user.
3. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups, select the old user and press the - button to remove the user. If you want, you can select the option to remove the Home folder of this user, so you will only have the Home folder for your account

Erase any conversation you have with this person in your Messages, then start a new one and see if it does same thing. If it still doesn't go through right away, it's a problem with your friend's iMessage setup, not yours.

I would like to help.
I am wondering, is your phone line analog or digital?
If your phone is analog it will go direct to a wall jack.
If your phone is digital it will go to a modem.
I am asking because fax is a analog technology that sometimes does not work well with the new digital phonelines.

Getting HTTP 400 while creating field in Account using Eloqua REST 2.0 API.

I tried to create field in Account using /API/REST/2.0/assets/account/field, but got HTTP 400-"Request contains a message that does not conform to the contract."

Workflow in Error state in SWI1 tx, but still table is updating as usual, weird!!

We have a custom workflow, z_workflow.
In this z_workflow, its calling a custom FM, z_fm.
In this z_fm, I'm updating a custom tbale, z_table.
Before writing UPDATE z_table, I am locking this z_table by using 'ENQUEUE_E_TABLE', as below,
Pls. note this workflow is triggering in BACK GROUND by WF-BATCH user

Our workflow expert said that, the error is occuring, well, but as its (z_fm) calling from / by back ground workflow user, hence the 'Rest of the code blocks' are triggering normally and the 2nd_z_table is updating as usual, but overall the workflow ends up in error state!
To avoide this confusing situation (workflow in error, but rest of the code blocks are executing normally), workflow expert suggested the below approach (raising of EXCEPTION in z_fm instead of ERROR message), pls. suggest me is it OK / safe / works good for me?

Yes, your WF guy is correct - raising exception will stall the workflow and not execute to the second table update.
Moreover, second table update logic should be kept inside of the SY-SUBRC = 0 of locking on FIRST TABLE update.
In current case, I cannot say for sure that second table is getting updated in the same call because as soon as TYPE 'E' message is triggered in a background step, standard exception is triggered in the workflow runtime to stop execution - which will NOT execute the code after MESSAGE statement.
As mentioned by Mike, the second table may have been updated from another instance/session/etc but from not this one.

Issue with Sender Side JDBC processing

I am facing some problem with Sender Side JDBC Processing.
I am polling the DB MY SQL Server 2000 and using some SELECT statement i picked up some data and updated the DB with an UPDATE statement. At the receiver side i am using RFC adapter which takes the data from the DB and process further to SAP system.
At sender side , i can see that the DB has been updated but in Integration Engine / Adapter Engine i could see any message related to that. So now my question is where did the message go.
Can you please provide the inputs.
