The link that you requested is not present on this Clean Access System, if you reached this page by following a link from the user interface of the clean access Manager or Server,then please report this as a bug.
We receive it with NAM 4.1.3 after Web Agent scan and authorizes users to login on the network.
But the users appears on temporary role!

Better solution is update the bookmarks, If the CAS was recently upgraded, then close and re-open the browser window and load CAS admin URL and try again you will not get any error message.

Hi Friends,
I am trying to install a network Printer suing my Win Xp SP3 PC.
Since there is no drivers installed in this PC, I tried to select Have Disk option in the Bonjour Printer Setup Wizard and selected the INF file provided by the Manufaturer. When i select the INF file and click ok, It prompts with message "The software that you choose does not match the Selected Printer".
But the Manufaturer name is listed under the Manufacturer Tab and nothing on the Model Tab.
Any idea why i am getting this error message. Please help me if anyone is aware of this.

I haven't seen Apple use a "shared secret". and believe this must be a message from the magazine app. I suggest asking the magazine, as this appears not to be an Apple problem.

When I specify http://www.celticmanner.com/selector_test.html to Firefox 6.01, I get the false message:

I do not find the text "selector_test.txt" anywhere on my partition C! Where does Firefox retain a pointer to this file that no longer exists? And why?
NB: The text "could not be found on this server" is sloppy. That message is not issued from a servcer, but from the instance of Firefox on my computer. The message should read "could not be found on the specified server".

HT1926 itunes will not install on my windows 7 pc running in 64 bit. Error message 'the feature that you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" enter an alternate path for the installation package 'itunes64.msi'

I have tried running the installation file, I have also downloaded it and run it from dowloads, I still get the same arror message.

These ones are tricky. But the following instructions are worth a try.
First do a complete uninstall of iTunes and related components (but don't reinstall just yet), as per the following document:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
a. Launch regedit (Start >> Search Programs and Files >> type Regedit and open the regedit that comes up.)
b. Access the following Location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData \S-1-5-18\Components
c. Perform the following actions
i. Right Click on Components Folder
ii. Select Permissions
iii. Select Full Control and Read Permissions options
iv. Select Advanced Button
v. Select Owner Tab
vi. Select to Change Owner to the Administrators
vii. Check the option “Replace owner on subcontainers and objects”
viii. Select OK when prompted that it may not change all.
ix. Select Apply
x. Select Apply again
xi. Exit the Registry Editor
Now try reinstalling iTunes again. Does it go in properly this time?

It seems credit cards of all kinds (at least Mastercard and Visa) are being rejected by the iTunes Store today, which remembers me that it has been strange lately asking for data more than necessary on my iPad and computer. I can not buy now as many if not everyone, and I am really worried about the strange behaviour and the possibility for it having been a security breach. It would be a huge disaster for us users, so I hope that if something like that has happened you tell us so we can all take timely security measures.
Im very sad not to be able to buy what I wanted right now when I needed it, but Im more worried about my card security right now. Anyways, it would be good to know about the reason for the huge issue and how it got solved, and what should we users, do.

This may seem a little late but I finally made it work!
I changed my region from the Philippines to the United States then iTunes prompted me to 'create' an Apple ID so I did and entered my information in the required fields. Hopefully now, everything is beautiful and nothing hurt.

When I deploy the SiteCollection, the TopNavigation user control is working correctly. Unfortunately when i modify the masterpage over SharePoint Designer, the following error message comes allways, regardless of the art of changes i did in the MAsterPage
( even if I open the MasterPage, add an space and do save/close the MasterPage).

When we use UserControl in SharePoint Page or MasterPage, and the UserControl is kept in any folder other than ControlTemplates, we will got the error. Here is an article about this issue and provided the solution:

Error 16 , the help that you suggest does not work!

I had Acrobat XI monthly subscription, computer crashed, when I open my Adobe ID to download on new computer XI is not there anymore it is DC and it downloads but I get error 16 when I try to open it. Have Windows 7. I have done all the suggestions on your web site and but it still will not work. Getting very frustrated as this has been going on for 2 weeks now.
What other suggestions do you have besides: Set permissions. Did all that and that is not the issue!

Since you were using Acrobat XI subscription, you are eligible to upgrade to Acrobat DC without paying any extra charges.
As you are using a subscription, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat DC from the below mentioned link:
https://cloud.acrobat.com/acrobat
You will need to activate your subscription using the same Adobe ID credentials.

What to do with Error message "The serial number you entered is not valid"

After updating my Windows I tried to reinstall Indesign CS3 and Indesign CS4 upgrade after that. CS3 installed just fine but the system doesn`t accept my serial number from the back of the Upgrade box or the sonfirmation e-mail I received from Adobe upon purchase. What can be done?

The Product Id you entered is not valid

So we apparently have some ancient customers using ancient computers that are running ancient versions of Windows. Namely, Windows XP.
Our developers need to do some regression testing of new versions of our software and need to test it on Windows XP. I'm trying to spin up a VM with XP and am having trouble getting it to install. I downloaded the ISO from msdn and have our volume
license key. However, I'm stuck during the install process where it asks for the VL key. Any of our keys I put in, all return the error "The Product Id you entered is not valid".
This is during the install, not trying to activate once I'm up and running. So there's no AV software getting in the way, the VM isn'y even online yet at this point. It seems to be checking my key against whatever internal algorithms it uses
to see if a key is valid, and it's telling me it's not.
Am I doing something wrong? Is there some trick to installing XP now that it's not technically supported?

Using a Windows XP Professional CD with SP3, install it without entering a product key. After installation, use the
Windows XP Product Key Update Tool to enter your VL product key.

When I restored my phone from icloud, half of my pics and videos have been deleted, the pics that were restored on my phone are very blurry, and the videos won't play. I get a message on my phone that says " the URL you are requesting is not found on this server". I have erased and reset my phone twice, but every time I do it, more pics and videos are deleted. I have backed up to icloud and iphoto, however, some of the pics are no longer on iphoto either. Is there someway to get the videos to play on my phone again? Make the photos not as blurry as they are now and to restore the pics and videos that have been lost? I really would love to have them back, this phone is supposed to be the best and right now it doesn't seem to be. Please help if you can.

Some websites require a special client certficate for access. If you don't have that certficate, you'll have to contact the site operator to find out how to get one.
Sometimes the problem is caused by a web server that is configured to request an optional client certificate. Safari treats the request as mandatory. In that case, other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome may be able to connect to the site, because they ignore the request.
The first time you were prompted for a certificate, you may have clicked through a dialog that requested access to the Apple certificate in your keychain that is used to secure the iMessage service. In that case, you may be able to regain access to the site in Safari by doing as follows.
Back up all data.
Double-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

Do you need to login to access that website?
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
* "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
* "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

I just downloaded the new Mavericks operating sytem on my mid 2010 MacBook Pro, 17" 2.53GHz, Intel Core I5 machine. My IPhoto is no longer working at all, I'm getting an error message that says - "You Can't open the application "IPhoto" because it is not supported on this type of Mac". I also loaded Mavericks onto my other MacBook Pro 17", mid 2009 model and everything works fine. I would think that the newer Mac would easily work with IPhoto. Also, when I try to download from the App Store, it asks for my Apple ID and Password, I enter it, and then the little spinning color wheel just spins forever, with nothing ever happening. I tried downloading the IPhoto Upgrade but it never actually downloads, HELP!!!

What version of iPhoto do you have installed? Is if one of the versions shown as not compatible in this screenshot?
If it is then go to the App Store and download iPhoto 9.5. It will be free if you have an iPhoto 9 or later verson currently.
