Messages are not transferring from PI to SRM
Hi,
Here the land scape is ECC -PI-SRM, The messages transfer to ECC TO PI, But messages not transfer from PI-SRM ,the scenarios are Idoc-idoc & Idoc -proxy ,Here all RFC connections are working fine, . In SRM side - T-code sldcheck getting the error - function call returned exception code 3, and in SPROXY T-CODE - ESR components are not displaying, could please provide help .

Please check the below :
1) One RFC of type H to point to PI with all the details.
2) Define the role of the business system in the server that you want to see(Sxmb_Adm)
3)Connection between Business System and System Landscape Directory.
3a)RFC destination LCRSAPRFC of type T for SLD connection.
3b)RFC destination SAPSLDAPI of type T for SLD connection.
4)Maintain the SAP J2EE Connection parameters for LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI in SAP J2EE Engine
5)Maintain SLD access details in Transaction SLDAPICUST.
Please refer the section 1.3.1, 1.3.2, 1.3.3 and 1.3.4 in the document(as linked provided below)
SLDAPICUST should point to the SLD host server. If you have a central SLD installed on the Dev server, then it is ok that it is using the host and port of the Dev server.
PIAPPLUSER is the normal user that is used in trx SLDAPICUST (the user must have the role SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER).
'Lastly, will the gateway Server of SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC will be the same for both DEV and QAs systems in XI?'

you can also check the assignment between the Business System , technical system and the software component versions in the SLD.A object would only be visible in the SPROXY of an Applicaion system if the corresponding SCWV is installed on the business system.
To add :
Go to the landscape view in the SLD.
Select the Technical System Link
Search your Technical system as Application system
Click on the same
A tabbed screen appears in the bottom.
Go to installed software tab.
Click ADD NEW PRODUCT
Add your product here.
Also check the business System assignment in the similar way.

Third, from my understanding, it would appear you are concerned about the noise the hard drive makes when it falls asleep? Why not put your machine in screen saver mode instead? Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Energy Saver turn off all Energy Saver settings, or set them to run Never.
Fourth, if your machine was purchased just a few days ago, you may still be able to get an exchange from the store, quicker than you can get a repair done. You may want to look into that possibility.
Fifth, it does appear you found the Logic forum. I would persist in asking there how to solve your technical issue with Logic regarding the audio. It may be you don't have to do anything special to the hard drive. Remember audio can be transmitted by wire, avoiding ambient sounds.

Why my apps are not transferring from PC to iPhone 5? When I connected to PC the icon shows when I select apps it show 'will install' but it never show on iPhone, I re installed iTunes, deleted all apps and downloaded again but its not working pls help.
Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.

PL/SQL log messages are not printing from Java concurrent program
Hi,
I have a strange issue while submitting the Java concurrent program through PL/SQL.
I have a PL/SQL concurrent program which will invoke the Java concurrent program inside the package by use of "FND_GLOBAL.SUBMIT_REQUEST". It worked and submitted successfully. From that Java concurrent program we are calling some other PL/SQL packages and printing some log messages over there. But problem here is the request is only printing the Java log messages in view log but not the PL/SQL log messages. But if I submit the Java concurrent program directly from SRS form at that it is printing both Java and PL/SQL log messages.
I am just wondering how the log messages has not printed. Please provide your inputs to solve this problem.

Messages are NOT deleted from tables XI_AF_MSG and XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT

I set the retention period to 7 days (1 week)
I also set the default ARCHIVE and DELETE jobs and ALL are working fine.
However, messages with OLD dates are NOT deleted from the tables XI_AF_MSG and XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT.
These tables 32GB in the DBD table space.
I tried to use the URL:
http://<host>:<port>/MessagingSystem/archiving/reorgdb.jsp
BUT to NO avail.
How do I DELETE or ARCHIVE these messages ?

I did NOT get any ERROR messages.
Thousands of messages where DELETED successfully.
However, the number of rows in XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT did NOT reduce.
2. I used the default archiving and deletion customizations and jobs.
However, I ran them manually a few times a day with NO change in the
number of rows in XI_AF_MSG_AUDIT
What do you mean by "customized any Archiving for adapter Engine" ?
. In RWB, I do see the default job is running
Have you customized any Archiving for adapter Engine or You are using default arciving which runs every 24 hrs.
3. I did ser the retention period for the adapter engine messages in visual admin in seconds...

I'm experiencing some unexperienced JMS store behaviour with WLS 6.1 sp 4. I have
a servlet that posts a message to persistent JMS queue, which will be eventually
consumed by an MDB. Even though consumption is successful, the message is not
deleted from JMS store.
The message will be redelivered after server restart and is still not deleted
from JMS store. I verified this using file store and JDBC store. The messages
actually stay in the JMSSTORE table till doom's day.
I couldn't reproduce the case with WLS 6.1 sp 3. Exactly the application code
was used in all cases.
Subsequently I ran the same case with various ServerDebug DebugJMSXXX-flags set,
and discovered that WLS 6.1 sp3 logs 'asyncDeleteL' and 'ZZZDelete' for the consumed
message. WLS 6.1 sp4 didn't log this information.
I'm running WLS 6.1 on WinNT and Win2000.

I've am having exactly this problem with wl 5.1....
I first saw it with 5.1 sp8....
In the release notes for 5.1 sp10, the following CR was fixed, which seemed
like it might have been my problem:
CR 45915
Fixed a JMS problem with messages begin left in the queue after received messages had been acknowledged. When a high volume of
messages was sent to a queue and a consumer retrieved those messages and sent them to another queue, the messages were not being
removed from the first queue even though they were acknowledged.
We upgraded to 5.1 sp12, and it appeared that the incidence of that problem was reduced.
However it still occurs once or twice a week, with 5.1 sp12....
My situation is a little bit different, in that my consumer retieves a message, and sends another
message to the SAME queue instead of another queue as described in the CR above...
It does happen under heavy load, etc....
Don't know if this has been reported and identified for wl 5.1 sp12 or not...
It is of course a really difficult to deal with bug....

Item text and item note are not transfering from SRM to ECC on to PR
Hello Expers!!!
Due to some requirement we added some logic in BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW to print the used ID of the shopping cart creator on PR under item text requisitioner tab. but after moving these changes to production the item text(Vendor text) and item note(internal note) which are maintained in the shopping cart are not printing on the Purchase requisition under item text and item note tabs. these two texts were printing correctly before moving our changes.
please suggest me how this item note and item text will print on PR. Is it a standard functionlity in SRM 5.0?
is this because of move over changes?
suggest me to resolve the issue....

Messages are not deleted from the DB
Hi, in the OCS Database, as i understand, all the messages that are deleted goes to a collection folder (id=4). The Problem is that none was deleted so far from it! All the old messages are still archived on the DB and i want to erase them all, how????

this information on database platform in use is essential!
In that db2 version, there is no native "truncate table" statement (this statement is executed at the very end of a table switch), and the DBSL implemented the abap truncate statment using the following DB2 native commands:
"IMPORT FROM /dev/null of DEL REPLACE INTO <table name>"
In SAP enviornment, the default behavior of the above command does not release the physical storage associated with an object because of the following database registry setting:
<i> DB2_TRUNCATE_REUSESTORAGE=IMPORT [DB2_WORKLOAD]
Hence, an offlince table reorg is necessary after the truncate.
For a detailed description of this registry variable DB2_TRUNCATE_REUSESTORAGE, please refer to the following IBM online doc:

Messages are not dequeuing from ECX_outqueue table resulting in huge size of database.
EBS Tech Stack :- EBS R12
Release :- 12.1.3
Oracle Database 11.2.0.2

We are not using OTA(Oracle Transport Agent) in our current setup. This problem started from September 3, 2013. Also we are not using any XML gateway for this.

All my songs and pictures are not transferring from my old phone !!!!!!
I had the iphone 4S and yesterday I went and got the iphone 5. I am trying to transfer everything using my icloud. All my apps,notes,txt msgs,contacts... everything like that was added onto my new phone. My pictures & music however, are still all adding, it has been loading since last night, this morning I noticed that it has stopped loading on this one song, and this one picture ( I have ALOT of pictures & music) so when I go into my photo app is says " downloading 2,027 of 2,984 " and it hasnt changed for hours!!! Same with my music I go into itunes and it says I have 26 songs left to download and they are not loading, they all say " waiting..." below them!!!
What should I do ? ..or will it EVENTUALLY load. I must have enough space on this new phone because I did on my old one....and I have deleted quite a few apps that were added from my old phone to my new one.

I downloaded 3 movies on my computer and want to transfer them to my iphone 5. I have my phone connected to my computer and go into my itunes account, then under movie rentals, I move them to the phone side from my computer. Everytime I do this they go back to my computer. What am I doing wrong?

Punchout Catalog Items are not transfering to Consumer Portal (SRM 7.0)

We are able to add a punch out calatog after check out items are not tranfered to Consumer Portal ( Not able to see selected items in shop screen). Same thing is working fine with Producer Portal.
1. Tried with RDL and RRA.
2. Internal Calatog isworking fine in both portals.
3. Checked all the permission and role assigmnment. every thing is fine and working fine except Punchout Catalog.

We have identified the difference between Dev( Working fine) and QA (Not Working) in HTTPWatch log.

IPAD2 since yesterday seems to have stopped transfers of photos from non Mac equipment. I use dell with ITunes cloud facility.

So here is the deal. I used to be able to burn CDs with iTunes that played back fine on both my car and home stereo. After some update, and I am very sorry but I really do not remember which one, as I am just a user and not a programmer and just want something that works, which in the end Apple used to be all about, and therefore do not keep track of all the updates, CDs won't play back on my car stereo. Nothing else changed, still the same brand of CDs (even the same stack!), still the same car stereo, and still the same 2007 MBP. So by simple deduction I conclude it must be a software update. And I do not care what the exact cause is, I just want a fix!
I'd like to apologize for my tone in the above, but it is just a very annoying problem, even more so because it seems nothing is being done about it. Thanks for your answer in advance! -
Messages are not dequeing from the Queue
I am using Oracle Advanced Queueing.
PL/SQL API for enqueue
JMS API for Dequeue Messages asynchronously (register listener and using onMessage())
It is multi consumer queue.
The program used to work fine. Now, it has stopped. Now, we can enqueue as
many messages as we want. The subscriber does not recieve any messages. BUT,
once we disconnect subscriber and connect again, the subscriber gets all the
messages in the queue. You can repeat this N times.
I sent this java program and sql scripts to Oracle support and they ran it successfully in their environment. So it appears to be some weird environment problem.
Question:
Did anybody have problem like this?
Does anybody have any ideas about what to check in Oracle/Java client environment?
We use Java SDK 1.2.2, thin JDBC drive and Oracle 8.1.7

Free goods are not transferred from ECC to GTS correctly
Hello All,
We have a proforma invoice with multiple items with one of the item as a free goods item ( item category TANN). We are encountering the following issues when this proforma invoice transferred to GTS,
1. The "Free of Charge" check box is not selected for the TANN item in GTS (in the line item "Cust.Value" tab)
2. The currency field for the "Value of Goods", "Value for Foreign Trade Statistics (Statistical Value)" is not populated at line item
3. The currency field for the "Value of Goods" is not populated at header level ( Logistics Costs tab)
4. Amount field is not populated for "Value for Foreign Trade Statistics (Statistical Value)" at line item.
Am I missing any configuration in GTS?

There is nothing wrong in GTS. I think the configuration problem is in your ERP system. The "free-of-charge" indicator is set if:
- there is a Statistical Value but no Net Value, OR
- there is no Net Value but the Foreign Trade data is missing.
You should make sure that your TANN Item Category is configured with Pricing Type 'B' (pricing for free goods), and receiving 100% discount on the standard price. In that way, a positive Statistical Value should be determined, and the FoC indicator will follow the first rule above.
