Messages Deleteing after Reading

As of yesterday after reading email from my work Exchange 2010 server the messages disappear from my BB Tour. My Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail account are not doing this after reading messages. There have not been any changes to the Exchange server or BB and cannot find any information on what may be causing this or what settings to change.
Any suggestions?

After rebooting the phone for the 3rd time the problem went away, or at least it has for now.

8830 Calender Message deleted after 60 days

My Calender entries are automatically being deleted after 60 days when I sync with Outlook. The Calender Help menu has a section: "Set how long your device stores calendar entries" which says to click Options then Set the Keep Appointments field, however, there is no Keep Appointments field in the Calender/Options list of fields. How can I keep appointments for a longer time period?

Sender Mail adapter : Delete after reaD

I am working on a sender mail adpater. Now, my requirement is that once the XI reads the attachement of an unread mail, the status of the mail should be set to read.
In the sender mail adpater, there is a check box available :
Delete the mail once it has been read.
Do you suggest this will help or if you have any appraoch, please let me know.

I dont know about how to make the mail status unread after reading attachment but just for your information please be careful while using mail adapter on sender side as it affects performance and also it may delete all your inbox mails and that check box Delete the mail once it has been read. wont solve your problem.

For my sake, my contract makes all incoming SMS free of charges. I only pay for the SMS I send.

Messages Deleted After Restart

I just updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 8 last night and now whenever I restart my phone every message/conversation is deleted. Anyone know how to fix/prevent this?

I backed up my 4s to my mac, and proceded to Update the software, after that I then restored it with the backup i just did.. I go into my phone and all messages are GONE.. Contacts, pictures still there. Can anyone help with this problem??

I have the same problem - after restoring TWICE, everything is there BUT the messages/iMessages/texts are not there - I am very disappointed as I have 3 years worth of messages there. I suspect that they are still there inside the phone (as it shows that I have 6gb of stuff - I worked out which apps etc accounts for at least 3gb but the other 2gb, I believe it's the Messages itself.

I was texting a friend then suddenly iMessage stopped working, I thought it was her phone so I got her to turn off WiFi, restart her phone etc, nothing worked, so I restarted my phone and when I turned it back on ALL my messages were deleted. I never delete any messages and haven't for years so this was a very big list some with sentimental value, especially in recent weeks with Christmas and New Years etc, I do have a backup from November but haven't backed up since because I have been travelling and left my primary machine at home. Entourage emails hare marked for deletion after read on iPhone

I have a predicament that I cannot find a solution to.
My friend uses Entourage for her work email on her Mac.
The email account is an IMAP account.
When ever emails are downloaded to the iPhone and read, the email on Entourage has a strikethrough and is marked for deletion. The email then gets deleted from Entourage, the iPhone and the server once email is check on teh iPhone.
The only way to stop this is to disable the account on the iPhone.
Teh settings on Entourage are NOT set in anyway to delete or mark emails for deleteion.
Any ideas?

There is no setting available with the iPhone's mail client to mark a message for deletion that has been read with an IMAP account, nor am I aware of the same for an IMAP account with any email client.
If the read messages remain in the account's Inbox mailbox and are not marked for deletion - which moves the messages to the account's Trash mailbox, something else is wrong.
I suggest deleting and recreating the account as an IMAP account on the iPhone.

PO message deletion after processing

I manually added a output type in message (purcahse order output) it has processed incorrectly due to some reason..... Now I am unable to delete it gives me the below error

Diagnosis
You want to delete a successfully processed output. You can only delete successfully processed output using reorganization programs.
I need to delete this otput message how to do ???

All messages deleted after reboot(N96)

I was playing music in the background and as occasionally happens the phone reboots when using the music player.
This time I was writing a SMS when the phone rebooted. When it had completed rebooting all messages were gone. Recieved/sent/saved messages. Only thing left were the delivery reports....
anyone else experienced this? and is it possible to get the messages back?

i faced exactly the same problem..
i had an active call.. when I finished the call, my mobile jammed and non of the keys worked AT ALL..
so i removed the battery and we i re-started the mobile.. ALL MESSEGES (GONE WITH THE WIND) All .. inbox, sent, my folders,,, everything...
Thanx God i still have my old mobile which has most of the messages but i lost all the recent ones..
my mobile version is 10.065..
i had read that even with the updated version V11 ... they still have the same problem.. i don't wanna lose my messeges every time ..
by the way i am downloading V12 right now... i will try and see what is the end with our respected Nokia phones..!!

All text messages deleted after trying to send a picture message

I was trying to send a picture message from my camera roll when the screen went black with the Apple logo. My iPhone reset and then the lock screen appeared. I opened my text message app and all my messages were gone. Is there a way to recover my messages? They are very important and I need them. Delete File's after Reading on server

Hi All,
I am uploading & reading a CSV or Txt file which contains data. The servlet reads & successfully inserting date into the backend db tables.
For the uploading purposes i am using com.oreilly.servlet.MultipartWrapper servlet class which does successfully upload's the selected file from JSP page to the server location which i mentioned in web.xml.
Now my requirement is after reading the file from the uploaded location i want to delete the file. can anyone suggest me on this??
I have tried using file.delete(); method but it does not seem working. Any suggestions???

Mail w/ Gmail showing "important" messages in inbox as unread even when deleted and read on other devices

This is a werid one but hoping somehere here can help or at the very least someone from Apple is listening.
I'm using several Gmail accounts across all of my macs and iPhone / iPad. To be specific:
13" MacBook Air - Mid 2011
13" MacBook Pro - Mid 2012
27" iMac - Mid 2012
iPhone 5s
iPad Mini
(All Macs are running 10.9 with the latest build of Mac Mail 7 (1822). All software updates are performed on all machines. Both iDevices are iOS7 latest versions.)
All of my emails (5 gmail accounts and 2 exchange accounts) but one (a Gmail account) work just fine across all devices. I have one Gmail account that acts weird, but only on one mac (iMac 27"). Here is the issue:
On this account, all devices EXCEPT the iMac, when I read a message it shows up as read on all other devices. When I delete a message it deletes from all other devices (but is still accessable from All Mail folder). However on the iMac, it never shows up as read (still shows the blue dot next to it and still shows a number next to the mailbox name). If I delete a message on another device, someimtes on the iMac is remains in the inbox, sometimes it deletes.
Some further info that might help / things I have tried:
I tried Removing the acocunt and re-adding it to Mail.
I have tried reindexing all mail per Apple's method. This works, but as new mail comes in, and gets read on other devices, the problem returns.
I have tried to "rebuild mailbox" about 20 times. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. The problem always returns as above, after reading / deleting mail on other devices.
Sometimes just rebooting Mail seems to catch some of the items deleted on other devices, but not mail that is read on other devices
I also noticed that many of these mail itmes were labeled as "important" in GMail so I went in and switched Gmail out of the "important" mode and back to the classic. Then I reindexed and rebuilt again just to be sure. Now the mail is no longer labled Important, but the read counts are not correct and I'm still showing read mail as unread on this one device.
I have also deeply compared mail on my iMac and my MBA. All settings in preferences are the same.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? It's making it very hard to use my iMac for work and it's my primary machine. I'm cringing at the alternatives (outlook is simply not an option for me)
