Messages I send are not shown

I'm having some issues with the latest skype version and I'm hoping someone can assist me with this. So, I just reinstalled Windows 7 HP (64bit) after I used Dban to wipe my HDD (I had a bunch of files from previous installations). All of my drivers have been installed and everything is up to date. Once skype was installed, it loaded the chat history and everything worked fine. I could send and receive messages without an issue. But here is where the problem starts.
I restarted my computer after windows installed additional updates (some small hotfixes). When I came back online, I noticed I could no longer see the messages I was sending to friends. Nor could I see the ones they were sending me. Now, it's important to note that they can see the messages I type.
The other problem I have is when I press the "enter" key, the scroll bar on the right moves up to an earlier point in the chat. When I scroll back down, I cannot see any messages I have sent/received. I have already checked my IM settings to make sure when I press "enter" it sends the message.
At 11:22pm EST, it was working. At 12:44am EST it was not working.
I'm using Skype version 6.22. Does anyone else have these problems?

An issue like that generally occurs if your date/time is wrong or was wrong it the past contaminating the chat history file (main.db) with entries in the future. You would want to make sure your date/time is correct. If the file has future entries you will either need to remove them with 3rd party software, delete your history, or wait it out until the future date has passed.

When i receive message from a new non-saved contact and i add it to contacts in messaging by clicking on add contact, it saves it. But when i goto contacts i found it disappeared. Whereas in messages it is shown as saved. When i try to edit it, there's no delete option at the bottom as well. Is it a bug in ios6. Its very much hesitating. I've synced facebook ad hotmail contacts. In contacts i've selected the option select all. Can anybody please solve my issue?

well i had the same "problem" but have you checked the format in which you saved your numbers. for example as you said you are using t-mobile austria whenever you save a number as 0699xxxxxxxx the iPhone usually wont show the caller id.
what usually helps is when you always use the international-format
for example if its an austrian number 0043 699 xxxxxxxx
Or for a vienna-landline 0043 1 xxxxxxxx
and so on and so forth. just try it with one or two contacts and see if that is solving your problem. it solved that problem for me and also somebody else.
(by the way: im using t-mobile austria as well. but originally teh same happened to me with any other simcard i tried)

Please get me out of this issue. Suddenly messages( inbox, sent items, folders also) are not shown in my mobile. When I checked memory details I found messages occupied some memory in my memory card. Where I can check my messages in memory card. How do I get my messages back.

Approved and published items are not shown in the catalog search

Hello all,
We are implementing SRM 4.0 SSP scenario .
To support shopping of EBP we are also implementing CCM 2.0 as an add on.
Please note CCM and EBP are on same client and CAT & CSE are also on the same client.
No XI is involved. The catalog scheme was uploaded as CSV 2.0. The items for the catalog was created manually in CAT.
Although the item has the status "approved" and the procurement catalog which is also the master catalog was published successfully the item is not shown after searching by CSE in EBP. Also the categories of the scheme are not shown in the catalog search.
Do i have to approve the categories too and if yes can you explain me how to do this?
I think you see that I'm a newbie at srm and ccm and this problem is probably no real problem but I have not found any similar topics in the forum. So please can you help.

Bernd: the reason I asked about views is that you don't have any error messages. This might indicate that (a) you have no items in the view, or (b) there's something wrong with view-role-user assignment.
To check for (a), please go to the published procurement catalog, and go to Views tab. Check that your View is Active. Click on your View ID link to display view details. You should see a list of characteristics assigned to your view in Assign Characteristics sub-tab (the list should not be blank!). Go to Assign Items sub-tab. Navigate in your schema to find items that are supposed to be assigned to your view. You should see "Yes" in the "Assigned" column for those products. If you don't, then you simply don't have any items in your view.
Another thing I'd like you to check: when the user calls your procurement catalog for search, do you see the name of the catalog displayed just below the drop-down "Select Categories Hierarchically"?

File Systems are not shown in CCMS Monitoring

Hi Gurus,
We have installed all SAP components in Solaris 10 zones including Solution Manager.
Solaris File Systems are not shown in CCMS Monitoring under FileSystem. It looks like SAPOSCOL is not sending the OS data to CCMS. It does not show file systems in OS06 also.
The probles exists on Systems runnig in Solaris 10 zones only and NOT on systems running on individual Servers. [without Solaris zones]

You need take some special considerations while installing SOLMAN on SOLARIS 10 zones. Check these notes

PDFs are not shown correctly at more than 150% size

we use Adobe Reader 8.1.2 and we can´t change it in our company.
we now have the problems, that a few documents are not shown correctly, when they are shown with more than 150% on the screen.
at 150% the signature and some lines are shown, when we look at the document witz 177% the lines and the signatures disappear.
Does someone have the same problem AND a solution?

I'm having exactly the same problem with my 80gb ipod on my new laptop which is also running Windows 7 64 bit and iTunes 10.1.1.4.
I initially just tried syncing photos and according to iTunes it was still syncing after 4 hours, this was for 6700 photos and I wasn't asking for full resolution, but iPod just said Connected - Eject before disconnecting. I couldn't disconnect and in the end had to close iTunes before disconnecting, then there were no photos on the iPod.
Disconnected, rebooted then when I connected the iPod I got the message that it was synced to another PC which I expected so i click to erase and synch, iPod initially showed synching then went to Connected - eject message but itunes was saying "finishing synch" it showed this for hours and out of 6543 songs on the PC it was onlt showing 6002 on iPod. I stopped the synch trie dejecting but got same message Iancenaz got. Again had to close iTunes before I could disconnect iPod safely.
I'm going to try synching it back on mhy old laptop which is running Windows XP and an older version of iTunes as I suspect its either a Windows 7 or iTunes 10 problem.

It will not show anywhere; it is simply your account pic so you know you're using that particular account in Mail (if there is more than one).

Artworks are not shown in my iTunes

To save disck space on my MacBook I have all my music files on a external hard drive (and the iTunes files in the MacBook disk). However, very often, a lot of artworks that I put in my albuns are not shown when I open the Itunes. To refresh the album artwork I have to go inside each album and see the information of the albun's first music. Do you know any way to force Itunes to refresh the view of the artworks?

There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on seven different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary from version to version and OS to OS. So before anyone can help, they need information to work with. Basic stuff:
- What version of iPhoto.
- What version of the Operating System.
- Details. What were you doing when the problem arose?
- Did it ever work properly?
- Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
Anything else you can think of that might allow someone else to understand your issue.
With this kind of information somebody can develop a starting point for troubleshooting the issue.

More information means you get better assistance. (And no, more exclamation marks do not get help faster or make your issue seem urgent. They just make it seem like you have a stuck key )

German umlauts are not shown correctly, when a received e-mail is opened the first time. What can I do?

When I open a received e-mail the first time, German umlauts (ä, ö, ü) are not shown correctly. Instead of them there are characters like §,$. When I close the e-mails and open them again the German umlauts are shown correctly. I don't know how to solve that problem. Who can help me?

Not that I'm aware of. You just export JPEG copies to a folder that you can point iTunes to. For instance, I have created a folder in my Pictures folder called Apple TV. And within that folder I have other folders of pictures that I can choose from in iTunes to share with Apple TV. But there doesn't seem to be any way to share a Lightroom slideshow. If you have laid to create a video file that would probably work. Apple TV is a little clunky in my opinion. Some things are a little more difficult to do now than they were a while back. I probably haven't provided you with much help, but just keep experimenting and I think you will figure it out.
