Messages sent from iphone5 are recd as blanks

Messages sent form iphone5 are received as blanks at other end??

Details? Carrier? Location? Does this happen to all phones you send to?
To note, are you sending non-standard latin characters (umlauts & accents) to phones other than iPhones?
For example:Österreich, résume
If so, stop doing that, carriers don't support those characters for some strange reason.

  • Messages sent from iMessanger on Mac wont come through on my iPhone

    Hey there,
Ive been sending messages from iMessenger on my Mac to friends and they are receiving them on their phones and Mac messengers from me as normal, however they dont come through on my iPhone. So I have two seperate messages happening.. I can have conversations with friends from my phone or computer but they are not syncing up together. How am I able to have messages sent from my Mac appear on my iPhone?
Hopefully that wasnt too confusing, kind of hard to explain.
    Thanks in advance!

Go into iMessages settings to see what e-mail is linked with the account. If your daughters email is listed there, that is the reason you are receiving her iMessages.

  • My wife and I each have an iPhone 4S. With the upgrade to ios6 all text messages sent from my phone show up on hers to include responses from my text. text that she sends from her phone appear as if from mine. How do we stop it?

My wife and I each have an iPhone 4S. Ever since the upgrade to ios6, text messages sent from my iPhone also appear on hers? All response to those text also show up on both devices. Likewise, text sent by her appear to others as having been sent from my iPhone. I have tried turning group messages off but nothing works. How can I correct this on both phones? Appreciate any help.

You need a separate email address but you've already ruled out that solution.

  • System message 38 from work area ssfcomposer does not exist in va03

    Hi,
I created a smartform copy from standard, it is working good for all sales order, but for perticular one sale order it shwing error like
system message 038 from work area ssfcomposer does not exist.
i have long item line in this sale order what can i do please help me.
    Regards
    KK

If I am not wrong, I guess you are using template/table inside your smartform.. which is causing the error.
I issue could be because of the condition on the text inside the template which might be overlapping the output structure line and column. The issue can be also be because of your table cell.
To trouble shoot place a false condition(like 1 = 2) first on table and if error still occurs then remove condition on table and place it on structure.
I guess, the above answer will help you to close the thread.

  • HTC Sensation not able to open text messages sent from iPhone4 iOS6

Up until I installed iOS 6, my friend had no trouble receiving and opening a standard (green) text message sent from my iPhone4. After the new install, his phone receives the message but as a text file that won't open. He hasn't changed anything on his end nor have I changed anything else, so I'm assuming this must be the culprit. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Thank you for any suggestions.

  • Messages sent from secondary mailboxes getting stuck in Outbox.

I have two users who recently began having a problem with messages sent from secondary mailboxes getting stuck in their Outbox.
    The details:
    We're using Exchange Server 2010 version 14.03.0224.002
Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1
    Office 2010 version 14.0.7140.5002 (32-bit)
The user in question whom I will call Jane has full rights and send as rights to the department's mailbox (which I will call "Common"), however, the Outlook profile on her computer is setup so that Common is the default mailbox
and Jane is a secondary mailbox.
The problem is that in the last few weeks messages send from Jane get stuck in the Outbox.  We have recreated Jane's Outlook profile on her computer which resolves the problem, but only for a day or two before it begins to happen again.
Additional info: Jane logs into her computer and her email as herself. As stated above she has full rights and send as rights to Common. Common also has full rights and send as rights to Jane's email.
We have used this setup successfully for many years for several of our users. The problem started with one user a few weeks ago and now a second user who accesses a different Common mailbox is having the same problem.  Both systems have been
thoroughly checked for viruses and malware, etc.
    Anybody got any ideas?

The same thing happens to me. Really irritating. However, even after rebooting, the mail is sometimes stuck in the outbox. Anybody have a solution?

  • Messages sent from a shared mailbox aren't saved to the Sent Items.

Messages sent from a shared mailbox aren't saved to the Sent Items.
In my enviroment , I have Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2007 - i have a shared mailbox called
ServiceDesk. I have added this mailbox to user "Mike" and given mike "Send as Permission" .
    The problem
When ever mike sends an email from ServiceDesk
    - the email goes to his personal sent items instead of the sharedmailbox
sent items. Is there a way to force any email sent from serviceDesk Mailbox to its own sent items folder? .

    Hi,
    This is maybe the wrong forum for this question, but anyway;
Thie site you were pointing out's solution is valid.
Please look in to the following KB article that describes the steps needed to solve this issue. A hotfix package (which you might not need and a  a "fixit" dowload for it, but will also change the registry key.
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/972148
If you have a larger environment and would want to deploy the registry value, I'd suggest using Group Policy Preferences Registry settings.

You need to setup different Receive At addresses for iMessage.
If you don't want the same pics on each, turn off PhotoStream.

Hii, Hii, Hii how can i see the number of sms i had sent from iphone5????

Log into your carriers web site to check or use app for that carrier.  The total count will be there.
    An example: for Verizon https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/my-verizon-mobile/id416023011?mt=8

My iPod doesn't deliver the messages sent from Messages, what do I do? I've tried everything, from restoring it to simply restarting it.

You cannot update your ipod from the ipod itself.  This is only possible once you have ios 5.
You update it the you always have.  Open itunes, connect ipod.  It will prompt you to update, if an update is available.
If you have the 1st gen ipod touch, then you have the latest upate:  3.1.3

  • Message sent from RWB but not reflected in SXMB_MONI

    Hello Experts,
I have a SOAP - RFC synchronous scenario. I am sending a message from RWB to PI system. It shows message sent in RWB and the message details are reflected in the RWB->message monitoring ->Adapter Engine as 'Successfull'. But no in RWB->message monitoring->Integration Engine.
The message does not reflect in SXMB_MONI either. All other scenarios are working fine except this.
Also on checking the status of Sender communication channels in RWB it shows 'yellow' with reason channel may be inactive or unitialised. Whereas i have checked the communiaction channels in ID, their status is Active.
    Kindly advice a solution.
    Thanks in advance,
    Elizabeth.

    Hi,
Your message processed from sender adapter. But seems there is some problem in reaching IE. Check out your wsdl file. check when define a web service, have u given right url. Is it like this
http://[server]:[port]/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:[sender communication channel service]:[sender communication channel name]
and also make sure whether you given the right http port name, sender business system name , sender message interface in the following step of define web service.  and the port name is important you can fine http port for your PI server by going to SMICM tcode. in that press shift + F1
You altova xmlspy software for testing purpose. You can download free 30 day trial version from altova website. once you installed in it.
Go to xmlspy software. the menu you can find a "SOAP". underthis menu you can find create soap request. select that it will ask the wsdl file. give the wsdl file which you are created in define web service step. after that in xmlspy
menu->soap->send request to server. then it ill ask user name and password to connect with the PI server.  then you will get the rfc response if u successfully connected with PI sever.
    for more details,

but in this website they didnt use xmlspy some other third party software. good luck

  • Messages sent from GroupWise client appear in sender Mailbox

    Hello All,
When using GroupWise object API to enumerate messages in the Mailbox folder, I found that messages that appear in the Sent Items folder are also returned in the Messages collection of the Mailbox folder. Although, when using GroupWise client UI, they cannot be seen in Mailbox folder.
I tried properties like Hidden to see if the messages are hidden, but this flag is false for those messages. I also tried to use the EnclosingFolders collection which returns the folder messages are contained in, but that too returns Mailbox. The messages that can be seen in Sent Items from the GroupWise client UI also have the EnclosingFolders property set to "Mailbox".
How do we correctly filter out messages to replicate the view that we get in GroupWise client UI?
Some more information, I have enabled Retention on this particular mailbox, if that makes any difference.
This is my first encounter with GroupWise servers and these behaviors don't make sense to me. If anyone can shed some light into these areas I would be grateful to them.
    Regards,
    Saju

    Hello Preston,
Thanks for the explanation. Looks like the BoxType property is the key to filter out unwanted messages.

    Saju

By default, all sent items are created in the Mailbox folder.
The GWClient, by default, filters out the sent items when
showing the Mailbox folder. You can change the properties to
    show the sent items.
You will need to handle the filtering on your side.

  • Saving Messages sent from PC suite

    Hi
I'm using the latest PC Suite with XP and a 6230i handset. No problems with connectivity, but one small irritation.
Can I save messages generated and sent from PC Suite to my phone Sent box. When I press save from the message window, I am only permitted to save to the computer drive. The system then syncs messages but does not transfer the new message to the phone.
Is this possible or do I have to live with a separate Sent Box for PC generated messages.
    Cheers
    Graeme

I have exactly the same configuration, i.e., 6230i and WinXP on the PC. I read the above post and upgraded from PC Sync 6.81 to 6.82. Now if I send a message from the PC through the phone, the message looks like it is not saved in the "Sent Messages" folder on the PC. It DOES save in the "Sent Messages" folder on the phone.
If I then refresh the sent messages folder on the PC, a blank message appears in the PC, i.e., just an envelope and a globe with a blank line under "Message" and a date from 01 January 1601. Nokia must be a very old company, but I do not seem to recall hearing about mobile phones the 17th Century. Is Nokia re-writing history?
Maybe it is time for version 6.83?
