Messaging on N97 - Cant store emails in Mass Memor...

I'd really appreciate some help with this one. I've been wrestling this phone for the last week to get the messaging to 'just work' but it keeps doing its own thing. I am referring to the Messaging application that comes with the phone, not the Email one you can download. That had its own problems (just not working either) and I dumped it after 2 days.
I've set up my gmail account and want it to store the messages on the Mass Memory partition of the phone, as the Phone Memory only has 1mb free right now (not sure why its full). Every time I change the setting (in Messaging, Settings, Other, Memory in use) I change it to 'E: mass memory'. This works fine for an hour or so. Then the messaging application disconnects and the next time I go to connect it, I get a message saying "Cannot access selected memory. Messages will be stored in Phone Memory" .... WHY???????
This is incredibly frustrating. Then when I restart the phone it asks me to set up my account again. And then it seems like there are two gmail mailboxes, one on the Phone Memory and one in the Mass Memory.
Anyone else experience this?

Why my Z10 cant retain emails and SMS

Dear BB,
I am a Blackberry user since 2011. My previous bb is a curve 9300. i just got a Z10 from my Local Provider, Globe Telecoms Philippines.
I would like to ask if you can help me with my concern with my Z10. I noticed that it cant retain my emails and sms. After a few days, the received SMS and emails is being deleted one by one until its completely wiped-out for a particular date. I dont have this problem with my 9300. my old phone can store emails and sms up to 2000 entries, it only got wiped out if i maxed out my phone memory.
BTW, I already have a 32GB sd card (class100 and my OS is 10.0.10.32.
I hope you can help me on this, maybe i just need to do the correct settings or something.
Appreciate your immediate response, this phone feature i very useful in my line of worl.

Are you aware of the 'Delete Prior' feature?
What is the frequency of this behaviour (Once, once a week, once a day, etc)?
What type of email accounts are set up on the BlackBerry smartphone? (POP, IMAP, ActiveSync ect.)
Do they use a holster, case, or just put the device in their pocket?

Getting user name or password incorrect message when trying to access email

I keep getting an incorrect user name or password message whenever I try to get into my mail. Also, my mail has not been updating anything since Thursday. I have the 1st edition iPad

thanks for your response, still no luck with deleting messages problem. this problem just started without us doing anything different than we normally do,we tried deleting to trash but we still get the same message along the bottom of the screen

Cant send emails stuck in my outbox?

Hi, have read just about every query and reply regarding messages stuck in outbox, and have tried just about every suggestion and tip going, but my mail still sits there stubbornly refusing to go.
I tried rebooting; I tried refreshing; I tried going into settings and verifying the email account; I tried re-entering the default account; I tried closing the app and restarting it; I tried double pressing the home button; you name it I tried it, but nothing works. Those emails are just sitting there refusing to budge. I am at my wits end!
Please can somebody give me some more things to try?! Thank you.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Why does my iPad2 only store emails from the last 3 or 4 days? I have it set up to store the last 1000 messages but I can't seem to keep them...

What is the account type - POP, IMAP, or Exchange?
If a POP account, are you also accessing the account with an email client on your computer? If so, what is the account setting for removing messages from the server after being downloaded with the email client used on your computer for accessing the account?

In Mail's Window Menu, choose Connection Doctor, any red dots for status, if so what is the message?

Cant receive emails from outlook

Need help please....cant receive emails on my iphone from my outlook....send is fine. i have talked with the cust service people and we had it working and then it just stopped...i dont get it but im sure its very simple. i have tried deleting and adding account again but doesnt seem to work....any suggestions?

Any error message provided when the account is checked for new messages with your iPhone?
Do you leave Outlook on your computer launched and running actively checking the account for new messages while your iPhone is doing the same?
If so, this can pose a problem. Although it is possible to access a POP account with more than one email client, a POP account is designed to be accessed with a single email client only. Only one email client at a time can be communicating with the incoming mail server - checking the account for new messages and/or downloading new messages received at the incoming mail server.
If Outlook is launched and running, quit Outlook to see if this makes any difference with your iPhone.

I just set up my home today previoulsy changed over from orange, I have 4 email accounts spread between btconnect and organgehome.
I have searched high and low to find how to set the email preferences in outlook 2003 and can recive but cant send emails and I wondered if any one could help.
I have selected the outgoing server authentication tab as this seemed a common problem for others that I have found in FAQs, however for me it dont work.

Are you getting any error messages ?
For non BTinternet email addresses, you normally need to do something called address verification. See my shortcuts option 0e on this topic.

Cant send emails with attachments

All of a sudden I cant send emails with attachments from my iphone or iPad.
Has anyone else had similar issues?
I have deleted and reset the accounts up and also tried different devices all with the same problem.
