Messed Up Call Log and Ring List

Hello All,
I've run into a problem that happened after some scheduled, but headache inducing network maintenance. For a short while our CUCM was offline and now a lot of our phones cannot access the ringlist.xml file, do not log missed calls, and our CUCM reports some aborted TFTP transfers when I try to upload new configs to the screwed up phones.
I cleared these issues on one of my phones by deleting the ITL, but before I go around to three hundred phones to delete ITL's by hand I would like know; does anyone know if a simple CUCM restart would fix these issues or am I looking at hands-on work?
-This is CUCM version 8.6

You can first check the replication status on all servers and make sure it is 2 on every node. If not, you can troubleshoot as per the following link

A restart of ccm service on all the nodes can be tried before you go ahead and start deleting ITL files on all the phones.
If there were any IP address / hostname changes during the maintenance window, it could also create problems.

  • Random resets, erased call logs, and faulty bb messenger

    Apologies in advance if this has been discussed, but after a quick search, I couldn't find anything.
    Prior to getting a 4GB memory card, I had a problem where people would ping me on BB messenger and I'd get the smiley icon.  After checking the chat log, it only shows the last message sent, rather than the new message, leaving the smiley face icon still active.
    In addition to this, my curve wouldn't save my call logs and would automatically delete some text messages.  I linked this problem to insufficient on-phone memory and get a new card, to which it was solved with the occasional bugs.
    Lately, my phone's been randomly resetting, deleting the texts and call logs, and gave me the BB messenger issue again.  It's frustrating doing the hard reset (taking battery out) as a quick fix, and rather, I'd like to figure out the source of the problem and remedy that.
    Does anyone know what's going on?
    On a side note, my memory card doesn't snugly fit in the slot.  My latch, for some reason, doesn't close tightly and is not completely aligned with the track.  I figure the battery pushes the card in tight enough to not bring up issues, and I confirm that I've never had issues accessing my music or pictures stored on the memory card.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    You have 64 mb of total memory on your device. You sent that you have 5mb free.
    15 mb free would be considered a minimum.
    Most people close the applications by pressing the escape or red key. This does not close the applications.
    Each application has a close option. For instance if you are in the calendar hit the menu key (spotted key) and scroll down to the bottom close is listed. 
    When done using the browser, press menu and options, select cache operations,
    clear all categories and hit escape it will clean the browser cache.

  • Emails, Call Logs and BlackBerry Messenger messages deleted

    Almost exactly 2 years from the date I got my BlackBerry Curve 8300, my emails, call logs and BlackBerry Messenger messages keeps getting deleted without notice.  The BlackBerry then stalls until I remove the battery and I log on again. Can anyone help me idetify the problem and how I can resolve this?

  • Losing call logs and message logs unexpectinly.

    Well to start off I've gone through numerous types of phones. I finally got the curve and haven't had any major problems until now. Last nite I got done looking on myspace and went to check my text messages and all except my emails were gone. Then I checked my call log and all the numbers were wiped out. I went to bed thinking it was a one time thing. However this morning it did it again and I don't even know if my weather alerts were delivered or not. My memory card shows I still have 1.7 space to use out of the 2.0. I'm wondering if it couldn't be my myspace since I just added it two nites ago. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. I don't know where else to turn for help and I'm not that advanced with this kind of things. Thank you in advance.

    Check out the memory threads. It sounds like you are maxed out on device memory. There are several threads on this subject. I hope this points you in the right direction.

    Unfortunately, it contains nothing useful -- except for formal recognition by BlackBerry of the issue. We would then hope that a future OS release will correct it.

  • Call logs and texts deleting

    Hi all I have been having some problems with my blackberry as well keeps deleting all call logs and sms from my phone and I have no idea why also email is having the same problems this has just started a couple of days ago any idea's any help with be very much appreciated many thanks

    Low memory on your device... very common if you don't a little maintenance on the memory now and then.
    First thing? Check the File Free at Options > Status, what is the number at File Free? Now, remove the battery of your device, hold a minute, replace and reboot. What is the File Free now?

  • Nokia C3 - unable to delete call log and some mess...

    Hi,
    I wonder if you can help me, I have tried to delete my call log from my phone however I get an "invalid selection" error message.  The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete. 
    Also I have tried to delete some of my messages but all that has happened is the messages appear to be blank and I get the error "Error Occurred, Deletion not completed". 
    I have spoke to phones 4 u who I got my phone through and they have said they will have a look and it may need to go away to be sorted.  I have tried a soft and hard reset but this has not worked.  I was wondering if there was anything else I could try before I take it in.

    I have managed to fix the problem with the messages, I backed up messages and restored them but I am still having issues with my call log. 
    Can anyone please help, I really dont want to hand my phone over to phones 4 u for 10 days.

  • IPhone 6 Random Reset and deleting call log and texts?

    Anyone else have an issue where their carrier setting were updated, and afterwards their phone randomly reset? I updated my carrier setting, (My phone prompted me to). After that, it did a reset, and when it came back, all my texts and call logs were deleted. I'm curious if it was just a glitch? Or if anyone else is having these issues.

    I do not know your experience level, so if you know this I'm sorry but please read and let me
    know if this applies.

    Each application has a CLOSE option. For instance if you are in the calendar hit the menu key (spotted key) and scroll down to the bottom CLOSE is listed. Go through each application and press close. Go into the browser press menu and options select cache operations clear all categories and hit escape it will say cleaning memory.
    Go to options - security - memory cleaning - enable it. The BB will now clean memory when idle for 5 minutes. (if you have that option)
    Use the steps in this article by JSANDERS for reclaiming memory. Contained in the article is JCLARS OPTIMIZE YOUR MEMORY GUIDE.

  • Problem with call log and email signature.​..

     Hi, I have 2 little problem with my BB
    First, the day won't appear in the call logs. It only displays the month like 08/dd.

    Second, when I send emails, my signature gets all mixed up because of my french punctuation, any idea why ?

    Wow, that's REALLY low. That number means there's only 6MB free. It's recommended to have AT LEAST 15MB free. Check under Options | Status, hit the menu button, then choose Database Sizes. What number is listed for Total Size at the top?
    If the Content Store is really big then that means all of the media files (pictures, videos, etc) are being saved in the device memory rather than on a media card. Does your boss have a media card to store the media on?
    Did you also change the Keep Appointments setting to something lower like you did with the Keep Messages setting?

    My 8830 is
    1) not keeping my calls logged even though I have set it to log all calls and
    2) erasing my record of emails older than one week, even though I have set it to keep all my emails and messages for 5 months.

    You're facing memory constraints in your device. Perform the following steps -
    Give a soft reset by removing the battery for 30sec.
    Check how much memory is free in your device to Options -> Status -> Free Memory. To view all the database size go to Option -> Status -> click Menu button then select Database Sizes
    Delete less frequently used application. To delete go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> highlight the application you want to delete -> click Menu and select Delete
    If you stored your picture in device memory them move them to your media card

  • What is an easy way to log and share lists (grocery, mileage) with my wife?

    My wife and I have all the Apple devices and would like an easy way to share lists; specifically, a grocery list and a mileage list.  The latter is for whenever each of us drives our personal vehicle for business use.
    If it was just me, I can create a Numbers spreadsheet and save it to the Cloud.  Then, it's accessible from all my Apple devices.  But she and I need to be able to hit the same documents.
    I've seen some apps in the iOS AppStore, but don't need all those bells and whistles.  Can't I just grant her access to my Numbers document in my cloud or something?

    If you are both on the same iCloud account, then by far the easiest way to share (and update) notes is to use the Notes app. I use it for all of my "to do" and "grocery lists" among other things. I can updae it on my Mac, and with I go to the store - it is there waiting for me on my iPhone! No syncing, required, If is check somethng off, or delete it, then if my husband is looking at/using the same list, he knows that itm is taken care of.
    Not sure if this fits your needs, but it works great for us!

  • Time logs and task lists

    My previous all-in-on offered numerous forms, etc. to print from the printer. Now it seems that I must join the web center printing to get the same?? Is that correct?? My objection is to the contract, which seems to say that joining allows HP to use private information, to keep my faxes and to use contact information from same to advertise. IS THAT CORRECT???  Is that the only way I will now get the time log forms and the task lists, etc. that used to be available as part of buying this printer?

    I have an HP Officejet 6700 Premium, which is a new one. On the earlier version, I could just print the forms from the printer itself, with out going through the process of signing for the web service - -to which I alluded in my question.
    Also, this scanner is not as user-friendly as my first one on the review screen.  I didn't expect such changes to the same model.
    anyway-- back to my original question. Like said, the model is 6700 Premium, which in general is a very nice unit.

  • Log and Transfer List...

    This may be a P2 noob question but...
    Is there any way to clear this list?
    When I click to delete, it seems it will delete the media. Am I correct?
    I don't wish to do this - just to clear the queue for lack of better/correct terms.
    The window has all the P2 I've ever ingested... So it's starting to be a lot to go through. Just would like the window to only contain what I've selected for that current session.

    Are you talking about the list on the left hand side above the queue? If so select all the clips and hit the eject button. It's right beside the load button. There is no delete button in the L&T window that I know of.

    With the URL of the feed one can check it in iTunes and submit it to FeedValidator as a first-line method of locating problems. It's nearly impossible to read right through a long feed's text looking for the one tiny error which may have borked it. With both URLs it's much easier to check things - including whether iTunes is using the feed the originator thinks it is (not always the case).
    If you've been getting quick updates in the Store you've been lucky; the Store checks feeds in some sort of rotation and so it depends where you happen to be in the cycle when you upload a change.
