Messed up frame in final result! This is nuts! any ideas?
Hi,
I exported a project in Motion (PAL, upperfield first, anamorphic, compressor: NONE)
I had the exact same settings in Final Cut Pro
I edited this clip just with a simple fade in from black. (by using the track black line to fade in)
And in the end result, there is a totally messed up frame just at the point where the "fade in" reaches 100%.
The frame looks like if it went trough an earthquake (messed up colors, fields,...) looks like a bad render, or a rendermistake.
I tried re-rendering it several times.. no progress.
what is going on?

This is what I see, just for the length of 1 frame, just between parts in timeline that had to be rendered, and parts that are not rendered.
I make animation and FX, I don't use source footage, I start creating stuff in Motion, choosing the normal settings, 720x576, anamorphic, compressor None
I export this as Quicktime movies in this same format, and import it in a sequence with this same settings. FCP doesn't even have to render, unless you start messing with the "clip overlays" or add FX..
FCP makes some sort of a render mistake, and it never happened before.. So I can't find the source of the problem..
Only option is using another compressor. But that's not me to descide. That's my customer.

There are a couple things that I would recommend trying. Try closing all open applications and power cycle the device. Next, go through the section labeled Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in the second article below. If the issue persists, try completely signing out of the iTunes Store on the iOS device and sign back in. Be sure to test downloading an application after each step.

When I try to sync my ipad using itunes I get the following message. This iPad cannot be synced. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation. Any ideas how this can be resolved?

I just got a notice to update my firefox to 4.0 and when I downloaded the new software it indicated: that I can't open the application "Firefox" because it is not supported on this architecture. Any ideas about what might be wrong and how to fix it?

Everytime I click a .pdf file on a webpage, I get an error stating I need to accept the Adobe Acrobat TOS but there I do not see a place to complete this task. Any ideas how to solve?
Open Adobe Reader, then accept the EULA.

Even though there are over 200 photos on my ipad, after trying both methods of importing and connecting with a lead, a message appears saying that there are no photos on this device. Any ideas?
Did you connect your iPad to your computer then open the application on your computer that transfers photos from a camera? Your computer should recognize the iPad as a camera. All photos in the Camera Roll on the iPad should then be seen and you should be able to copy them to the computer using that application.
Photos that were synced to your iPad by connecting to your syncing computer cannot be copied back this way as the master file for those photos are on the syncing computer. -
I have just restored my iPad. When I try to set it up, it tells me that my configuration can not be downloaded. Never seen this before. Any ideas?

I would be concerned too if I was not able to gain access to my iPad. If you are unsure what your Apple ID is, you can find the steps in this article:

You can reset a forgotten Apple ID password by going to the following link:

Also, you may be able to skip the step of entering your Apple ID if you are setting up the iPad for the first time.

I broke my ipod 5 generation ipod and had some pretty important notes on there and it will not start again. I also have an ipod 4th generation and I was wondering if you could use icloud or something to restore my notes on to this ipod. Any ideas?
If you had been syncing notes on your iPod with iCloud before this happened, go to icloud.com and confirm that your notes are still there. If they are, you could either email them to yourself one at a time from icloud.com or you could sign into your icloud account on your other iPad in Settings>iCloud and turn Notes to On to sync them to your other iPod.

When attempting to set up iCloud on my iMac I receive the following error message "To use the 'iCloud' preferences pane, System Preferences must quit and reopen."

change your password
ensure your billing information is up-to-date

you only want to sync from 1 or the other. not both. i recommend sticking with one backup area. in your info section of itunes, make sure that you are not selecting to replace the data on the device.
