Meta Knight pre-order has not updated at all.

Hello, I preorder Meta Knight about 3 minutes after he went up for a little on Monday. I've started to see that a lot of people have gotten their order today while mine has stayed stuck on "preordered, release date is 02/20/2015" Since Monday. I haven't gotten any updates through email or text at all. So what's the deal? Is it a glitch of some kind? Could my Meta Knight have shipped but the status not update? Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet heard from the Bayamon store about your pre-order.
Generally speaking, for items pre-ordered in our stores, you should have five days to pick up your product. For the best and most accurate information, however, I recommend contacting or visiting the store.

My pre-order has not & will not download.

I pre-ordered an album awhile ago and have yet to receive it. Everytime I try to download it, i-tunes either says that all my music has already been doenloaded or that it is no longer available in my area. It's really starting to tick me off & I don't know what to do about it. It really makes me not want to pre-order anything from i-tunes anymore. I want the album and what was promised if you pre-order the album. I keep trying to use the help & the contact us on i-tunes but it just keeps sending me around in circles. I hate that when you try to contact i-tunes online, all they seem to do is run you around in a big circle over and over and over and over again. It's really annoying and frustrating. Re: Pre-order has not shipped

First off I want to say how bad my pre-order so far is going with Watch dogs. I have pre-ordered games from many places and I am yet to receive a game not on the release date. However today will be the day that changes. With the holiday yesterday, I expected games to be shipped on saturday. Gamefly sent them out on Saturday so why wouldn't Best Buy be able to? I chose standard shipping because when ordering from other places when you chose shipping like this they switch it to release day shipping so the gamer can get the game ON RELEASE DAY. However not only is best buy going to fail to do so they are going to make me wait another 3-5 days to receive the game. I live 45 minutes away from the closest Best Buy and would drive to get it rather than wait this long to get a game. As of right now the game hasn't even shipped. Oh yeah to top things off its my birthday tomorrow. So thanks Best Buy you always find ways to amaze me.

Best Buy ships pre-orders as soon as we can to ensure it reaches our customers as close to release date as possible. Our customers also have different shipping options, explained on our Shipping Costs & Timing page on BestBuy.com, as well as Store Pickup for most releases to make sure that they can get the game in a manner appropriate for them.
I am sorry to hear that you may not receive your pre-orders as expected. You should be able to keep an eye on your tracking number to anticipate when you will receive it. Pre-order has not shipped

I have pre-ordered an item coming out on Tuesday and it has not shipped yet. It was pre-ordered in March. When I ordered it, I fully expected to have it in my hands on Tuesday, which is no longer the case as it seems. Is this how Best Buy operates? I know that your competitors ship a few days ahead of the release date. I know that some people's bestbuy.com pre-orders have shipped, so why not mine too? Best Buy, you have yet another unhappy customer and I have no intentions of shopping here in the future.

Pre order has not download

I pre ordered Love is on the radio by Mcfly it came out on 24th November but it has never downloaded on any of my devices. I have been on Itunes and checked for downloads but it says there are no downloads. on the store it just says purchased and I have no idea how to actually download it!
can anyone help!

Choose Store > View My Appie ID, then click Manage Pre-orders, which located in the Settings section at the bottom of the Account Information screen in iTunes on your computer.
From the Mange Pre-orders screen, click the Cancel button to the right of the pre-order item you would like to cancel. You'll be asked to confirm your pre-order cancellation.

If your pre-order of Batman Arkham Knight was picked up or shipped within 7 days of the official release day (6/23/2015), then you should qualify for the "Get $10" pre-order bonus. It can usually take up to 20 days for points to officially post to a member's My Best Buy™ account. After looking over your account, I can see why the bonus points have not posted and it has to do with the time of the day you placed your pre-order.
With that being said, your pre-order may not have actually been a pre-order. I am going to send you a private message so that I can go over your pre-order and your My Best Buy™ account with you in additional detail. To check your private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the little yellow envelope icon located at the top of the page.

It is just a black screen, and occasionally the white apple will appear as if it were turning on, but it won't turn on. I just need some suggestions on what to do!

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

My podcast has not updated in over two months. Ive tried everything to get it working. Please Help

My feed has not updated in the store for over two months. I now have three new episodes in there which are not showing up.
Everything works fine through itunes, i can see all episodes and my feed validates with the feed validator.
About 2 months ago my artwork dissappeared from the feed and since then it has never updated again.
Hope someone can help.

Hi Roger, just to update you on the situation.
I did some more digging into the problem im having and it was suggested that i tried re-submitting the feed to the store.
On doing so i got the error message that my hosting does not have byte-range support which it seems a lot of people are having problems with. Having read further it seems apple introduced these changes around the time my podcast stopped updating which seems to tie into how the issue started.
So i created a test feed with one episode and a link to a media file from a working podcast and still it would not submit, i was getting the 'We have difficulty reading this feed. Connection Reset error'
Luckily i have another hosting provider so i uploaded the exact same test feed and the feed got accepted.
So i have come to the conclusion that my host does not have byte-range support but also it seems this is stopping it reading the actual .xml file as well as the .mp3 content which from reading other posts should not happen.
So im in the process of uploading the latest episode to my host that has byte-range support enabled and im going to update my current feed with one episode and a link to the .mp3 file on the server with byte-range support enabled and im hoping fingers crossed the feed updates.
Obviously i can set up a new feed on the server with byte-range support enabled but if my current feed fails to update at all im concerned i will never be able to update the feed again and therefore never be able to add the feed URL redirect code in order to keep my subscribers.
Thought id share this with you as it may help you in helping others having similar problems.

opened a new Prepaid mobile added to my account which has not happened also had alot of trouble rechargeing with Voucher because the my account was not showing after number of phone calls to Telstra and being told by robot can't do that ring this number same answer rang again and used a different answer got through to overseas call centre very nice but had np idea what i wanted recharge my prepaid finally someone worked out to recharge with voucher.My problem now is my account still has not updated so I can recharge more when needed???

My Mail has frozen - can access my hotmail through Safari but Mail now has a blank rectangle on the screen and the inbox underneath it has not updated for 2 days

Mail giving problems. Small white rectangular box comes up on screen and inbox underneath has not updated for 2 days.
I can use Safari to get new messages but, since getting this laptop, when I go to Hotmail via Safari old messages self delete every so often, whereas via Mail messages stay in the inbox unless I actually delete them. Any suggestions?

Here is a photo of what I see when I tap on the mail icon to open it. It stays there for a second or two and then goes dark. Then I actually have to put my iPad into sleep mode in order to use it again. The app will NOT close no matter what I do, just shutting it down or put it in sleep and then restart it.
here is when I tap the mail icon. It looks like an empty page but you will see the format of the mail page. Next photo is what is see after a second. And the last photo is what I see before the iPad locks up or Les blank. I hope this makes things clearer as to what the problem is. Thanks for your help, hope this helps! Diane May.

Titanfall Collector's Edition Pre-order has disappeared from my account!!

I recently went in to check on pre orders that will be coming out soon, that I have reserved over the past few months and discovered some errors. There are 2 seperate pre orders that are completely missing from my account that were on it before hand. One was for South Park The Stick of Truth collector's edition(which I did in the Henrietta, NY store), and one for the Titanfall Collector's Edition for Xbox One(at the Greece,NY store). Unfortunately I do not have my receipt for the south park pre-order so I figured you cannot assist me with that one, So I went through and did that one again online. I do however still have my Titanfall receipt, and it is completely missingfrom my rewards account. I also preordered Infamous Second Son the same day as Titanfall and that is still on my account, so I do not understand why the one is missing. I did do a missing rewards point claim on it but no word back on that after 3 days. I can provide order number, and a screenshot upon request.

Being that points are not awarded until a pre-order has shipped or been picked up, it is common for a pre-order to not appear within a member's My Best Buy™ account. Once the games have officially been released, you should see points post to your account within 20 days. If you qualify for points and for some reason they do not post within about 20 days, then let us know and we will make sure they are added to your account.
To ensure your South Park pre-order is still active, please send me a private message with any and all details you may have regarding the pre-order. Do you remember when you placed the pre-order? How did you pay for the pre-roder. Basically, any information you can remember. You can send a private message by clicking on the blue button located within my signature.

With F110 transaction i'm printing Payment summary and Remittance form by using YDFI_RFFOEDI1 ( Copy of RFFOEDI1)
Program variant.
Spool is generating Payment summary and Remittance form along with Error log as below.
