Metadata under the Page Properties is not there - even though I have the latest March 15 Update. ?? Help. Why is this?

It's only there for "normal" pages, not master pages.

Make sure that Firefox closes properly and that that there are no longer Firefox or plugin-container processes left on the Processes tab in the Task Manager. Otherwise session restore will reopen the page(s) from the previous session.

I have these movies downloaded on the old computer from digital hd redeemed codes: Fantastic Mr. Fox, Super 98, Thor, Inception, The Hunger Games, and Star Trek Into Darkness. I bought Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on itunes with money, and that one isn't showing up either. When I search it on itunes to see if I can just re-download it, that isn't an option. I would have to buy it again. Home Sharing isn't what I want because the old computer will not be here forever and it is not connected to wifi.
It's kind of a lot of movies, and I want them on the new computer.

Sounds like it may just be enlarged. Have you tried holding down the <ctrl> key and moving the mouse up and down, or scrolling your finger up and down if you have a magic pad.

My Creative design will not redownload even though I have the correct serial number

After installing LR CC my apps are now the trial versions, including PS 2014 even though I have the Photographers subscription. Thoughts anyone?

I had to sign out and then in again on the CC App to get LR CC to run but then everything has gone to trial version. I've signed in and out, deactivated and reinstalled the apps but nothing's worked. I even checked my account and it has the CC free membership listed against my account even though I'm a paid subscriber to the photographers CC plan. Not exactly the upgrade I was looking for! Any ideas?
I'm running 64 bit windows 8.1

I decided to uninstall Adobe Desktop Manager and reinstall, and seems to have remedied all of the CC apps issue...
However still getting randomly logged out of my account and my password is not being accepted...
Only way I got access again was to open three instances of the log in page and try again - third window opened, other two declared my password was wrong >_<
This new online / cloud system is terrible. Might just reinstall CS5 anyway and be done with this crap. Meh!

The email icon will not disappear even though I have no email....

Can anyone please help me! On my BB Curve 8330, the email notification icon will not disappear. I have no unread emails but it always has a 1and the new email icon showing? Has this happened with anyone else or does anyone know how to fix it?

From the main message queue do a search:

Flash player is not recognized even though we have the current version

upon clicking on a youtube url we get an error message stating that we need to install the current version of flash in order to play the url. We already have that install and when cut and pasting it into IE it works just fine.

IE uses a different version of Flash (ActiveX) than other browsers use. You need the Plugin version for Firefox.
1.Download the Flash setup file from here: 
[http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe Adobe Flash - Plugin version]. 
Save it to your Desktop. 
2. Close Firefox using File > Exit 
then check the Task Manager > Processes tab to make sure '''firefox.exe''' is closed, 
{XP: Ctrl+Alt+Del = Processes tab}
3. Then run the Flash setup file from your Desktop.

Have checked device sync settings and it is entire music library and their is plenty of space on ipod to accommodate - have restarted both itunes and the computer and disconnected and reconnected ipod to no avail.
Running itunes on Window machine under W8.1 and ipod software is 1.12

Thanks planb77. Your instructions worked but I had to do a little more than you stated. I did not realize that transferring files to a new computer was not enough. When the iPod synced I was told I needed to "authorize" my new computer to get my iTunes purchases to sync to the iPod. So after the initial sync, I ejected and disconnected the iPod, went into the iTunes store, set up "home sharing" and then authorized the new computer. When that was done I reconnected the iPod and was able to sync all my books and music. The only thing I couldn't do was rename the iPod as iTunes never asked me to. Is there a way to rename it after it has been set by iTunes as "owner's iPod"?

Thanks. I do not think that the phone is stolen as I have been able to get it unlocked and surely the phone would be repoted stolen and blocked. What I do not ubderstand is that I thought icoud was just somewhere to back up your data instead of saving it to your computer if that is the case why is it stopping the actual hone from loading the previous owner rest it to factory settings before selling it but refused to get it unlocked. The phone would work with a Vodaphne sim as I understand it althought I did not try before i gave it to a shop to unlock. surely they would have knon before unlocking that there was a problem with icloud and that they woyld not be able to do it. The phone shop are insisting tgat I pay £40.00 for te unlck which they say is done or tey will not et me have the phone back does what they are saying seem right and is it reasonablefor them to expect me to ay for a dud phone??
