Hi ,
I have updated the new device id in metadevice state database by using the following command for the device c1t1d0 and c2t0d0.
metadevadm -u c1t1d0
metadevadm -u c2t0d0
But for the devices c2t12d0, c2t13d0, and c2t1d0, the metadevadm command returns nothing and also these devices are not showing in metastat output
and also i have another problem the metadb -i shows the below output

I got the above mention messages during boot-up. My application require 7 volume that don't need mounting. Application used to work but now it doesn't work.
I suspect it got something to do with the error message as the message refer to the disk that all the 7 volume resides.
Any steps or solution for me to fix the invalid thingy?

I think it lost a disk, or perhaps a disk was replaced in an unproper way.
You should make sure that all disks are online and then try again.

FRM - 41219 CANNOT FIND REPORT INVALID ID - CALLING REPORT FROM FORM

I am using Developer Suite 10g (forms 9i, reports 9i) . windows XP.
I am using the following code in WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED-PRESSED trigger in form to call report.

Unless you made a mistake and overlooked it, what I suggested should work. Having said that, you did not mention the exact Forms version you are using. There may have been a problem in the version you are using which was corrected in a later release. I tested the example I offered using Forms 10.1.2.3 and it works correctly. Carefully review what you did. Verify that the file actually exists in the file system. Also, I would recommend renaming the file with all lower case letters and referencing it in the form with all lower case letters. Here is the complete code of the form I tested. I will also include the property values from the Report object.

I know this is an old post, but I fell here having this same problem for some weeks now, and i just figured my issue. Hope it help others:
My iPhone is connecting automatically with my itunes on computer. Not really sure what type of connection or wireless sync, but the fact is that it IS connecting.
For some weird reason it gets Flash Builder crazy and it cannot find the right device anymore. Even when I get my iPhone connected by cable, it says that it found the device, but doesn`t publish to it. The Flash Builder says that it was published, but nothing gets installed, and the debugger cannot connect.
MY SOLUTION (for now): Turn off the phone wi-fi, so it gets out of my home network. works like a charm and I finally can test on my device again.

When trying to restore an iCloud backup, I receive the error message "Appe-ID cannot be created. invalid device while updating mme delegate account".

After a complete crash of my iPad 3 (WIFI only) because of updating to iOS 7.03, I try to restore my config from iCloud.
I managed to get into the settings assistant and enter my Apple-ID (which is valid as checked via iTunes).
But then I see the error message "Apple ID cannot be created - invalid device while upgrading mme delegate account".
I have no clue what the mme delegate account is but need my data back.
Any suggestions?

All you need to do is restore the iphone in itunes as new
and then set up as new
after this is done
then you can restore from itunes back up with out any error!!

URGENT : FRM-41219 Can not find report : INVALID ID

i am getting the exception FRM-41219 when calling the report from my form with the method RUN_REPORT_OBJECT.
I m calling the report in my program unit method as follows :

LMS 3.2 SP1 RME showing no records in syslog report while shows same report in device center

Hi All,
I have LMS 3.2 SP1 installed on windows 2003 server with 2 GB of RAM, its doubled swap space and with 230 GB of partition assigned to it.
when i am generating Syslog 24 hour report in RdME , it does not show any data. I have checked with syslog.log file which is perfect. Even, i have recreated this file. I have checked with syslog collector and analyzer which is also fine. I have also restored the database to factory default by RestoredbOrig.pl script, but no result.
I can see the same syslog standard report in Device center in Device Diagnostic tool by selecting the device and clicking on syslog standard report.
Can somebody help me in this matter, as this is long pending issue?

I am running Oracle10gAS, and running report from form and getting this message "FRM-41219: Cannot find report Invalid ID" The coding is

Invalid Device Error when using Labview to comunicate with Jorway 73A

I'm having a problem when trying to get Labview to communicate with the Jorway 73a CAMAC crate controller. Keep in mind while reading this that I'm still fairly new to both the CAMAC system and Labview. I've downloaded the drivers for the Jorway 73a off your site and run into a "Invalid device" error whenever I try to read or write from the CAMAC crate using the read or write VI's. Oddly, the initialize/clear/inhibit VI runs without error. When reading cmjwdll.c I can tell that this error occurs whenever "the device selected is not a JW 73A". Not sure why I'd be getting such an error, and only with the read/write VI's, not on the initialize/clear/inhibt one.

You may want to contact [email protected] for this question. Looking at the driver (http://zone.ni.com/idnet97.nsf/9b2b33e1993d877786256436006ec498/398258c61da17663862568ab005fbcbc?OpenDocument) It states that these drivers use 32-bit dll's that only work on 95/NT and are provided by Jorway.

Ubuntu and Leopard - Error : 12 Invalid device requested

Hi All!
Leopard worked fine when that was the only operating system on the computer..
after I installed the Ubuntu, leopard was not being recognized by the grub.
I have edited the grub (source - http://www.howtoforge.com/workingwith_the_grubmenu) and managed to change the background too, however when I choose Leopard to boot from, it comes up with the error - Error 12 : Invalid device requested.
I am able to boot to only Ubuntu now.
This is the sudo fdisk -l result..

Hi, I'll try to remember how to do this...When the system starts, try pressing F8
or if you already open to a selection screen then skip F8. Select the Leopard to boot from and try typing:
mach_kernel -v
That will direct it to the boot kernel on the Leopard partition. Other than that could you please post your grub?

When restoring an iphone4 I get to the part that says restore from icloud, then enter the user details (if you get them wrong it tells you) then it moves onto the Terms and Conditions page which you then click agree. At this point I either get "there was a problem connecting to the server" or "invalid device while updating mme delegate account".

Sorted it by clicking the home button and choosing start again, the phone then erased its self and the next time it started the restore process worked fine

I'm calling Agilent VEE functions with Teststand. I use the method shown in example (TestStand\Examples\VEE\). First, a "Hello World"-Program runs and writes a set of strings in a file. When I replaced the block "to file" by a "Direct IO" which sends the strings to the serial (COM 1) I get the VEE Error Message Error -2147220088, Vee Error Number 904, Invalid Device Encountered.

that error is typically in referance to trying to restore from a back up created on a higher software version, set the device up as new without signing into your appleID, update, then erase all content and settings to get the set up assistant again.
