Volvio el sonido hace unos dias pero se fue nuevamente.

Use the side control and make sure your phone isn't on vibrate.  Up is ringer down is vibrate.

The Calendar app that came on my i4S Phone does not sync the correct time for items posted on my Yahoo Calendar. Actually, items post exactly 4 hours earlier than the correct time on my Yahoo Calendar.   My i4S is in the correct New York time zone.  Help?

I posted this question a while ago and didn't receive any responses but there are a lot of people who have viewed it and 10 have said they have the same question so I thought I would update you that I added my nanny to my exchange server account (created an email for her) and I send all invites to that email address and they work.  So sending invites from an exchange server account to a non-exchange server account apparently is a bug so to solve it, get on an exchange server I guess.

Try this from MacFixIt as well:
In the case of drive directory damage or problems with permissions, the solution is usually to use Apple's Disk Utility to repair the disk. Of course, you won't be able to perform this operation normally (simply launching the Disk Utility application, located in Applications/Utilities, and initiating a disk repair) if your system will not startup. So two options exist:
    * Insert your Mac OS X 10.4.x (Tiger) media (DVD or CD) and restart the computer while holding down the "C" key. Once the computer has booted from the installation disc, select "Utilities" from the menubar and open Disk Utility. Repair the disk, then quit Disk Utility and restart your system.
    * Alternatively, you can repair the disk while booted in single user mode if you do not have access to a retail Mac OS X 10.4.x (Tiger) DVD/CD. To startup in single user mode, hold down the "Command" and "S" keys simultaneously at startup. Once properly booted, type the command fsck at the prompt. Repeat these process until no errors appear.

  • What's wrong about  "JSF that emits Ajax-widgets" on the server side?

    Hi,
I just read this chat about Ajax on the server side and I wonder what this comment bellow means when we are building JSF application with Ajax:
Another thing to consider is that in a pure Ajax application (i.e. one that's not a hybrid of a server-side technology like JSF that emits Ajax-widgets), the server can pretty much just respond to requests from the Ajax client in a stateless manner, and all of the state gets distributed to the client, greatly reducing the memory resources on the server. I'm working on an app like this for IBM Rational and we're really excited about the *decreased* load on the server by distributing state to clients.
    http://www.devwebsphere.com/devwebsphere/2006/04/ajax_and_its_im.html
    Thanks in advance.

Just created a half an hour ago application:
    http://jsfbyexamples.com/facesTrace/
shows that the AJAX request spends less time on the server even it walk though the whole life-cycle. This is a very small page, BTW. On the complicated page, the difference will be more significant. It is about server resources.
About network traffic: Do you actually believe that sending the whole page produces less traffic than the portion updates? Just mathematically speaking?
OK, I guess you mean the AJAX application requires traffic comes back and forward to produce the AJAX functionality. Non-AJAX application does not produce the traffic, but it does not produce the functionality you have in the first case.
People who argue about it just try to compare Something to Nothing. So, where is the point?

I am recording with Logic Pro X, using my Yamaha XS8 keyboard as a Midi controller. I also have a Thunderbolt Display. Every time I play and release a note on the keyboard, the Thunderbolt Display speaker emits a doink sound. What is causing it and how do I get it to stop? My sound is running through the Saffire Pro 40 Interface (Focusrite) into external speakers with powered amps.
Also, When I record I am hearing little pops in the system. I have checked all of my meters and they are not clipping. What is causing it and how do I get it to stop?

Thanks for the response, but I do not have a midi interface. I am using a midi to usb connector cable, thus bypassing the need for a Midi interface.
The Mac reads the USB cable as a midi device, but not the keyboard that I am trying to use as a controller. I have tried it with my korg sp 300 and with my Nord Electro 2.
    Thoughts?
    Thanks,

    Tristan...
This is what you have, correct?
    http://www.alesis.com/usbmidicable
    This from Alesis..
"The AudioLink Series USB cable receives and outputs MIDI signal thanks to its internal interface. The USB-MIDI Cable connects plug-and-play to your Mac or PC for an all-in-one USB-MIDI solution."
Notice, -internal interface-. What you have is a simple USB MIDI Interface. Most MIDI interfaces are USB.
My point is (was), MIDI OUT of the Korg goes to the connector marked MIDI IN on the Alesis, those new to MIDI often get this wrong.

  • Regza 40" LCD TV emits high frequency noise

A few months ago I was lucky to win this television, a 106 cm Regza HD LCD.
I was very pleased because I could never have afforded it myself, and I am very happy with its performance generally.
What I find however is that it emits a high frequency noise that triggers tinitus to my hearing. (Tinitus is a high pitched squealing noise heard by people who have damaged their ears, sometimes called ringing in the ears).
I guess my hearing is already sensitive through listening to lots of live music over the years, but I think that this noise is excessive.
I figure that a monitor this size is using a fair amount of power and that maybe the power supply could be overworking itself.
The monitor emits this noise at a consistent level even before the sound from the tv show begins.
I am interested to find out what suggestion forum users may have for reducing this background noise?
The monitor is still under warranty as it is only 6 months old.
I wanted to be prepared to discuss it with Toshiba warranty people if forum users can suggest first of all what could be causing the noise, and secondly, possible ways of addressing the issue.
    Thanks petekey4

    Hello Pete
As you can see this is Toshiba computer forum and I don't believe you will find many people here who want to discuss about Toshiba LCD TV.
Anyway, if the TV is new and with valid warranty the best option for you is to contact service people and let them check your new TV.

  • Bug: DocumentManager does not emit Content-Disposition header

    Good afternoon,
I have a process with an output variable of type Document: this document has a defined filename. When invoking the process, instead of downloading the file with the defined filename, I was receiving a file with a name that looks like an MD5 hash.
The fault for this lies with the DocumentManager application: it does not emit the content disposition header that would suggest to the browser what the real name of the octet-stream is. As such, without this header, the user agent will assume that the file-name is the endpoint name.
The trace of the HTTP exchange is below:
    GET http://HOST:8080/rest/services/APP/SERVICE:1.0?q=83
    Cache-Control     no-cache, must-revalidate
    Date              Wed, 17 Nov 2010 12:54:29 GMT
    Pragma            no-cache
    Transfer-Encoding chunked
    Location          http://HOST:8080/DocumentManager/docm$(NUMBER)/$(HASH)?type=$(TYPE)
    X-Powered-By      Servlet/2.5 JSP/2.1
    GET http://HOST:8080/DocumentManager/docm$(NUMBER)/$(HASH)?type=$(TYPE)
    Date              Wed, 17 Nov 2010 12:54:35 GMT
    Transfer-Encoding chunked
    Content-Type      application/vnd.ms-excel
    X-Powered-By      Servlet/2.5 JSP/2.1
The 2nd HTTP request should have included the specified header, like so:
    Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=MyExcel.xls
RFC 2183: The Content-Disposition Header Field
    Best regards,

    Hi Robert,
thanks for the reply. This is certainly a different aspect of the problem. The HTTP response that serves the dynamic portion (the one with the timestamp) has the response headers:
    HTTP/1.1 200 OK
    Date: Wed, 21 Jan 2015 18:05:53 GMT
    Server: Apache/2.2.29 (Unix)
    X-Powered-By: PHP/5.3.29
    Cache-Control: max-age=100000, public
    Keep-Alive: timeout=3, max=95
    Connection: Keep-Alive
    Transfer-Encoding: chunked
    Content-Type: application/xml
So it is marked as cacheable.
    My expectation now is this:
    - when clicking the "refresh" link in the markup, there should be no new timestamp. Reason is that the dynamic part should have been cached and I would expect the XSLT engine to use the browser's caching layer when fetching fragments
    - when hitting "F5" I would expect a revalidation request to be send to the server (e.g. max-age=0 or if-modified-since). Then the server can revalidate the fragment. In my example case the fragment would be served in any case, so I would expect a
    new timestamp
    - when hitting "CTRL+F5" I would expect a request with "cache-control: no-cache" that enforces the server side caches to always return new content. I would expect a new timestamp in this case.
    What I observe is that:
    - Chrome and FF work as expected
    - IE (10/11) will always fetch the dynamic fragment, so I will even see a new timestamp when clicking the refresh link. Also the "if-none-match" header in the "F5" case is NOT forwarded to the dynamic fragment (potentially because it is
not cached in the browser at all)

  • H67MA-E35 (B3) emitting high-pitched whine/chirp

I am getting a high-pitched whine or chip coming from the bottom left area of the CPU/Heatsink. It isn't the fan, as I have stopped the fan and it still makes the noise. I was also able to correlate the vcore voltage with the noise. The noise is only present while the vcore is below 1.000v. After throttling over 1.000v it goes away. I am using a i5-2500k. I am not overclocked anything and made very few changes to the Bios (just boot order and things like that).
Is this a problem with the socket, northbridge, or some other part on the board? Or is this a problem with the power supply not supplying the right kind of voltage? Or is the computer throttling too low? Like how a car doesn't run properly if idling too low?
    Thanks in advance,

No, this is a very common issue with chokes since a choke is very similar to a buzzer or speaker coil so if it's a bit loose, it can vibrate and emit high-pitched sounds.  It will not damage anything by itself so if you can get it to stop using settings that are otherwise safe then there is no need to worry about it.

I believe this is more common with iron chokes.  The ferrite chokes used on this motherboard are far less likely to buzz.  I did look at the board photos and it looks like the CPU PSU is standard FET transistors.  Hmmmm.

  • Bizarre camera issue with i4S and neon signs

Called Apple yesterday...the rep had NEVER heard anything like this, but here goes:
When going to take pictures close to a neon sign, there is a strange linear feedback which appears.  Vertical lines that fade the further I get from the sign. This happens most of the time I try to get a shot of the intense colors of the sign.  Another wrinkle: this phenomenon is accompanied by erratic camera behavior like spontaneous enlargement of the image, and inability to focus/expose.  Sample below.

Can someone be a dear and try to replicate this?  My friend's i4S did exactly the same thing.  My 3GS didn't have this problem.  Any ideas/workarounds?
