Mi iphone tiene desactivado el boton de wifi y sin bluetooth

En ajustes, Mi iphone tiene desactivado el boton de wifi, permanece gris, no se deja activar, ya lo restablecí varias veces, ya lo reinicie... el boton continua desactivado (gris) sin wifi.
El bluetooth esta activado pero no esta funcionando, el icono no es visible

I beg to differ.
Having read the warranty terms as set out by Apple in  http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/  I find no clause stating that the warranty is country-specific. The closest to such a declaration is:
"Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone and iPad to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device."
So until a legal representative specifically states how such a restriction is to be applied where she is now, she enjoys the standard warranty of:
"Apple warrants the Apple-branded iPhone, iPad or iPod hardware product and accessories contained in the original packaging (“Apple Product”) against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Apple's published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Apple’s published guidelines include but are not limited to information contained in technical specifications, user manuals and service communications."
Which is exactly the same for all regions of the world.
