Desde que trabalho com informática, utilizo sistemas Linux e em algunscasos, Windows. Há pouco tempo, meu velho notebook deu problema equando resolvi comprar um novo, decidi ceder-me ao encanto da tãofalada qualidade dos produtos Apple.
Assim o fiz e com muito gosto, comprei um Macbook PRO. Hoje, dia 18/04,com bastante ansiosidade de que meu notebook chegasse logo, liguei paraa Apple para saber sobre detalhes da entrega e felizmente, quandoacabei de desligar o telefone, a campainha daqui de casa tocou, era oentregador. Fui recebe-lo com bastante entusiasmo, o notebook haviachegado bem rápido, muito antes do período previsto. De ínicio pensei,"esta é uma das vantagens em comprar de uma grande fabricante".
Peguei a caixa e dirigi-me ao meu quarto, para saborear meu novonotebook. Quando tirei a caixa do notebook de dentro da caixa depapelão, uma surpresa, era a caixa de um Macbook. Ainda com um pouco deesperança, resolvi abrir a caixa pensando, "vai que eles colocaram nacaixa errada...", mas, infelizmente não, era mesmo um Macbook. Macbook Pro will not boot from USB drive or Macintosh HD

The Mac in question:
Macbook Pro mid-2009
2.4GHz Core 2 Duo
4GBs RAM
OSX 10.8.4
Basically I did a fresh install of OSX 10.8.4 and Installed Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit via Bootcamp.
All software was up to date, I had the newest version of bootcamp for windows software, and everything was working fine.
I lent the computer to my dad
fast forward 3 months.
Windows boots fine and works for about 15 minutes then Blue Screens and restarts. Endless loop.
I did everything conveiveably possible for the Windows side before deciding to work on the Apple side.
Come to find out, my dad had not booted into the Apple side for almost 3 months. So on holding option and selecting the Macintosh HD icon, I got the apple logo with a spinning wheel under it. The wheel spun for about a minute then stuck. No response, so I held the power button down and restarted.

so i plugged in my bootable mountain lion usb (has been used countless times and works, its not the usb) and selected the usb. Same stuck apple logo.
I am at a loss as to what to do now. I dont care about any information on the drive, so i dont mind formatting and such.
But i am at a loss as to how to repair it if i cant access and bootables to do a disk repair or a clean install
Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks.
(btw, ive reset SMC and PRAM and all the usuals and ive internet searched out the whazoo, so yall are my last resort *grin*)

New info:
Selected Recovery disk in boot options menu and it loaded.
Disk recovery disk verification says there are errors with Macintosh HD but it cannot repair them.
Tried Reinstalling mountain lion from the Recovery screen and followed the instructions, signed into my Apple ID and it started installing mountain lion on Macintosh HD.
It immediately said 4 hours to complete and the blue progress bar started moving slowly.
it says it is "Downloading additional components, your computer will restart automatically"
about an hour later i checked it and the bar was full, but the estimated time was 1 hour 59 minutes and it has been almost 12 hours now.
Just trying to give a play by play so yall have something to work with.
making a Mountain Lion bootable USB as i type, will try that as soon as its done.

Depuis que j'ai installé Montain Lion sur mon Macbook Pro, c'est l'enfer.
Mon ordi est d'une lenteur redoutable je suis revenu 15 ans en arrière.
Tout est lent pour s'ouvrir (firefox Mail Word) La pale revien à votre salté d'iphoto.
Là C'est le ponpon. La moindre oppération fait mouliner mon ordi et rien ne se passe.
Au prix oû vous vendez vos produit merci de faire en sorte que ça fonctionne.
Que fair pour revenir en 2013 ?

Ce dernier a commencer a être très lent. De plus, je n'ai plus aucun son qui es émis de mon Mac, mise a part le gong d'ouverture. Par la prise jack, il n'y a pas de lumière rouge qui es émis. J'ai essayé d'aller dans le programme "configuration audio midi" mais celui-ci ne veux même pas ouvrir. J'ai donc essayé d'ouvrir le paneau de configuration pour aller sélectionner un nouveau périphérique de sortie audio, mais a ma grande surprise, après un délais d'attente interminable, j'ai eu droit a une liste de périphérique audio vide...
J'ai remarqué que cela a commencé lors que j'ai mis mon Mac à la version 10.7.4... Donc, c'est tout récent...
Lors du téléchargement de la mise à jours, j'éditais un scripte avec automator et mon Mac était banché par un cable HDMI a une télévision, si jamais ça peux aider.

Hola amigos. Al principio de Noviembre me compré un MacBook Pro 13 pulgadas con pantalla Retina y estoy muy contento con él. Por ello he creído interesante publicar varios artículos en mi página web para contar mi experiencia. Primero he hablado de mi impresión al comprarlo:

Hola, tengo la impresión de que tú trabajas para MAC y sobre todo porque tienes el tiempo para decirme todo esto. Pero bueno, no importa. El objetivo para mi no era buscar una respuesta de Apple, ya sé que este es un foro para usarios y por eso trato de buscar más personas inconformes para lograr hacer algo al respecto.

Estoy de acuerdo que las MBP 2010 tiene tarjeta gráfica NVIDIA y las 2011 AMD Radeon HD 6750M / Intel HD Graphics 3000, pero la cuestión aqui es que produce un problema similar al anterior y que afecta la tarjeta logica. Es decir que aun no han resuelto el problema por completo.
Si no has visto a muchos te recomiendo que pongas mas atención al FORO

Y tú dices que por desgracia, no conseguiré una reparación gratis, por mucho que proteste?, simplemente creo que si no protesto o protestamos nunca se nos va hacer valida esta garantia. Al menos servirá como TESTIMONIO para futuros clientes.

Problemas Macbook pro retina 15 con display?

Tengo un problema con el display de retina, no se si es software o hardware.
Quiero adjuntar un video pero este sitio no me deja.
en esta foto pueden ver las rayas constantes que aprecen en el monitor.
¿alguna sugerencia?

Es hardware, y parece que o bien la pantalla o bien la tarjeta gráfica están estropeadas. Le/la recomiendo que lleve el ordenador a un Apple Store o reseller. Como su ordenador está en garantía, cualquier reparación es gratuita. Antes de llevarlo, haga una copia de seguridad por si acaso le dan un MacBook Pro nuevo
