MI warning messages on to client.

Hi All,
We came up with a problem in MI, can somebody help us...?
We are using MAM3.0 on MI2.5SP21, the problem is that user creates some documents on the device, due to some reason it didn't reach the R/3 and displays a warning message in MI (Merep_Mon).
Here neither the user knows that his data has not reached R/3, not it shows a error log for warnings in MI. Also since it is not in error log, this data can not be reprocessed on the client.
So is there a way to send the warning logs also to the MI client for display from MI.
Thanks & Regards,
Sai Krishna.K

Hi Larissa,
I understand that for Consistancy that data is deleted from the device and on error it will sit in middleware , where you can reprocess this data after fixing the data problem.
My problem here is
The middle ware inbound process shows no errors, so we expect that data reached in backed but which is not, neither its in MI client device. when we check log for this particular item in middleware indound process, it's warning. Since its in waring state we cannot reprocess the data.
So when the message is warning either the user knows that there is a problem looking on device, nor the MI monitoring person knows that there is a warning untill he navigates to each individual log. and infact nobody from R/3 knows that there was a data change attempt failed.
So here if the warning messages are highlited in the MI monitor at the In & out bound sequence status it self similar to errors, then at least the MI monitoring person will be aware of the problems with out navigating to each individual item log.
As a whole is there a config setting to show the warning and alert items at the record sequnece status screen itself similar to errors.
If you need further explanation of the problem, please inform me..
Thanks & regards,

  • How to stop HTTP Security warning message in transactional iview

When I am trying to access ECC through transactional iview then I am getting HTTP security warning message i.e. This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?
I think it is because portal is accessable using HTTPS protocol and when we access ECC then it uses HTTP Protocol.
    Pl help to resolve.

    Hi AshuGrover_in,
    First, welcome on SDN!

This might very well be the root cause of the issue, and if it is, you know the resolution - make all systems accessible via https.
Anyhow, to examine the exact cause creating this message you could use tools like HttpWatch or something similar and record the client accesses to the server. If you originally have a GET to a https address, the first http request caused by the original request will throw this message.
Theoretically, on client side, you can switch off this message: Search for "switch off http https warning" on google and you will get all possible instructions for the different clients. Anyhow, a clean landscape design with complete https connections is the aim you should have.
    Hope it helps

  • Warning message while posting Credit Memo.

    Hi Guru,
Currently the Invoice shows a soft warning message if a same number
in Reference field (XBLNR) is used to post two different inovices.
the client wants the same kind of Soft message to be appeared in case of a same number is used in the Reference Field when Posting credit memo. I think the check shd be against Accounting Doc right??
Incase of invoice we have a check for duplicate invoice in SPRO and we can maintian it..
What about credit Memo??? we do have any config...to my knowledge we need technical development.
In Se91 i will go and create new Message and assign it to M8(Message Class for invoice)........and do assignments in OBA5
Now the soft warning msg can be achieved only by calling this msg in ABAP Code right??? can be done thru Config..?????.
if any other details if i need to know please do let me know.....or anyother suggestions....to achieve this,,,
Is it a Config or Developement ???
    Thanks for the support
    Balaji

In OBA7 if i check the "Reference number" that means while entering the document the reference number is compulsory field.
and in vendor master i already checked the docueble invoce check that is why while posting KR it is giving the warning message.
    Regards,

  • Warning Message in Console Icon

I just moved from PC to Mac.  I have a new imac and I want to transfer my files to my mac.  I have a maxter one touch 4 mini drive with all my documents, pictures and music.  It is a locked drive unfortunately.  I tried to connect it to my mac and got a warning message on my console icon.  When I click on that I have a bunch of files see below.  I am not sure what to do,  Should I delete them or are they usable.  I need some direction as to what if anything I can do.  If I need to delete please tell me how to do it.  Thank you in advance for any help.
    Regards
    Gary

Please carefully read Lion Setup Assistant tips, this will show you how to move your files. It's extremely simple to do, also please book mark and begin using:

To be honest I think you're over thinking the matter and making your transition more difficult than need be. IMHO this is natural coming from the Windows world where managing your system is difficult, not so with OS X. Take some look over the URL's and study them and begin playing with the system and you'll see how easy it really is.

  • Print PDF file using Acrobat SDK - Warning message

    Hello,
We are trying to create automatic program in c# that will print all pdf files located in a specific folder, using Adobe Acrobat 9.0 SDK.
Whenever the application tries to print file, we receive a warning message ("WARNING! A script has requested to print an Acrobat file. This could print an entire document. Do you want to proceed printing?").
If we press yes, the file is printed, but next time we'll run the application, this message will appear again.
Since this application supposed to run automatically (with no interaction with the end users), we want to prevent this warning message from appearing.
How can we eliminate this warning message?
Is there any other way to print PDF files using Adobe Acrobat from another application?
    Thanks,
    Lilach.

joeln3:  I believe the original post refers to a client application, not a web page.  Why use JavaScript from within a client application?  I understood their use case to involve a client app referencing the PDF Library, loading various PDF files, and using one (or more) of the PDF Library's Print methods to invoke Acrobat's internal print routines.

  • BOMBOS interface "warning" message after changes saved in the BOM.

    Hello,
We our client is facing an issue, regarding BOM change / Modification in CS02.
After any modifications saved in the BOM (transaction CS02), in SLG1 transaction system gives u201Cwarning messageu201D as given below.
    1.     Entry already exists in the work list
For components, system is giving following message.
    2. Item material PPA_FORM_NU001 (Material number) is not assigned to a specification
We found one note for this u2013 u201Csapnote_0000893616_BOMBOS_Specification not foundu201D, this note is already applied in the program by SAP at 2005.
Because of this note, program creates the message in SLG1.
We also found that, in the IMG customization >>>
Environment Health & Safety > Product Safety > Bill Of Material Transfer > Specify Environment parameter & condition for the parameter u201CBOMBOS_WL_DIALOGu201D parameter value is u201CXu201D. If we remove this value, then system gives error message in the SLG1.
    We want to know,
    1.     Why we have such entries in SLG1?
    2.     What is the goal of this standard BOMBOS interface?
    3.     What is the impact of this warning message in the process of the transaction?
    4.     To solve this, is there any solution?
    Please confirm us.
    Thanks in advance.

  • How to display warning message in PL/SQL?

    Hi,
I would like to know how to display a warning message in PL/SQL?
    Thanks and Regards,
    SC

PL/SQL is not an interactive programming language, so there is generally no place to print any sort of message, no place to prompt the user for input, etc.
A SQL*Plus script can use the SQL*Plus client as a very basic way of interacting with users using the PROMPT command to accept input and using DBMS_OUTPUT to print messages to the console (assuming the script does a SET SERVEROUTPUT ON to enable printing the results). Other applications may have similar sorts of scripting possibilities, generally based on a subset of the commands SQL*Plus supports.

  • Mod_plsql warning message in apache logs

The following warning message has been reported in error logs and it relates to wwv_flow package :-
[Thu Oct 19 16:08:47 2006] [warn] mod_plsql: /pls/htmldb/wwv_flow.accept had to be described for execution. Refer to the PL/SQL GateWay documentation on how to avoid this
I have checked the doco at http://download-west.oracle.com/docs/cd/A97335_01/apps.102/a90099/apptroub.htm#634288
Section B.7.1 is the relevant section and I think its to do with mod_plsql unable to find out if the parameters to wwv_flow.accept are scalar or array and hence having to first do a describe everytime.
Do I need to do something about it or just ignore it ?
    tks
    Vishal

    Thanks Scott.
I have asked the client how they have configured this.
If its ON should they turn it OFF ?
What implications would it have then ?
    tks

  • AnyConnect VPN Warning Message

    Hi
I have setup AnyConnect VPN and all works fine apart from the warning messages appearing about the server being Untrusted.
I am not too good with certificates so any help will be much appreciated. When I open anyconnect client and click connect, the warning appears then so I click continue anyway to carry on. Then after entering username//password the warning appears a second time and again i click continue and carry on.
We had a wildcard certificate so I installed in on the asa in the CA certificates section, Now the 2nd warning has gone but the first one still appears.
    Any ideas???
    Thanks

You can simply accept the self-signed certificate the first time you are presented with that message and direct AnyConnect to always trust such certificates.
If you don't want to do that, you need to make your clients automatically trust this certificate from your ASA. You can do that several ways. You mentioned using a 3rd party vendor - that ends up being the method of using a vendor in the trusted root Certificate Authority (CA) list. If you don't use one of the 3rd party ones, you will need to push out the trust via some software deployment method - e.g. a GPO for Windows clients in a managed AD setup or via pre-deploying with yet another 3rd party tool like LANdesk.
If you don't have an internal CA or AD-managed infrastructure for your clients then just telling users to click "always trust" is the path of least resistance (although the least secure).

  • Warning messages recieved when activating z* tables after refresh.

    Hi all,
We are having a problem in activating tables. After the system refresh, while activating z* tables warning messages are recieved. Some of the warnings recieved are as follows:
Index LIKP-BGR is not in customer namespace.
    Enhancement category for table missing.
Enhancement category for include or sub-type missing.
It appears that the tables with "enhancement categories" set to "not classified" are the ones posing the problems.
Earlier, this problem was not there. But after a technical weekend the issues are being faced.

    For this goto SE11
    Enter the table name .
    Click on Display               .
    Go to Extras-->Enhancement Category.
select radio button for Can be enhanced Deep.
    Click on continue.

  • Warning message on MIGO

    Hi all,
I'v set the Unlimited Overdelivery Allowed indicator at the PO.
As client requirement, at the reception, I need to give a warning message in order to warn the user that he's receiving more than it's set on the PO.
Can you give me a help on this?
    Many thanks,
    Afonso Pereira

you need to take help of your technical team member (ABAP)
During MIGO your code will fist validate if EKPO-UEBTK = X then
If it is a first GR:-
your Abaper need to validate EKPO-MENGE with GR Qty.
If GR Qty is Greater than EKPO-MENGE then it should display Warning Message
If you have already posted few Partial GR and creating another new one
then (Sum of EKPO-WEMNG + MIGO Qty) is greater than  EKPO-MENGE then system should give Warning Message
    Hope this helps you

  • Warning message on Excel while opening downloaded report

    Hello Everyone,
I have a BI query. I downloaded the data to Excel. When I downloaded the Excel, it displays mesasge 'Do you want to Open or Save this file' and Type is Microsoft Excel 97-2003. I saved on Desktop. When I try to open the downloaded file, it displays warning message 'The file you are trying to open is in a differnt format than specified by file extension. Verify that the file is not corrupted and is from a trusted source before opening the file. Do you want to open the file now? With Yes, No and Help buttons.
I looked at the Excel opions and changed the Save options to save the File in Excel 97-2003 worksheet. I am wondering why Excel displays this message and how to get rid of this message?
    Any help is much appreciated.

The export to excel downloads the file in XML format with a stylesheet to show the data as an excel file.
I have the same issue with broadcasting. we are broadcasting a query with excel output format and distribution mode of e-mail. If i access the e-mail from my outlook application I can open the file just fine. When I open it from the webmail client, i get the error you have described above. i am not sure why.
I will monitor this thread for a possible solution.
