Mic connected through interface not registering in GB

I'm trying to set up for a podcast, with a starter studio from Behringer. It has a small mixer connected to my MB Pro via USB. The mixer is working, as I can hear myself in the headphones, and I got the theme song for the cast to output into the headphones (which are also connected to the mixer via 3/4" jack).... but I cannot get my voice to register on the recording. I have the output for the Male Voice instrument set to "Stereo 1/2 USB audio CODEC", but nothing... Any ideas?

What version of Garageband are you using?
You also don't want too use a stereo track if you are using one mic (one is Mono) choose the mixer input channel,  you're plugged into channel, one on the mixer then your track should be input 1 mono. Make sure the track is armed (record enabled). If you want to monitor from the track enable track monitoring.

My mic is connected through a usb adapter but when i play my track back in Garage ban after recording I get this high pitch fast chipmunk voice.

most likely the sample rate of your audio interface is too low, it must be set to 44100 in Audio MIDI Setup utility.
similar to the issue of an imported file playing too fast/high pitched:

  • KABA connection issue - program not registered

I am trying to troubleshoot a connection error between SAP and KABA.  I have the RFC created in SAP and when I test the connection I get a program not registered.  The KABA "amsproc" service on the KABA side has been restarted, we have occasionally received a password locked message in the SAP system log after restarting the KABA service (I believe this means SAP and KABA are communicating).  We have since reset the password, but we can not successfully test the RFC and when attempting to send IDOC's out we get the program not registered error.  Is there something on the SAP side that needs to be done to register the program or is starting the service on the KABA side going to register the program with SAP?  Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Hi,
In Central Management Console ie, Admin application of BOE, you need to configure the BW system. Use the below URL,
    http://<serverhostname>:<port>/CmcApp
After logging in Select the Authentication and SAP as authentication type.  Regarding how to configure, follow the configuration steps mentioned in the below article:
    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/a00ee3b2-5283-2b10-f1bf-8c6413e0898f
Once you import the roles with the above configuration, the user with which you are validating the RFC connection will be imported in the BOE.
Now, verify the RFC in the BW system.

  • Interface not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040155) when calling Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.MAPIFolder.get_Folders()

    Hi All,
I have an Outlook COM addin written in C#. It is working without any issues on most client machines, but since of late it has started giving the above Exception for some clients running Outlook 2010.
I understand that the issue is that the particular interface is not registered properly on those machines. I would like to know what in dll that interface is located and what could cause it to be missing? Can it be a component that had been deselected during
the installation of Outlook? If so, what is that component? Or should the dll be manually registered (using REGSVR32)? Or will running a simple repair on Outlook work?
    Thanks!!

    Hello Thimila,
What code do you use exactly?
Try to run the problematic piece of code from VBA as a macro. Do you get the same error message? If so, you need to repair Outlook, it looks like windows registry entries were corrupted.
If you don't get such error in VBA it indicates that you didn't install/copy one of the required prerequisites to the end user PC (interop libraries, .net runtime and etc.). Make sure that all the required prerequisites are installed correctly. See Deploying
an Office Solution for more information.

  • FTP connections through Finder not reporting correct file size

    Hi,
I have a NAS that running as an FTP server. When I connect to it through Finder it reports the incorrect file size of 2.7GB (the real file size is 61GB)
Its an DMG image file so it obviously fails when I try to image a new IMAC.
FTP through windows reports the correct file size so rules out any problem on the NAS.
    Any ideas anybody?

I am able to connect to my Mac Mini on Back to My Mac through iCloud but the keyboard/trackpad on the MBAir or MBP with which I access does not register on the Mini.  So I can see the screen but cannot interact with it. Mini works accessing MBP/Air and I can use Mini to input data or interact with screens of those computers.

Regarding your first question about bookmarks, I think you discovered the answer in when you pressed the address bar. The second tab there has your bookmarks.
As for the keyboard, I'm not sure why your Firefox is reacting so slowly; mine seems to show keyboards even when I don't want them. If you have accumulated a lot of history, perhaps that's an issue?
Did you use any third party software to move your Firefox data from internal memory to the storage card?

    Hi,
It seems to like problem with your program is not registered.  As suggested by spantaleoni, you can go through.
Here Program Id  must be case sensitive.  Once again check with your program Id.
And, you have to register your program id in Visual Administrator.
    Goto  Visual Administrator:
In that Select Cluster>Server>Services-->JCo RFC Provider
Then enter the Program Id and gw host & service.
    Hope this helps to you.

    Hi,
    Thanks for reading my post.
    I have a reccurent issue with a CISCO881-K9.

    Hi,
Thanks for your answer. I've checked the release notes and there is no bug about that.
I think I must use the WAN interface which is fastethernet 4. I'm not able to change the patch cable for now.
    What could be the cause?

  • I can not update adobe product and trying to load MIDI programs that require a connection through my internet connection that seam to fail or can not connect

I am trying to install or update software and the install program can not connect through my internet with foxfire as my default browser. Adobe flash sends me an update notice but when starting the process it bombs out. can not make a connection. Is there a requirement in foxfire to allow certain programs/software to have access??
